My order #******* which was paid for 2/5/23 never came. Couldnt find my info until just now in a screen shot confirming my order.

DO NOT BUY FROM "SHOESPIE", THIS COMPANY IS AS DODGY AS THEY COME, I AM NOW ON MY 6TH EMAIL AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT PROVIDED ME WITH THEIR RETURN ADDRESS - THIS IS THE EMAIL THEY SENT ME TRYING TO BATER THE REFUND MONEY!

I ordered it and then waited 23 days they say they delivered it. I had someone waiting at me house to receive the package it never showed but they said it was delivered. I contacted them they said it takes 5 days to get a refund. It's been over a month from the time I ordered it and over 2 weeks no refund. It's a scam don't buy anything from them.

Never received my item 35 emails back and forth still nothing they don't have a phone number how convenient

I ordered a anchormate II from them. Great price. It took over a month for the supposed delivery. On April 8, the delivery company notified me that the delivery had been made... on April 9. They must be clairvoyant! That and the fact that I was home all day on the 8th and no package arrived. Followed up through their email immediately on Monday the 10th. They will not even disclose who the supposed delivery company is so I could try and follow up myself. Have been getting excuse after excuse since then. Today is April 24th and they have stopped replying to me all together.
All I want is my money back.

Paid money, never received any product and this is months number 3. And it was paid off my card CLEARLY to shoespi.com.if they kept the money I paid from 100 other people,they would have 5000 free dollars.

I order a 3 tank slushie machine and I never received my order and it say delivered this website is a scam don't order from them.

I already crab legs in January I paid for them I ordered 15 lb also I did not receive anything this is a total scam I've reported them to the better Business bureau and I'm following suit with this cuz it was over $100 I am going after these people they've scammed so many people they're making a fortune off of us do not trust his company they do not get back with you or anything don't order anything from them sad and sick that they have to count on us for money to scam us like that shame on us for thinking it was true we were getting a deal no deal at all

I have seen a commercial for an atractive price for the crab legs. I placed an order of course with credit card. At the same time I requested a tracking number. I never get reply to my E-mail. I resend it but with the same result. Then I started investigation. There are hundreds of complaints. It suppose to be shoe company but they are seling crab legs? Apparently the crab legs suppose to be shipped from Hong Kong - I did not know!. Of course the legs never arrived. Naturally I got my money back from my credit company. But what I get for all my waisted time? Dont' try to buy anything from this company those are only fraudsters.

Like the rest of the people on here who ordered the crab legs I was also scammed- order # - tracking # - followed the tracking for 3 weeks and when it said delivered - it gave no address. So where is it? I knew it was too good to be true. Sent them 2 messages and haven't received a response. Truely a scam site. Was billed on my card as shoespie.com UK.GB.

I saw a Facebook ad for crab legs and I checked the company's website and it looked legit but after ordering and contacting them multiple times I have received no response and the crab legs were supposedly delivered but that's definitely fraudulent as well. I bounced the charge on my credit back to them and hope this keeps others from getting scammed as well.

Ordered Crab legs, offer seemed too good to be true. It was. False tracking #, all in Chinese. Perishable product shipped 30 days ago and never arrived.

This is a warning for those who want to purchase food from this company. I placed an order for king crab legs that they were advertising for $7.49 per pound per 15 lb case. First of all they made it seem that it was coming for Texas as they headlined with an El Paso restaurant which is located in Texas. After two weeks they sent me a tracking number that then indicated that it was actually coming from China! After another three weeks of tracking it said that my package had been delivered and it hadn't. I emailed them 5x letting them know that I in fact did not receive my package and they never returned an email or tried to reimburse me at all. I can't say anything about their other products but If I were you reading this I would not order food from them. On another note at this point I wouldn't have eaten it because we had shot down their spy balloons so only god knows what they are doing to food coming here.

Order 15lbs of crab lag with credit card payments, But, can't get any response from this company. They send me a email saying that,
THEY still waiting for payment from my credit card company.

I already verified with my credit card company that, payment has been made to this company.

Apparently they sell shoes, but of late have taken up selling crab legs?
Of course they don't - but they will happily take your $157.50. No order confirmation, no tracking number, no order number. When pressed for the above I was sent a fake tracking number and a fake order number. When I asked for a refund and later a screenshot of the proof of the refund they sent me an internally created bs "document" - but it had nothing to do with a mastercard refund. They are using fake stock photos and using a legitimate Texas restaurants logo.
These people are criminals. They may have started out semi-legit, but they have clearly crossed to the dark side

Horrible experience. 4 months in Transit, damaged pakage, fake publicity, bad leather quality (is not leather)
