But if you don't receive your items like me n it's damaged in transit, it's impossible to get hold of customer service as it's non existence! They don't refund and don't replace. They rob your money.
It was my first order and definitely last.
Stay away from the company. It's cheap products to attract you but if you have problems, you will never get hold of them. There is only a ROBOT chat online which goes around in circles and you never get the problem resolved.

Returned my items over a month ago. Contacted them 6 different occasions and they told me the same excuses each time in order to not refund me my money. They claim they haven't gotten the parcel back yet - clearly I returned it and entered the tracking info provided for the return etc and because their company cannot track and update their systems correctly on incoming returns to their warehouse they feel the need to keep my hard earned money!
Does not take over a month to receive the parcel that I had returned - clearly an in-house problem occurring where they can't update their systems to show my parcel is with them. I have taken to social media and seen others have been through the same issue with this company.
Stay clear! They steal hard earned money and refuse to refund you it when you send them their items back! Shocking treatment!

Awful experience, I have spent ridiculous amount off money with Shein. For the first time Ive had one item missing and asked shein to send me the missing item, instead I'm accused of being a liar and a thief. Customer service not helpful at all. They do not care and are happy to lose a customer.

I ordered several times at SHEIN. Some items are poorly sewn, the sizes are sometimes different than stated on the website and I got some items which I have not ordered instead of the ordered ones recently. The later happened several times. It takes me each time hours of taking pictures and describing everything to them and then to reply (after up to 48 hours) to their messages. As a disabled person it is very difficult for me to post something which has been send wrongly or faulty back to SHEIN. I am an online shopper for the reason of first of all NOT having to go to shops with a disability. In one order of 3 items one item has not been send and two were of a very poor quality. I reported it to SHEIN and they expect me to send an item back as a disabled person to get the full refund. Although I have not made the mistake of sending faulty or wrong items.
I recently completed a mini haul on SHEIN and found such a beautiful bag (see attached)! The pearl detailing is gorgeous! The price was £13.49 and I definitely think I got a lot for my money. The bag can be worn two ways, as a grab bag, using the pearl handle or as a cross body/shoulder bag using the gold chain that is detachable. To be honest I always find SHEIN's bags to be so lovely and always worth the money. There is always the concern that buying a bag lower in price might mean you end up with a bag that just falls apart or has really low quality, but I think SHEIN get the balance right. You can always get a cute bag without having to spend loads.
I returned 3 items on 23rd June, got confirmation that they were delivered but still no money has been returned!
I've emailed every day but just get stupid responses saying sorry & be patient.
No way of talking to a real person.

I purchased 36 items in one order (order no: GSON*******EHR and the total came to £335.53 which includes £41 as handling charges. Of the 36 items received I returned 29 items as there were size or fabric quality issues. The amount was refunded but the handling charges was not apportioned to the 36 items (should come to £1.14 per item). For the 7 items retained I am still paying the full £41 as handling charges when it should have been apportioned and ideally I should be paying £7.98 (£1.14 x 7). The actual cost of the 7 items I have retained is £51.04 but they have added £41 handling charges which really doesn't make sense as I am paying nearly double for the dresses/shirts! There is no easy way to reach a customer service agent, it is all managed by Bots! Shein please refund my handling fee to my original account! Or contact me on my phone number given in the account. Never again Shein!

After reading reviews on this site and Trustpilot I was very concerned about sending items back to Shein as I thought I would not have the goods but also loose my money. I returned 2 items on 10/09/22 and have received a full refund within a week.
Its when things go wrong you realise you used the wrong company. I get a delivery, one item of 7. Its nothing like the picture so requested a return, I notice a message on my account which tells me a different product has been delivered this can be items 2 of 7. My account shows the unwanted item (item1) is to be returned. I now have a message that the undelivered item (items2)is to be returned even tho I don't have it. The customer service is not actually a service. Should you need it, you will get a bunch of options of which probably none help. Clearly my issue is not going to be resolved by a chat bot, so ask for contact. I now have a ticket which can and probably will take 24hours to gain a response. Should have stuck to Temu, had no issues with returns etc and they use EVRI just like SHein

Not only that they charge extremely hight service charge for orders (for me it was £41.00), to receive it it takes weeks! There is no option to cancel the order even if it did not left the warehouse and forget about a full refund! If you consider making a bigger order to have multiple options and return the ones that you do not like, DO NOT DO THAT, go to normal store and purchase better quality item instead of paying money for NOTHING! The materials are horrible, so most likely you will return it all anyway!

