Shipt is the worst delivery service. It's horrible. I used Shipt twice in the past and without my knowledge the company enrolled me in a membership. I never asked or agreed to this. I disputed all charges and my money was returned, the company had no documentation or proof that I had enrolled in there services.

Shipt is the best—shoppers are fast, efficient and helpful; customer service is outstanding! On the rare occasion that an item is missing or past it's sell by date, customer service gives an immediate credit. The shoppers text me when they start my order and keep in touch with me throughout the process. I can't say enough good things about this service. It's worth every penny.

I have been really happy with shipt. I like that they don't have any hidden fees and i can sign up to have free delivery for a yearly fee. I am very grateful for this service and how it saves me time. It is also very easy to find the things you want or need. You also have the option to use different stores, such as target and petco. I just love it and it's really changed my life. No more lists, no more having to forget!
Disputed money supposedly owed on my account. Was unable to place an order due to this balance. Asked to speak with a supervisor. Was on hold for a long time and during that time Shipt accessed my credit card and took the money anyway even though I challenged this. When person came back from having me on hold they said everything was ok and I could go ahead and shop. But in reality they just took it. Never spoke with a supervisor.
I absolutely love using Shipt for my weekly grocery delivery. As a busy modern woman, I need all the help I can get. The shoppers have all been exceptional, and I'm happy with the level of transparency in pricing.
Why would a company have you take the time to fill your cart and when you try to check out there are no time slots. This has been going on for over a month. Prices are crazy expensive but at the very least inform people there are no time slots and you just wasted an hour out of your day.
Shipt is a third-party entity, your order is $5 to $35 more than the annual membership fee ($99), tip to shopper (20% or better) and due to the member fee, no delivery charge. The last order I had gotten the receipt in a bag for my order. It came to $99.33. Tip:$26.03. The charge on my card? $150.38. Explanation: because Shipt is a third-party you will be charged anywhere from $5 to $35 extra that does not come off after your order is delivered. They are a third-party and can charge that much. Being a disabled person that cannot walk or drive, this is not acceptable. Ever. Check for your receipts and be aware of this added extra.
Worked as Shipt Shopper did 165 delivery only rated 58 times and most from when first started got $100tip then next day deactivated for low rating makes no sense all my stats 100% delivered and on time so harsh they just throw people off like that
Never again shipt! You order delivery in the morning and deliver it to you in the evening. You wait all day! For what? You pay the delivery, you pay the tip and they postpone your delivery from morning till night without a single explanation! Rescheduled all day long!
Shipt was so reliable. The shoppers were great, funny, and best of all, always on time. Now, for the third time in a row, my shopper is over an hour late with my delivery. I spent a lot of time finding substitutions for items if the ones I requested were not available. He asked "so if an item isn't available should I just skip it?" UMMMMM I picked substitutions! He informed me he was headed to the store to pick up my order…and I informed him it was the wrong store. His reply "ooops, sorry I just woke up." Just woke up at the time my order was due. Shipt has gone WAY downhill. I'm better off just shopping for myself and I'm definitely canceling my subscription with them once this current one expires.
The driver said my package from Best Buy was left with the security guard and that the guard wouldn't let her into the community. The guards aren't allowed to except any packages and the gate is open 24 hours for deliveries. This driver lied. Never trust this company ever.

I have been a Shipt customer since 2020.
I had an order not get delivered or shopped at all for me. The shopper just went and marked it delivered. It was a $300+ order. The shopper never started the shopping (they send you a text when they do). Anyway, I called customer service 2x. Both times they were extremely short with me and said they would look into it to get me a refund They never got back to me and I called again and got know where with customer service. I ended up cancelling my credit card purchase for that particular order
I tried ordering again from them and they suspended my account because I cancelled the charge for the purchase that was never shopped or delivered
I used Shipt 10+ times, paid for an annual membership, and spent over $700 shopping with them. I have never seen a company that gives less of a sh*t about a paying customer.
The problem started as, their site kept emailing me saying it was going to charge my card for monthly membership. But I had already paid for an annual membership. I contacted support 5+ times and they basically just told me to ignore it. Finally I was getting warnings that my membership would be revoked, so I contacted the BBB. This actually got a response, and they said they would refund my annual membership. I waited 3 weeks, no refund. I reported that on BBB. Shipt copy + pasted their original response. Still no refund. I had enough of these losers, so I made my own refund - a chargeback worth double the amount of the membership. They still never contacted me, but they banned my account. Works for me. I would have spent thousands with you, Shipt! Go f**k yourselves!
I've used Shipt for almost a year. I have found that it has been well worth the fee. The Shoppers have always been good & the communication has been very good. Also the Shoppers have been very polite & professional. The only time I wasn't satisfied was when I asked the shopper not to put anything on plastic unless absolutely necessary. She used several plastic bags for every piece of produce & none of it was necessary. Other than that it's been great.
My guest and I waited 5 hours poolside (5 hours after the deadline) we had received a text before the deadline stating they would be 1 hour late so felt sure they were coming. Then we called them back 5 hours after the deadline. THIS WAS AN. ABSOLUTE JOKE and embarrassment. Please run from this company is you need reputable vendors.

