I recently placed an order from Thule which was handled by Shopatron. Not only was the experience quick and easy, the product arrived exactly when they said it would. I'll definitely look for the Shopatron name in the future as a good supplier.

Fabulous! I had never been to Universal Yarn before... the searching for the item and check-out experience were smooth as silk. I will buy all of my yarn at UY through Shopatron. Wish the other major retailers would use Shopatron -- things would go a lot faster/better;-)

I had placed an order for bike carrier parts and accessories. I found the prices to be very fair. The shopping experience was excellent, and the order was processed and shipped very fast. Everything was above expectations, and I would highly recommend this company.

Customer service has been wonderful since my posting on SiteJabber. The company policy on shipping backorders (yes, they do charge for the shipping even if you've paid for shipping the rest of the order already) was explained, and the wait time for a backordered item was clarified, and I'm updating this because of that response. Evidently a backorder gets shipped to their retailers who then ship it to individual customers, hence the double shipping charge - which I still don't agree with.
The backordered item hasn't yet arrived in this country, and the wait for any backorder is 1 to 8 weeks. Perhaps that information could be made available when the item is ordered.

I recently purchased a car seat adapter through Shopatron and the item was shipped and we received the product the very next day, so my wife and I were very impressed with our quickly we were able to get the product and all we had to pay for was the standard low cost shipping rate. Thank you Shopatron.

I love Cobble Hill's puzzles! I am a preschool teacher, and you have a variety of puzzle sizes that meet the needs of my students. You also have beautiful nature puzzles, and I and my students love animals. The only complaint I have, and it is not a huge one, is that it took a long time to receive the puzzles. Shopatron handles processing for Cobble Hill.

As both a retailer and a consumer, I have to admit I'm a fan of Shopatron. Without Shopatron, the brands I deal with would be selling directly, and I would be getting zero cut. Now, I can sell the products I have on hand (many of which would be excess inventory that I might have to discount to clear out) and also increase foot traffic thanks to in-store pickup and the many other shipment options that only Shopatron offers.
Couldn't think of another e-commerce option, honestly... And as a consumer, their customer service and intuitive order system for both regular desktop computers and mobile devices is awesome.

I live outside the Mainland, at Puerto Rico, a US Territory. With other websites, I had the problem that they do not ship to the Caribbean. With Shopatron, I made my purchase easely, with no hassle and my items arrived before I expected.

Great experience ordering Mizno volleyball shoes. Shopatron has excellent customer service and communication. I knew exactly when my shoes would arrive and was given access to a custome service rep in the event of a problem. I would definitely use this site again and would highly recommend it to others.

After a very aggravating experience trying to procure this octopus puppet through a local toy store, it turned out that ordering directly from Folkmanis (via Shopatron) was the way to go. The ordering process was a cinch and the puppet was here in no time - and perfect - thanks Folkmanis and Shopatron!

Bad experience today with Shopatron as the service provider for a Canadian retailer, Home Hardware. The retailer's website is not synced with the Shopatron website, so IDs and passwords are not maintained. Talk about confusion! I now know enough to go durectly to the Shopatron website to get order status. I'm unable to see my account or orders via the retailer site at all. Amazingky, the order went through, but Shopatron's support of the retailer is severely lacking.

I was looking for a specific type of yarn, couldn't find it anywhere. I finally found it through Shopatron. I hadn't used Shopatron before, but decided to go for it. The whole process was easy and my yarn was shipped quickly. The price was great, too. I am very glad I found this site, and I'm sure I'll be back again.

I really like the convenience and ease of online shopping for Celestron products (via the Shopatron site). The Celestron product line has always given me the best value for the dollars that I spend there. And the Shopatron shipping has always exceeded my expectations.

I posted an order there because manufacturer site used them as official retail.
It has already passed a week after my order was submitted, and now it is not shipped yet.

After finally getting thru after 1.5 hours customer service agent yelled at me and hung up. Warning, Never Use The Home Hardware online shopping website. Home Depot all the way!

I bought some replacement bulbs for my PIAA fog lights. They delivered my order really fast to Alaska! I am always impressed when a company can get things up here quickly.
