I was very excited with this order. I've been looking for something like this for a while. Unfortunately, when it arrived I charged for almost 4 hours, as indicated, but it never turned on. It was a defective one.
I also want to let you know that I would give costumer service 5 starts. They reimbursed me in a timely manner. So sorry the machine didn't work, but at least I wasn't given the runaround for the reinburstment

Angela was the first person, after 2 months of asking for help, that did help me. She is great! Now thanks to her, I will be able to buy more products. The customer service that you have on the web page is horrible. It should not have to taken me 2 months to solve the problem. Except from Angela, my experience was really bad. Thanks Angela again!
