I paid $194,22 for 2 shapewear, insurance ( does not work) plus taxes from places where I do not live. What a scammers. The company took my money and I told them, I did not receive the products. They kept my money, and customer service was terrible. If you don't want to be robbed, "DO NOT BUY AT SHAPEWEARUSA"

I reached out to them because i never recieved the item. They said its delivered so i dont get a refund or a product. Paypal sided with them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! The customer service was absolutely terrible. They had me reach out to usps so i could get a replacement but then decided they werent going to give me a replacement

Fraud alert, use this company at your own risk, I ordered 2 articles 3 weeks ago paid extra for faster shipping, big mistake, go usps tracking # they say orders been shipped, but usps says has never been picked so someone is lying.and I believe it to be this company since the last 18 days I've emailed them several times with no answer. I ordered a shapewear but got the wrong size. I reached out to their customer service and pam was very accomodating she refirected me to a link that automatically processed my exchange. It was easy and very convenient. A free retirn label was issued to me.
Ordered items that are new with tags but can't return for payment back there is NO RETURN POLICY. You can get exchange or store credit. So if the only two things you would ever order are crap then you are losing your moneyBEWARE!
Very poor customer service. They claim to offer 100% customer satisfaction but in reality they do not honor their return/refund policy. They claim that certain items are nonrefundable even though there is no such notation on the item page. In addition their sizing charts are highly misleading. They show equivalent UK and US sizes but no dimensions
I bought a post surgical bra and it was the wrong size. Over 40 emails later I had still no information on how to return. I was later then told I would be given a store credit. When I emailed him back place an order with the credit I got no more replies. So now I have 2 bras I will never at $40 a bra and no store credit I can find. Not having a customer service number to call and talk to a person is ridiculous. I do not know how they can make the claim easy returns. Worse experience ever. Do not order from them.
I would rate 0 if I could. I purchased from this company online I reviewed their return policy first because of the sizing and another company charged me a restocking fee. The policy stated returns within 90 days full refund. I paid for expedited shipping 2-4 days and I actually received it 6 days later. I received the garment and opened the package it look like I could fit a 6 year old child. I immediately went online to process the return and got a message about tue tags being attached. I looked back at the garment and I did not see any tags. I found the tags to be inside the plastic between the card board and the plastic. The tags were never attached to the garment. Is this something that they do to keep people from returning. I have sent 2 emails and I have called them and left a message. Seems odd that a company would not have a live person to speak with instead you leave a message. Also I have this garment with no return address and no address in their website to send back.
Some good, some not so good. The shaper was a high quality product. It came a day late, but alright. I wanted to speak with someone on the phone to get the right product, but that was not possible. So it took WAY longer to figure it out, but if I'd looked a lot longer, I might have done better. I didn't have that kind of time after surgery. So having someone available to answer my questions would have made it go much faster & easier. The sizing is very, very, very small. So neither piece worked. The ones I got looked to be for a child, they were so small. So that is another place where, had I been able to speak with someone, I may not have lost $41 from having to return the items (2 day shipping plus a fee). There was no tracking information sent, so I thought it was not shipped, as the email they said I would receive when it was shipped was never sent. The return was very clear and went smoothly. The online popups are quite annoying after you order to try to get you to buy more stuff. If there had been better communication re: sales and shipping, I might have ordered again sometime, but otherwise, I lost out without a product that worked for me & lost money because the sales and order information is a bit lacking.
