On March 26,2024, three months ago, I bought Skechers shoes from Shoemail through Amazon, and in only three months the shoes were ruined and broken on the inside. I wear these shoes for about 45 minutes four or five days a week and it isn't fair that I paid 90-something dollars for a defective product that lasted three months. I contacted Shoemall and they didn't want to refund my money saying that 60 days had passed and told me to talk to the manufacturer. I contacted Shoemall because they sold the shoes, not the manufacturer, my feet were hurting and realized that it was because the inside of the shoes was broken and ruined. This company is a big fraud.

After I placed my online order I called customer service to ask if an online discount could be applied. CSR rep and supervisor cancelled my order before telling me the discount would not apply to my order. After they cancelled my order they covered up their error by telling me the shoe was no longer available and that it was an online order issue. Worst service ever. Won't shop on this website again. Good news is that BORN shoes are available on plenty of other websites.
Took almost 3 months to finally get my shoes. Sizes do not run true. Ordered a larger size than normal. Still too small. On top of the problems, they're charging me $9.00 to return them. What a scam. Avoid at any cost.

The only thing is that FedEx will deliver your package and sometimes they take longer than expected, after that I recommend Shoemall, just make sure it's your correct size.

The receipt of my shoes was fine, but when I went to return them because they didn't fit, that's when my nightmare began. I used their return label, which apparently puts your return on the back of a donkey. It has been over a month, and the tracking information has not changed. When I contact them, they tell me there is nothing they can do, and that I will not get my refund until they have the shoes in hand. Their customer service people are also hopelessly rude. Looks like I'm going to have to go through my credit card company to get this issue resolved. Thinking about shoe shopping online? Just say NO to this site!

My order was returned to ShoeMall with their shipping label, which by the way, is the slowest return possible. I shipped it back on 12/30 through Fed Ex and it was received by ShoeMall on 01/06. They did not acknowledge my return until January 19 and my account was finally credited on 01/20. The turn-around time was ridiculous from the date of receipt by them until acknowledgment and credit. All other companies I have dealt with credited returns much quicker. Very disappointed with their process. Doubt I will do business with them again. Just beware if you need to return an item of the lengthy return process.
Bought a $100 pair of shoes that ended up not even looking like the pictured shoes on the website. The box included a return shipping label with NO TRACKING, and no request to contact them to return, which I thought was very sketchy. They also want $9 to pay for return shipping, even though they sent me a different product than they represented in the photo. It took me a long time to chat with a customer service agent on their website and they were quite unhelpful. Do not shop here.
Absolutely the most rude customer service I've ever spoken to. Seriously was told we don't guarantee your purchase will be delivered on time. My purchase has been at same location per tracking for a week and they refuse to assist.
I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and they arrived within a week and a half. Delivery was on time. Great price. I saved over $50 compared to Amazon. Exactly what I expected on the shoes. Definitely ordering again from Shoemall. My daughters just placed an order for shoes as well. I don't know why i see some negativity about this place but I guess you cant please everyone. C'mon I see some wrote that it didn't arrive till 2 or 3 days later. Are you serious people? Like as if thats going to kill you to wait a couple days. I'm happy with them.
I ordered a pair of Sketcher Arch Fit last week because the site offers discount coupon which makes the cheapest that I can find; and then I came across this review site.so I was apprehensive that Shoemall has only two stars. Turns out my order arrived today (a Sunday), 3 days ahead of estimated arrival date. The shoes are exactly what I ordered. So no problem. Can't speak to its customer service department because I don't have to use it.
They should not be allowed to stay in business. Two months ago, they shipped a completely inaccurate product to me that I paid over $100 for. I went through the return process immediately, yet it somehow took over two weeks for them to receive the item I shipped only a few states away.
Then they promised my refund would process in 2-3 days, and here I am two weeks later with no refund, no returned contact, and no way of contacting them since they don't answer phone calls or emails!
This company should be shut down. Exceptional small businesses everywhere are being shut down lately, yet corrupt companies like this get to steal from us and hold no accountability and remain open.