It is unfortunate and sad that I have not received the 1st package of the order I made on the 19th of November, 2022. Expected delivery date was 1st to 2nd of December. However, nothing was delivered.
I appeal to SHEIN to look into this to ensure i receive my package. I will provide the order number if required.

I placed my first order on the 21st of January. The funds left my account and I was emailed 4days later it was out of stock. I asked for a refund and placed another order from a different card. I am still waiting for my refund from the 25th January, and to make matters worse my second order "was lost in customs"
I am left without £140 and every time I speak to them about my refunds they give me an ARN number and tell me to speak to my bank.
On their website it states upto 30 business for a refund! They are an absolute joke! The worst online retailer I have ever dealt with.
Let you place an order, take your money immediately, then make some excuse why they can't fulfill your order, and never refund you back.
Instead make you waste time and energy emailing them and getting nowhere!
No one should buy from them honestly it's not worth the hassle. Be very wary if you do. They are thieves!

My daughter bought 5 items from Shein. I was shocked to see they charge £12 for 'express' delivery, which actually means 3-7 days. Not exactly what I would call express. I refused to pay for express, so my daughter waited 8 days to receive the clothes (which is a long time when you're 13 and most online fashion retailers can manage 1-3 days). The clothes were 100% awful. Such bad quality, poor fit, very trashy indeed. So I returned them all, only to hear nothing more. When I eventually emailed Shein to find out what was going on with my return, they confirmed they'd already received the items. Obviously had no intention of refunding me unless I chased them! Then also charged me £6.50 just to return them and said the refund to my card would take UP TO 30 DAYS! This is after I've already had to chase just to get my money back. The customer support person agreed to charge only £3.50 as I am 'a valued customer'. Hah Hah. But no apology for the poor service or quality of garments. I am now still waiting to hear that my refund is being processed. They have gone very quiet. This is a very dishonest online retailer and I would not recommend purchasing anything from them.
They act like you're going to get a discount you enter a code, but really"take off from your order and don't even give you the offer. I spent 74.87 and will not order from this scam again. Funny site

AVOID THIS COMPANY. Too good to be true is the old adage that needs listening to before you hit the buy button. I don't know if Shein are intermittent scammers but if your tracking says delivered they will refuse to look at what has happened and make it your issue as in my case. Yes my package was delivered, but back to them. The post office confirmed that to be the case to me. The Post Office address was their local depo not mine - 150 miles away! The post office said that there had been a problem with my package so it never travelled further than the local area it was posted, the reason it was returned back to them. Here's why I am asking myself the question of the possibility of scamming. If they carry out this trick with 10% of their purchases, they are going to recoup a lot of money, firstly in the money paid to them and then as well as the goods returned to them for potential re sale. Their gaslighting of "It is delivered" is not good enough. I requested that they call the post office themselves. They did not. They were happy to leave it at "It's delivered". Thankfully, my pay agent took seriously the issue and did the research. Shein did not get away with it with me. I will never order from them again and advise others to be buyer aware. Please also look at the other reviews on TRUST PILOT. A large percentage under 1 star is about non delivery and people losing their money.

I feel this is just a money making venture and customer service is the least of this companies priorities. No contact numbers available on my search. Communication atrocious and appears to be run on algorithms therefore non personable. Please read reviews on trust pilot for 1 star. Many of them are about non delivery and money getting lost.

Tried on dress for occasion. Strap wasn't even sew on right! Not buying from shein again. Very upset
I ordered 3 evening dresses after the sister in law recommended Shein and I'm really impressed. Excellent value and they're beautiful. I've now ordered some dresses for work and hoping they're as perfect. Definitely recommend.
