I've purchased several things from shapellx. Loved them all. Very easy return or exchange process. And with the rewards program I gain points quickly for money off or a free item.

From an experience perspective, I had no issues; ordering was easy, shipping was fast, and communication was great. The bathing suit is beautiful and does amazing things for my body shape. However, there is not a lot of support for big-chested girls (36G). Maybe if the straps were adjustable it might have helped. I also feel this suit was designed for someone with a longer torso or at least someone with more height than I have. I am 5'4", 198lbs, heavier on top with a belly. The suit did not stretch flat across my body but gathered in my natural waistline (just above my belly button) the whole way around, so it looked like I was being cut off from the sides and back. I do want to love this suit, but it just isn't the right suit for me. I am not returning it because it is more of a hassle than it's worth for the refund. I'm going to see if one of my family members can use it or I will donate it to the local women's charity.

Product was just perfect. It did the work as promised. The quality of the material is great. I have ordered other products in the past and I will continue to order from them.

I can't express how much I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Shapellx. It is the TRUTH. Sis of you don't have one you better run. The quality is excellent, affordable, and durable. Customer Service is this best. I have a range of their products, and I'm in love with every sundown one.

Customer Service was the greatest. If I had an issue,they responded in a timely matter. They were immensely courteous, friendly, and very polite. They made my online experience a pleasant.

Size too big. I canceled the order within the hour. However the shorts too big. The prior order was too small however the size large fitted me better a little snug. I have purchased 2 others shaped wear From other companies and can't wait to see the results.

Horrible not accommodating

I am very happy with Shapellx! They have many garments and shapewear to pick from and the prices are not expensive at all. Their product is made very well and I am a very satisfied customer. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for good shape wear well-made and any kind of surgical shape wear, I found everything very good!

It was just for a size change and a label to send a two small garment back.

I purchased a LG it was to big. Company replace LG with a medium and it is not snatching in body like it is shown on advertisements. Why I had to be the one that is not sized correctly. Their customer is amazing so far with my issue. I weigh a 157 lbs and knew the medium would snatch in my body it make me look bloated. I am just lucked our. I thank Shapellx for all their help.

I think there should be a better processes in determining which size to choose. I believe my products is slightly too large. It's not enough compression to have the look I want in my clothes

I have bought several items. I luv them all! An the deep plunge bras. Have my girls sitting pretty with no back fat showing. I feel more sexy and confident with my shapers! Thank u

This brand of shapewear never disappoints. I'm currently losing weight and am down to a size 16/18 from a 22/24. I purposely sized down for a firmer hold. I must admit it was hard to get on, but once I did, it felt amazing! I could move and sit easily, and it appears seamless under my dress.

I'd like reviews on all shapewear to show weight, height, and measurements. This really helps people, like myself, that read and rely on reviews to make confident purchases. I love the comfortable shaping of the short and how it snatched me for my dresses. 40-36-42 and I'm 5'9". I just wish the body of the short was longer for my torso.

I have not been able to reach anyone concerning my order and it's very upsetting!I placed the order at the same time with 3 items in different colors,I received one item almost 2 weeks ago.No explanation where my other are or when they are coming!

Not satisfied at all

Half of my order arrived almost 2 wks later than expected. I realize that even after measuring & using size chart and going thru the reviews, it's still hit or miss with choosing the best size. Luckily I ordered 2 sizes and found the best for me; will return the other.

The side zipper lining is a hard rectangular fabric that is almost as hard as plastic. The corners jut into my skin (fat.) LOL I am wondering if this was the best/correct size for this piece.

The product was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. I do wish it was a little longer due to my long torso, 6ft Tall, but I can make it work with the right bra...😘💖💖

Nice quality, material is not stiff and hard like some others, smooth and firm w/some stretch of course. I should've sized down tho' to an XL instead of 2xl. 5'6,240lbs, hourglass shape, apron belly.

Ordering was great. I Received my order timely. The product was smaller and tighter than expected. Once I put it on, it was comfortable and true to advertise. The legs did not roll.

Very comfortable but began to ride down a little. I got it according to the size chart. Due to dieting it will fit better in a month or 2. I received a lot of compliments about my shape so it did its job

I love the way it fits. It is comfortable and does not show through my clothes. It makes my stomach hips and butt look great. You can wear it under your dresses and pants and it doesn't show.

I love the zipper. Unfortunately, the cup size wasn't right for me, but it's not so big that I can't wear it. I will be wearing it under my wedding dress!

This is for women that has there stomach paid to be flattened not for women with healthy stomachs it flattened the top stomach pushed out the bottom stomach like ugh

I did not care for any of the 4 items I purchased. The shaper would not stay in place on my thighs and my top (around stomach) kept folding as if it was a two-piece item. I weigh 164lbs but I have a fupa due to 3 births. I, honestly, have shapers from Ebay that fit much better; however, I was looking for a new shaper.

I sent an email and never heard anything back. I was asking about the return process. What address and if they could provide a label.