I was just told in an email from their customer service that it takes 2-3 weeks to process a return. WHY? They received the shoes i returned on march 1st. Still waiting on refund. They sure don't hesitate taking your money! Returning it is a different story!
ShoeMall - I've been trying to get my issue resolved and 2 of your customer service agents were SO RUDE! A male transferred me to another division without telling me the reason, and when I called back, a female had a nasty tone with me. I also think it's ridiculous that she said no supervisors are there after 7 pm. How are your customers supposed to get help after that time frame? If this is how you run your business, I will return my order and never do business with you again.
I returned a pair of Skecher shoes to Shoemall which they received on 6-30-23 as evidenced by my Fedex Tracking number. I have called three times to Shoemall and was told "refund is processing" and it would take 10 days. This is BS, why was refund not made upon receipt of returned item? Do yourself a favor and run from this shoemall website! They advertise shoes that they can not order and charge you. There customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. They have no idea what happens to the orders nor do they care to find out. Their shoes might seem cheep or on sale, but believe me, you pay for it in the long run. I will never buy from this site again.
I placed an order on November 13 the ship date has changed three times now the forecasted ship date is mid February I've never received worst service from a company in 40 years save your money. This is pathetic service by any standard

#Shoemall.com, all I can say is this company sucks! As a First time customer, I Placed an order only to receive the wrong shoes. Took me over 30 min to get customer service on the phone. Transferred to a manager where I was told I would not be charged a return fee. Well they lied, even though it was notated on the account. I called back, When I spoke to the supervisor after waiting 30 min, Linda said she would refund the shipping fee...hm the fee that was already supposed to have been refunded with the original refund. All I can say is DO NOT purchase from this company...CROOKS!

I have bought twice and the shoes never fit correctly. Kept one and had to have it stretched. Second pair I was given wrong information from the beginning when i returned them because they were too small. Their sizing is always off. You get what you pay for with them. 90% nasty customer service. They want to argue with you and corporate s NOT controlling this customer service behavior. Call *******871 Corporate Office and complain.
After trying to order a pair of tennis shoes for myself over three days, I was unable to place an order that didn't get cancelled with no reason given. I was not allowed to get an explanation over the phone for the cancellations. After the three days the shoes were no longer available. I have ordered with them before with no problem and my credit score is excellent with no problems with either of two cards I tried using. From my experience your business doesn't matter to them, at least mine didn't

I returned a pair of shoes and never got a refund! They are refusing to refund my money, saying they already did. They absolutely did not. It is now July 22, and I sent these shoes back over a month ago. The tracking shows the package was delivered to the address they provided. The company says wait 7-10 business days for refund. Which I did. 10 business days (of course) later I got an email saying they received my package and it will be 7-10 business days for refund. No. I called and said no you actually received them 3 weeks ago. Please refund me. They said wait 24-48 hours. I did. Then I called back again and they said sorry we can't help you it says it was refunded. I am livid. This is over $100.

I have bought several pair of women's shoes at ShoeMall, and I am satisfied both with the quality and the price. I wear a very narrow width, and I have specific brands that I like. ShoeMall carries a good selection in my size, and I even found a new (to me) brand of shoe there -- and bought 2 pair! They also have good sales. And, almost every shoe has customer reviews which are informative and make it easy to be a better buyer. I think they almost always have free shipping. And, I do not buy really high end designer shoes, but I find I can get quality leather footwear in good designs at this website.
I knew the shoe that I wanted, as I have ordered very similar from Easy Spirit before. So, I was pleased when it arrived within 4 days with standard shipping, and the product was exactly what it was supposed to be. I was concerned when I checked the reviews here for this company after I placed my order. Most concerns seem to be around returning shoes, though they clearly state in the policy that it can take up to 3 weeks to see your money refunded or credited back to your account. I thought I should let it be known here that the service I received was excellent!
Placed an order for shoes listed as available as of today's date (10/27/20); received confirmation stating will ship in 5-7 days BUT estimated shipping date of 12/25/20! Called customer service... seems they are having system issues - shoes are not available. Customer service unable to cancel my order due to system problem. I go to their website - no place to cancel an existing order. Call, put on hold... 10 minutes and disconnected. Call again... holding.

After seeing all the reviews of people mostly complaining about how bad the customer service is, i was skeptical at first. But still I bought a shoe here and it was perfect, just as how they showed it to be! I love it and it wasn't at all deceiving. I don't know why other people are complaining how bad the website is, but i got mine correct, and with free shipping & cheap too. If anyone decides to buy here, my tip is be sure that you get the right shoe size and do your research on the shoe brand! Because it seems like everyone has a problem with getting a shoe that doesn't fit and has trouble returning it. I got mine 1 size bigger than my current size so i know that it will at least fit (and using socks will help fitting in bigger shoes). Hope it helps! (3
