I really wanted to love this shaper, but... I'm a short torso shorty and the waist/zip up is entirely too long, causing gathering in all the wrong places! The built in bra is awesome! If only there was an option to size based on length!
I'm still trying to return my items. They made it so difficult. I wanted to exchange for a different size,they first said you can keep items and we will send you another for free just give us a review. And send Pic of review then asked me to take pics of items and return. I had to ask for a return label. Then I sent items they then asked if I wanted a return or exchange.how ever they already made me go through this hideous exchange process where I show what I'm swapping for. So why would I have to tell them again what items I wanted to exchange. Keep in mind this is all happening 1 day at a time. Its almost been a month and I have nothing. Communication is horrible. I'm so upset at this point I just want my money back
It did not control or smooth my tummy as much as I needed. I am 5'4 and 158 lbs with a 37-inch waist and 41-inch hips. I purchased a medium size garment.
It nice experience love the shaper and bra. The order was never received and was incorrect however made sure I received the correct order and products

Love this but get your regular size tho. Example: If you are a size 22, get your normal 22 size etc! Love the material, very comfortable, doesn't slide down etc it is true to size.

The shapewear is great and it really holds the tummy in. However, it doesn't flatter my behind. You can see the indents of the "butt lifting" effect under jeans and leggings.

I am 5'6 240. I ordered an 2x and a xl. They snatched me but not what I expected. You have to be a certain size to be snatched all the way. From what I've seen on the videos.

I was going to Cabo, and I needed a bathing suit. Being a plus size woman, I am very cautious of the way my clothes look on me and since I purchase the shapewear from Shapellx, I new they would not let me down with the swimsuit!
This item took longer than I expected but overall it's a good shaper. I went down a size this time because my last shaper didn't snatch me as I expected. This time I got it right with the medium instead of a large.

I wear a medium but I ordered a medium and it's tight I think I need a large. Or extra but I lost the package sticker so there is nothing I can do about it.

I went down a size and it was perfect. Didn't roll down, I could breathe, it was seamless. It didn't go as far up as I would've liked but it wasn't an issue.

At checkout my Shop account linked automatically adding my old address. I realized immediately after checkout and tried to update my address but it would not allow me to. It did take a few days to speak to someone, but they were able to correct and send my order to my new address. It arrived with perfect timing. This item did not fit I was under the impression from size as well as looking at the models it would fit. In order for this item to work I would need to be at least 290lbs. I got the largest size 6x

The experience have not been good, I don't have a printer, and your return label do not have snanning barcodes so it has been difficult for me to return the item... What do you want me to do?
Customer have been excellent, they are very patient and polite I do not have any complain about the customer services.... That's NOT my issues! The issue was that I tried to returned it in seconds and it did not allow me, instead it said that that the order was on "Its way" which I know it was bull crap!!
