They have a very large selection of the sport supplements at a reasonable price. 4th order with them and cannot say any bad words, good quality of products, long expiration dates and well packaged. Only one annoying thing that order takes about one week to be delivered and there is no option for express or one day delivery.

“Will Not Refund after sending partial order”

This company charged me for three items, but only sent two. They have not responded to my requests for either one more item to complete the order, or a partial refund. Six weeks now, not a single response. I have read since many reviews calling this company thieves or worse.

Their package came hardly wrapped with any bubble wrap to secure the cookies. They were broken and upon contacting the company for a return/replacement, I was told they didn't offer these choices.
They were trying to blame it on the delivery service, but their packaging/shipping department should be blamed here. This product was FRAGILE and they hardly placed any bubble wrap in with the product, so it was expected that this would happen. They want no accountability at all. Spent over $30 and was wasted.
STAY AWAY FROM ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THEM!

Tip for consumers:
Stay away from this site. They do not package their items correctly, they come damaged, and they have no accountability. They just keep your money and show no remorse!

When I rcvd my 2 black diamond crepe…
When I rcvd my 2 black diamond crepe myrtle mystic magenta trees 1 major limb of one was 66% severed I sent a pic and they sent the return paperwork to return it to Sam's club who sells them 15 dollars less that's extortion atleast they should sell their own sams club rcvd it back on 4/14 and today is 4/22and shelhealth has yet to return my money when you call their number it's a recording telling you to email them naturally this is confrontation avoidance. A crappy company on a good day which doesn't even have the balls to address their dysfunctional issues they really need to man up their organization or roll the heck out I'd I don't have any type of contact or refund by 4/25 I will be pursue this with the better business bureau

I had to choose one star in order to move forward but they deserve none. Worst customer service ever. This business ships food so they should know how to package with care. I ordered cookies for my daughter's wedding, they arrived completely smashed although the box was not. These cookies were cake like cookies that I have mailed, myself, from NY to NM and with a bit of "care" in packing, these cookies always arrive in beautiful condition. It was obvious that this company tried to smash the 8 boxes of cookies into one box that was too small for the shipment which destroyed the cookies before they were even forwarded for shipping, then they refer you to their shipping policy, and to the shipping company to file your complaint. They take no responsibility because they have a "shipping policy" that talks about the shipping of food products. I was told that the cookies are still edible so they take no responsibility for their condition. You may has well set your $$ on fire rather than order from this place. They take no care nor pride in the packing of the goods and should not be blaming the shipping company for their issues. - A bit of further info regarding the plastic containers these cookies come in: they are like a plastic bubble that surrounds each individual cookie keeping them separated from each other. As you can see in the photos, many of the cookie tops are smashed and this is due to the severe pressing down of one plastic container onto the other. The packer used that "give" in the plastic packaging to smash down the containers to close the shipping box. I obviously could not put these cookies out at my daughter's wedding. Some other poor customer service issues were that I never received any communication that my order was shipped nor did I receive any tracking data. I am just sorry that I didn't not look into reviews before placing my order as I found many many of the same poor reviews similar to mine regarding shipping of food items and lack of care in packaging.

Tip for consumers:
Do not use this company for shipping any type of food items that you need to track or receive in one piece. They do not take responsibility nor care about your issues. Issues are unfairly pushed onto the shipping company when it is the packer who is to blame.

Products used:
Black & White Cookies - No refund or compensation because of the wording in their shipping policy. Shipment was late and products inside un-smashed box were smashed.
