While working with ShipMonk, we received numerous reports of wrong orders which inevitably drove our customer return into the ground. Customer support was impossible to get through to and sometimes took months to solve issues. I've included (censored) images of one major complication we had (Note the month difference from problem to solution). The customer ordered 2 items and received over $500 worth of products instead.

After several bad experiences with shipments to the Russian Federation on my own, I decided to try BedaBox. It was affordable, convenient, and the package arrived on time without any damage. BedaBox will be my first choice for all future international shipments now. This is a great service!

I used the personal shopper service to ship buy an exclusive product from the USA, and the entire process was a very pleasant experience. The customer support provided by Bedabox would place in the top few places out of all the services I've used, being very quick, helpful and friendly in response.

Where there were problems or other options in payment or shipping, I was contacted and provided with full details so I knew the situation the whole way through.

I definitely would recommend this to anyone interested in getting products from the US that you can't get elsewhere.

Tip for consumers:
Paypal fees are expensive, try to preload on bitcoins for payment if possible, seeing as they don't have fees.

The worst of the worst, and I have been in CPG industry for 25+ years. Have never seen any warehouse service providers with worse service. Everything leaked. No fillers in the box. They deny everything even though we have all photos and videos. And they overcharge by sneaking unknown charges to their bills, EVERY SINGLE TIME. This is a sham!

I had 2 orders from Amazon and needed to ship them to Sydney, Australia. BedaBox did great job, received my parcels, consolidated them into one package and sent it to the destination address. What I liked particularly - is that they follow up on every detail and whenever I had questions, they were quick to response and ready to help.
Will definitely keep using BedaBox services and will recommend to others.

In the past buying from American was a dream impossible and when I wanted something from American my friends were unhappy to carry it for me; which in turn it made me unhappy too. Then one day I come across this company, and since then shopping from American is just part of my life. Shipping using DHL is just cheap which makes the bedabox great! Try it and you will see what I mean.

I had some doubts about trusting Bedabox at the beginning but after I spoke to Sabina in customer service, I decided to use them. I am glad I did. They shipped quickly and the rate was friendly. I will use them again.

I don't understand why their giving me estimate delivery date but I haven't receive any of my items. It's almost 2months. I ordered 6 items but nothing came yet. I hope this is not a scan. Please send me some updates of my order. Thanks!

Very poor service! You pay for high shipping costs, but customers receive their packages 5-6 days delayed! You file a claim for lost, damaged, incorrect packages, they just circle back and say reach out to the shipping company! I mean, we are their customers! They should be the one to file the claim to the shipping companies they are in contact with! When you file a claim/complaint/ticket, you will couple of days before you get a response and gues what? No resolution! Thanks, Shipmonk!

Recently I placed an order at Amazon to be shipped to BedaBox. This was my first order involving BedaBox. When, after some time, the parcel did not arrive at BedaBox, I contacted BedaBox and asked them if anything was wrong. What had happened is that I had mistakenly given Amazon the wrong shipping address and the parcel ended up being shipped to a church situated on the same street as BedaBox. Believe it or not, Jan Bednar of BedaBox actually went to the church and was able to retrieve my wrongfully addressed parcel. Now, if that is not the ultimate in customer service, I don't know what is. Thank you Jan for your diligence!

There are a number of US package forwarding companies out there, so before I chose Bedabox, I did a great deal of research on some of the companies in the business, such as Viabox, Myus, Shipito, Borderlinx, Shipville, BongoUS etc. The customer reviews on these companies were horrendous - lost packages, exorbitant shipping fees and poor customer service were the most frequent complaints. I had almost lost all hope until I came across Bedabox. A number of things persuaded me to give Bedabox a try but most of all, I liked the fact that the company is based within Florida Atlantic University's (FAU) Tech Runway and Research Park, which fosters high-tech start-ups and mentors entrepreneurs. Bedabox's founder, Jan Bednar was an FAU student and one of five 'vintage venture' companies supported by the Tech Runway. This information demonstrated to me that Bedabox was a credible company, had a history, could be trusted and had accountability in the shape of its founder Jan Bednar - you can Google him and find out all you need to know!

I believe that my due diligence has really paid off because I have just received my first order and shipment of US goods via Bedabox. Everything was processed without a hitch! Bedabox were very responsive to my enquiries, they notified me when my goods were received and shipped to the UK (the details included a tracking number so that I could check on the progress of my shipment) and the shipping quotes that they provided were transparent and clear (you always get a choice from Bedabox so there is a shipping price to suit any budget!).

If you live outside of the USA and you need to purchase goods, which can only be shipped to a US address, give Bedabox a try. You will not be disappointed.
