I really wanted to love this shaper, but... I'm a short torso shorty and the waist/zip up is entirely too long, causing gathering in all the wrong places! The built in bra is awesome! If only there was an option to size based on length!
I'm still trying to return my items. They made it so difficult. I wanted to exchange for a different size,they first said you can keep items and we will send you another for free just give us a review. And send Pic of review then asked me to take pics of items and return. I had to ask for a return label. Then I sent items they then asked if I wanted a return or exchange.how ever they already made me go through this hideous exchange process where I show what I'm swapping for. So why would I have to tell them again what items I wanted to exchange. Keep in mind this is all happening 1 day at a time. Its almost been a month and I have nothing. Communication is horrible. I'm so upset at this point I just want my money back
The product has great quality and true to size and fits nicely and comfortable. Packaging is great and came delivered when said. I will definitely be purchasing another item at a later date.
I saw the video of the merchandise and thought I would give you a try. I chose wisely and I can truly say that this company is the most valuable company.
To compress my stomach
The product arrived within 5 to 7 days from placing the order, but the shoulder strap kept popping off...didn't flatten my stomach as much as I thought it would based on other customers' results and videos that were shared online...this is about my 5th product that I've purchased from Shapellx and still not as satisfied with the fit of the product as I thought I would be.

The purchasing process was very smooth, but the product did not fit. I've returned the item and received delivery confirmation, but no one from the company can confirm delivery, even with confirmation from FedEx.
After confirming delivery from FedEx, one from customer service can confirm delivery.
Maybe after losing more weight. I wear a 4X (26/28) in clothing, and ordered a 6X garment, but it doesn't go past my knees.

The ordering process was simple. I have tried Spanx, Leonesia, and Shapermint. After weight loss, I decided to try Shapellx for the snatched look. Let me tell you this shapewear delivered. I am 5'9" and 194 lbs., curvy active 65 y/o. I went ziplining Superman style in Las Vegas, NV and the shapewear remained in place. I purchased the shorts and ankle-length shapewear. I wear the ankle-length to the gym and shorts under close-fitting clothes. The shapewear does not erase years of no situps or three or more inches of fat and loose skin. You get that smooth snatched look under close-fitting close. That is what I was looking for and Shapellix delivered
I tried shapewear from other companies before but it wasn't to my liking and didn't give me the look I needed underneath my clothes.

Love the item. I am 5'10" and have a long torso. Shapewear usually falls well below my bra line and rolls down. This item meets my bra line and stay up...I LOVE it! And it unzips...enough to use the restroom without leakage...OMG!

Sometime I feel less confident in some of the clothes that I wear and I specifically do not wear body con dresses because of my stomach area, but this gives my body great look and I can feel confident wearing those dresses again 🙂😁😁😊 thanks for you guys.
The straps are sharp and dig.inyo my shoulders. But it fits and sucks everything in. Comfortable to wear and the zippered crotch works well for restroom duties.
The zipper was damaged. No one assisted with this issue. So I have a shape wear that I can not wear.
Customer service do not have telephone number. I emailed customer service about the broken zipper on the shape wear and sent pictures but no one provided a resolution or refund. I sent several follow up emails and I got no responses. This is terrible. Customer service is not available on the weekend.

This is the second time I have ordered and the size did not fit. They have a very difficult return process.
It took too long to receive a response and I felt like the company did not frowned upon me returning the products that I could not fit.

I purchased a couple pieces of shapewear that are comfortable but yet to the job and smooth out my imperfections. Also got a swimsuit and it definitely holds everything in place. I will be ordering more things

How in the world can I fit into the XS size? Otherwise the rest was the bomb. I love, love them. This is a must have for every woman.