My shopper had completed my order through Target yesterday for $186 and was ready to leave store. There was some error on their computer system so they canceled the order! She called me as she was on hold. I called Shipt, All they could say was Sorry and it would take 10 DAYS to refund my money and the entire order would have to be placed again and re-shopped. Your bank card is charged within 30 seconds of the order being placed from from Target. NEVER AGAIN. Terrible customer service on both ends for a waste of my time, the shoppers and shame on Target for just canceling and Shipt for doing absolutely nothing! Here is the order information Aug 25,2022:

After this experience of using this service for over 2 years, never again. This was groceries needed for making a huge amount of meat for a get together that I needed and was waiting for. I am almost 69, have a bad knee and cannot get out. My shopper has always gone above and beyond and no fault of hers.

I worked for shipt during Covid. Haven't worked for them for a couple years. Then out of the blue I get calls from their customer support saying customers are saying they got notification that the order was delivered but they did not receive. So I was like no not me. Well after 6 calls from them I called back. Found out the orders were in a different state than me. I got an email saying the direct deposit was returned cuz the account was closed. No one has called me back to get this figured out.
I had a sick kid at college and did a shipt order to get them items to stay hydrated. We waited several hours for the scheduled delivery and then last thry rescheduled for several hours llater. Minute
I have a 4.69 just because 4 clients decide to give me 1 or 2 stars because I did not communicate enough. All 4 clients received everything they requested on time, but they felt annoyed cuz I never said anything. The only time I need to discuss something should be when a product is missing or is not available, but if everything is there why I HAVE TO talk to them...Clients are spoiled and the company doesn't do anything in their employees benefits. The same way we get rate it, we should be able to rate all those clients that are toxic, that takes forever to answer to a question you may have, or they need to feel special and make us say Hi... this system sucks! And if they don't change their ways probably will lose lots of drivers. Oh plus NOT ENOUGH STORES AND THEY WANT YOU TO FINISH A DELIVERY OVER 100 ITEMS FROM PUBLIX IN A HOUR...what a joke!
I want an answer WHY your courier didn't take my signature since it was mandatory to have a signature to deliver the package with a value above $500, I would also like to know if she left it at my door why didn't she take a picture to prove it your honesty? Now she is claiming to have put it inside the trash bin? That doesn't seem professional to me... I bought it with Best Buy... but you guys are obliged to question your employee so that they can solve my problem. Or you think it's normal for a person not to provide any proof of their delivery, it really scares me to know that a company doesn't have any kind of rules. I'm already tired of this situation, I keep calling to try to solve a situation that you clearly know that the error came from within SHIPT. If you are not responsible for what happened my only alternative will be to go to a TV channel. I have a police report, I have all the calls (with some different versions given by your employee) by phone recorded and I have the image of your delivery person! Consumer rights have to work. So that this does not happen again with the next buyers

I want to warn all buyers to be careful with the shipt company.. they hire people without the minimum of professionalism and will not be held responsible for any issue if the package is not delivered., even if they say it was delivered.. my item it required a signature , and the delivery guy claimed to leave it at my door without even taking a photo to prove it . but i have camera and it shows that no package was delivered

We received a gift card from friends while wife had cancer treatments. First, there was no way to check gift card balance. We ended up placing an order which arrived. We tried again with a second order to see if there was any funds remaining. The order got placed but never delivered as shopper could not find address. In addition, we went over the gift card balance by $4 as we could not see balance. Long story short, we had to purchase a second monthly membership to be able to use remaining funds. There seems to be little understanding in regards to customer service. It seems more like a scam to steal money from people trying to bless others. We originally signed up for a trial membership but cancelled after second order as we do not have service locally and we were using on a vacation to celebrate wife's recovery. Shipt really needs a better process to deal with gift cards in terms of showing balance and allowing a canceled membership to stay active until through date like every other service does. Overall, I would avoid this company like the plague.

Jewel-Osco uses Shipt to deliver their grocery orders... the first time I had ever heard of them they emailed me saying my delivery might be delivered by 3pm when it was scheduled for 9am... I called the store and had it straightened out... this last time I received a text saying my groceries had been delivered at 8am... I went to check and there were no groceries... I called the store and they said they would resend with a different delivery service... Shipt STOLE MY GROCERIES! I am a disabled senior who depends on grocery delivery. I never received the normal email telling me what I was receiving... I never got a text saying they were on the way... and my food was never delivered. I am now out almost $200 for food I never received. I cannot send you the proof of purchase because I never received the email saying what I was receiving... and there is nothing to send a picture of as nothing was delivered.

Charge for service then overcharge for products. I am unable to get the sale prices that my store is offering.
Shipt always gets it wrong. And then when you call customer service, there is no one in america and you have to fight the language difference.
