They used to be ok then went downhill fast!

I've bought from them for over a year. Then I started to notice very odd behavior from them via customer service. Being argumentative and combatitive. Then they really pushed it over the line when they attempted to bully me into changing my reviews.
Bottom line, they are almost always over MSRP and now they treat their customers horribly. I will never purchase from them again.
