The service is useful and the BUYFORME service is unique. The hosts are generally great but the SHIPPN customer support is so awful and unhelpful. They will stall, and nonsensical questions, etc. It seems like they go out of their way to NOT assisting you. I had multiple orders at a hosts address and they went and assigned the other half to a different host in order for to make me pay 120 extra usd for 2 small game discs to be shipped to me.
I'm very nice and generous to the hosts and they know I go out of my way to tip the hosts hundreds of dollars, yet they still disrespect me and put in a lot of effort to NOT assist me with basic questions they DEFINITELY have the answer to.
I edited my review to update, they suspended my account mid order because they found out about my 3 star review. This happened IMMEDIATELY after I told them I wouldn't accept their BRIBE in a form of a discount for changing my 3 star review. Retaliation much.
They also transferred 4 of my orders to another host, charged me a consolidation fee, then transferred my orders back to the original host. Essentially stealing money from me. I'm considering litigation.
By the way, I tipped the last 4 hosts between 50 and 70 USD EACH by CHOICE. Shippin staff are actual scumbags. Remember this review please.
