I ordered raincoat. The seller then chat with me and asked me to cancel. So I cancel the order on due date. I received a bad watch from the seller the next day, The shoppee agent rejected my refund and told me It is not goods did not received, supposed to be receive wrong items. The fact that the watch is a gift from supplier to close the case at their end. I applied again on the fact that I did not receive my items, the email said someone will contact me. I did not receive any call from the shopee agent and the agent again reject my refund. Then they send me a link and causing my laptop freeze and cannot move and I have to send to repair. What kind of refund process is this?
The seller provide bad service and talk to me with bad attitude. As a buyer, I never know that give ratings without give comment considered as irresponsible buyer. The seller also never put people into consideration whether they are busy to reply to your message or not. Of course, I'm very angry with the seller's attitude and I ask for apologies. Till the end, seller replied me back with horrible message as well. I think buyer have the right not to write their comment and honestly the product was not functioning just like cheating people to buy.

I hate the policy where buyer should bare the cost of returning the wrong item. The cost to print and send the item to the courier as it is buyer fault for receiving the item. Shoppe doesn't consider about buyer side at all. Atleast set pickup option and let the seller learn. This is not fair.

I recently bought a set of Graphic Novels from Shopee. And what I got in the end was a link to down load a digital copy. When I disputed it with Shopee and ask them to stop payment to the Vendor, they rejected it and said the vendor delivered as promised and so they will be releasing the payment to the vendor.
I then reviewed the order again to see whether it was mentioned that it was a digital copy, yes it was there, one small line in the remarks column. NOTHING in the title mention Digital Comic (like all the rest of the digital comic). NOTHING in the pictures mention digital comic.
And when I search for the item again, to leave a review to warn other people about this, it no longer is listed. It so obvious the seller intention is to full people, shut down and open another store to full people other people again.
The whole idea of Shoppee holding the payment is to protect both the buyer and the seller from being con from buying things online. This would never have happen if I went and buy it from a normal bookstore.
Well I will never buy from Shoppee or even any online store, just because some unscrupulous idiot and some money grabbing platform who is not interested in making a good online business.
Delay on delivery, give a lot of excuses just to want u to wait, and behind they didnt do any action, the customer service will only ignoring your question, and wont help you solve the problem, and shopee sorting centre is very bad, dont know how they many the parcel, i think shopee should change a logistic team pls, and suddenly allow to pick up personally from the hub but need 2-4 working day suddenly say cannot, i dont know how the shoppe procedure run, its was a very bad experience with shopee, so next time if u guys want to use shopee get rdy to face any issue, and then will not giv a fk on you.

Lately i was offered a voucher so I bought a screen protector. Look at the picture i shared, the item has reached the delivery hub Damansara nearby my delivery address but next thing u see it has gone to another delivery hub in Pasir Gudang and it showed delivery unsuccessful.
Of course cannot deliver in Pasir Gudang because my address is in Damansara, u idiot.

Seems that payment to shopee has issues as they claim it is due to their system. After payment made via online banking via the FPX payment platform and amount deducted from the bank account, the order still indicates Not Paid and still ask to make payment. The you have to wait for 24-48 hrs for them to update and if payment is still unsuccessful, the they will refund to shopee pay wallet which will take another 3 days or to your bank account in another 5 days.
You pay and you will be at Shoppe's mercy. They will deliver whenever they wish to, you have no control. That is if what you ordered EVER gets delivered. The vendors have no responsibility and they send the blame to the delivery crew. The delivery crew is unresponsive. Shopee does nor refund, rather they play the game of refund request under 'resolution' and they string you forever. This is no Amazon. This is internet thievery! Don't waste money with these hoodlums, crooks. The vendor is AEMVENTURE Pro Shop. Do not waste your money!

I have reached out shopee informing that my ShopeePay were not able to top up by using credit card. The customer support advised that she will escalate to relevant team and reach out in return within 1-3 working days.
On 20th August:
I did a follow up and the agent claiming that my case was escalated to higher management ( which i do not understand why since my only concern was just tech error)
I asked him when they will be reached out for an outcome, ETA but the same response 1-3 working days again. I have requested to put me through a manager, he closes my chat instead.

I order 2 Yes sim card 1st on 3rd may 21 and 2nd on 5th may 21.
Yet the courier man lazy drop at unable lock mail box and remark SUCCESSFUL delivered. When I noticed the item wasn't in mail box any more... I keep asking for refund and put in my reason yet Shopee dispute agent keep on cancelled my requested without investigating. They just base on the report send by the seller which mentioned by the courier man have delivered.
We as a buyer spend so much time to completed the event organized by Shopee yet they unable to fullfil the promise to delivered the sim card and never take the steps of checking how the delivery company do the work...

