I bought 2 costumes,only one was delivered. It was very poor quality so had to send it back. I've received no refund and still not had the other costume, Do not deal with this company as their policies on return and contact are terrible.Impossible to speak to a human and impossible to get any direct answer as all automated
I ordered several dresses for the heatwave and I purposely order ones that were listed as stretchy fabric. 2 dresses have arrived, neither of which is stretchy. I have no idea about the remaining part of the order... still waiting for it. Disappointed.

SHEIN is just the best online shopping experience I have ordered and enjoyed so many products. I have never seen so many beautiful and original items anywhere else and I am always very excited to receive them! Your service is great and if on the very rare occasion I need to return anything it is quick easy and trouble free. I am totally in love with SHEIN

Order number GSONU952A0001SQ - order 7 item only 1 item arrived, the tracking number as disappear, I have try putting the order number in and no order found. I have email them and there is no response, this as now been a couple of weeks.

I give Shein a two star rating because there clothes are amazing but some times they don't come what they look like and also it takes so long to come I ordered a package over three weeks ago and it has still not came I would really appreciate if it could come before Christmas as it is a Christmas present and at this rate is not going to be coming before Christmas I under stand that there is a lot of people who work for the post office on Strike and it is so close to Christmas but if no one works no one is going to be getting there orders

I have no complain about Shein. The delievery time is a bit long, but otherwise i have ordered twice from them. Clothes are look like same as I ordered. The Quality is also good. I am very happy.
Had a few items from Shein with no problems but the latest said it's been delivered but it hasn't very disappointed, I'm not saying it's the fault of Shein but don't trust some delivery persons.