Got scammed by the courier at Shopee. The courier did not deliver my package but lied that it was delivered. Reported to Shopee but Shopee agent closed the case because courier submitted a photo showing his hand holding a parcel. Stupid right? Anyone can hold a parcel and take a photo. How can that be proof of delivery? But guess what? Shopee released my money to pay for something that I never received. Ridiculous and no protection for buyer. Shopee did not make an ernest effort to investigate the theft of my purchase despite the seller's urging on my behalf to investigate the courier further. Shopee just kept politely replying my emails and closing the case. I had to keep writing in to Shopee to reopen the case. Extremely frustrating. The courier is J&T and the parcel went missing after it arrived at Sungai Pinang J&T centre in Penang. They continue to use this dishonest courier and put all their buyers at risk. What kind of shopping platform is that?
From last year Aug2021 until today, Shopee still didnt reimburse me back courier fee? Email received last 25/02/22 from En. Salam will reimburse me back my courier fee latest by 03/3/22. Waiting, at the end nothing in my mbb. Sent few emails out, no reply. One email received from Shopee, will takie time to investigate. I really not understand one small amount courier fee can be delay from last year Aug 2021 until today. What email I received from Shopee again. A seller cancelled my purchase (order *******Y8VRMD) paid with online banking for $301.95 without giving any reason. I waited for a refund for days. I called and called. Finally after getting a Shopee to answer my call, I was asked to apply for the refund! This was many days after my order was cancelled by seller. I was asked to laboriously fill in details etc for the refund. Then nothing. I called again 3 days later, then 5 days later and was told the matter was with the `relevant team'. Finally when I threatened to make a police report, I got my refund.
And the product I paid $301.95 for and was cancelled, is till on the Shopee site! So shoppers, beware of this scamming trick!
Had the most horrendous experience with Shopee express courier today.Delivery man attempted to throw parcels and boxes over the gate.When I saw him upon returning home,I stopped him immediately.He then proceeded with yell at me saying I should stay home to wait for the parcels.It is not his duty to call my handphone to inform me of the delivery.If not at home then he can handle the parcels however he pleases as he is not scared of anyone as he has worked at Shopee for the past 7years.He then got angry and decided to stop his car outside my gate and refuse to let me drive into my house taking all the parcels in his car and walking to all the other houses to hand deliver them.I had to lodge a police report and ask security in my area to prohibit him from entering my Taman.I thought ppl hire thugs to collect money.Since when did ppl hire thugs to deliver parcels after collecting money

Bought a caliper from this seller and received a damaged caliper as shown in the pictures. The caliper arm is misalign and cannot provide accurate measurement. If anyone notice this defects, they know this caliper cannot be used anymore. Sent refund request and got reject by seller. Surprisingly, shopee also reject my refund dispute with an excuse that this item cannot be refunded due to quality issue. Shopee eved demanded me to prepare a video to prove this caliper cannot be used. Cmon... even a school children knows this caliper cannot be used just by looking at it. This shopee team asking ridiculous questions as if they did not use caliper when in school! Guys, be careful when buying in shopee, there is no buyer protection at all. I recently opened a new shopee acc due to not remembering what email and password I used. So with that opening a new acc seems OK. But nooo. To get my number registered is so much procedures as my number was previously used for my old acc, then I contacted help centre they said that my old acc has been deleted. So yeah ok shouldn't my number be available to register again? Old acc is no more. DELETED! And now I'm trying to purchase things urgently, I can't do anything just because I don't have prove that my number is mine. I don't have no bills coz my number is prepaid. Insisting I show prove, what kinda prove? I haven't gone out since MCO last year cause I have kids. So do you expect me to run around to get freaking prove just for Shopee?! I don't have any prob like this with lazada. Just so happens a few things that I wanted is from Shopee. So seriously?! The Customer Service Operator Refuses to Help Unless I Submit to My 'Wrong Doings!' by filling in online form. Then, i open My Case at Help Centre. Same Attitude, Give them 24 hours to investigate & will letme know. After a few days, I check again with Customer Service. Case Closed Without Informing Me Anything At All
Answer: Many scammer sellers. Some will deliver fake products and some malfunction products. Shopee will NOT help buyers to process return n refund until seller agrees, which they will not because tbey are scammers n Shopee allows it.
