Order has been completed on 29/3/24, shopee stated money to release to seller wallet by 14/4/24, until 16/4 they still not release the money, and just give an excuse said unusual activity without any detail or proper explanation to seller.

This shopping website makes its money from sellers of counterfeit products. Bought an Ecco golf shoe and realised that it was counterfeit when it leaked on first use and confirmed counterfeit by Ecco stores and unfortunately, both seller and shoppee are in business together since shoppee makes money no matter what and both decides that there is nothing they can do. Be careful as it is now worse than Lazada.

Tip for consumers:
just do not confirm receipt of products until you have proven the product but then even after that I am not sure if you will get your money back

Suddenly being rejected from purchasing from Shopee due to unusual activities?! Did I manage to buy things without paying my dear Shopee? Or due to I manage to utilise most of your free shipping and discount vouchers? Aren't you giving out and expect we can use it? I can ask my dad or my husband to login using their Shopee account and grab all the vouchers and utilise it also right? Does it means this is the unusual activities? If yes can't you just set a rule 1 family only 1 person can have one Shopee account? Lousy and funny to the max!

I have raise a refund request and return iem in range and they can just cancel the refund request without checking. Once request check back they will mentioned to take time check and then let Supplier (DJI Malaysia) inform you that you pass 15 days and only can do repair.
Shoppee won't protect you even already reported Supplier close the refund request without reason with proof. Good luck to those that doing refund.

Will seek Malaysia Consumer help to file this

3 times Shopee canceled my order "automatically" without both buyer and selling consensus while the lorry picked up the items!

And it took a long time to refund for me and the items become not available, and the price increased!

Wrote to their customer service but all using "standard reply" without reading the issue.

Tip for consumers:
Please be careful of their refund

Bad customer service! No proper solution given even after multiple calls to their HQ. Customer service representative cannot even reply a single email to further escalate my case! Shopee Malaysia should hire a more capable and responsible customer service manager!

A defective Coffee maker was sold to me by Shopee and despite 2 months of frustration and communications and sending detailed videos of the defective product they have refused to accept my compliant. After several emails they offered me a refund of 30% of the purchase price as a gesture - this is ridiculous. When a product is not working what good will it do to the customer to return 30% of purchase price.
I have never had such a bad experience with any online shopping that i have done in the last 6 years. Lazada and Amazon are very professional and ethical in handling compliants. Shopee seems to want to frustrate customers when they complain and Shopee hopes that the customer will just forget about the complaint - very unfortunate experience for me. Please be careful when you buy on Shopee platform.

Shopee Malaysia regardless seller, buyer and their courier services are $#*!ing $#*!ed piece of $#*!!
1. Seller sometimes does not specifically mentioned about the product.
2. Buyer review are irrelevant to the product they purchased
3. Most of the time courier services sucks and now being dominated by shopee express.

I Bought a fan from shoppe. Fan got problem, returned to seller. Seller opens dispute and unfairly wins for no reason (item will be shipping back to me). The agent didn't give any reason. Will report to Kpdnkk. Instant regret from shopee

*The motor started making popping electric noise after hours of using.
* Made a return request(shoppe guarantee) and returned the item (within return period 3 days)
*Submitted video as evidence.
* Seller open dispute item not yet received.
* Agent demands evidence for faulty item.
* Submitted evidence.
* After 15 days of waiting, the agent rejected my return and the faulty item is shipping back to me..

How can shopee system allow delivery tracking to allow for force completed delivery when actual delivery has not been made yet. I hv 2 bad experiences w 1 possibly losing my RM600+ purchase. Careful guys when using shopee... best to use other platform 1st till they sort this out...

Purchase item and stuck at shopee express for delivery. After exceeding expected delivery date, I submit a refund request for non- receipt, to my surprise, both seller and shopee ignore my request although it stated 2 days response. Finally I receive the item and I want to return the item because of the delay. Again both shopee and seller did not allow to do so. Seller has 15 days of free return policy while shopee has 2 days refund request policy. Both policies just for fun only. They will not execute when the issue comes. Do not trust shopee, shopee express and Airbot malaysia.

I have ordered gas stove on 10/10/2022, until 21st of October the parcel not receive yet. Few times I have complain at Shopee Customer Service but no news at all. Finally I have to cancell my order till now pending for approve. Posble don't select Shopee express. Extremely poor service

Better stay away from shoppee. Even they give you a really cheap and reasonable price but you need to wait for up a month to get your item.
Not to mentioned you pay for delivery but you cant even choice the courier you want. Automatically will be shoppee express.
The customer service will always apologize and say no worry. Then your parcel lost. And a lot procedure need to be done in order to get the your refund.

Story line: want to buy 4 silk comfortable underwear(RM10.10 each), applied free shipping voucher with min. Spend RM15, when want to make payment, being charged for unreasonable price of postage. No free shipping at all. Then went to Customer service, meet 3 continuously but still not solving what the hell problem is. If it is not the system error then it is a free shipping scam. Disappointed with SHOPEE

I ordered raincoat. The seller then chat with me and asked me to cancel. So I cancel the order on due date. I received a bad watch from the seller the next day, The shoppee agent rejected my refund and told me It is not goods did not received, supposed to be receive wrong items. The fact that the watch is a gift from supplier to close the case at their end. I applied again on the fact that I did not receive my items, the email said someone will contact me. I did not receive any call from the shopee agent and the agent again reject my refund. Then they send me a link and causing my laptop freeze and cannot move and I have to send to repair. What kind of refund process is this?

Tip for consumers:
Click carefully on no order received and wrong items. Idiots has its way to reject your refund by clicking the wrong description as they cannot accept the remarks highlighted by you.

The seller provide bad service and talk to me with bad attitude. As a buyer, I never know that give ratings without give comment considered as irresponsible buyer. The seller also never put people into consideration whether they are busy to reply to your message or not. Of course, I'm very angry with the seller's attitude and I ask for apologies. Till the end, seller replied me back with horrible message as well. I think buyer have the right not to write their comment and honestly the product was not functioning just like cheating people to buy.

I hate the policy where buyer should bare the cost of returning the wrong item. The cost to print and send the item to the courier as it is buyer fault for receiving the item. Shoppe doesn't consider about buyer side at all. Atleast set pickup option and let the seller learn. This is not fair.

Tip for consumers:
If seller ask for a return and refund, counter to ask for a refund only until they find a way to pick up the return item. Or else buyer will have to bare the cost to print and send the item to the courier. Don't trust shopee to dispute. They don't care about buyer.

I ordered something from shopee on 1nov 2022, but on 4 dec 2022 still not received anything, then shopee automatically refund my parcel? Which i don't want to refund, i want my parcel because i've been waiting for a month. I hate shopee

Take note of this jade seller selling low quality items on Shopee Malaysia!

Claiming to be natural untreated A grade jade, the items are sold by seller ypxzb.my on the Shopee platform!

I bought a RM950 jade carving pendant from them, which they guarantee to be 100% natural, if not they refund 10 times the amount as compensation!

Received the item from them, it looks different from what is seen online! The colour and carving looks so different!

Bring it to Poh Kong Jewellery to ask, they said that the colour is fake, treated with colouring and plastic inside, and show me that it is glowing under the ultraviolet light, whereas the natural one will not glow!

This fake seller, ypxzb.my, refuses my claims and still insists that they sell genuine stuff, they block me on Shopee and Shopee staff not doing anything!

Delay on delivery, give a lot of excuses just to want u to wait, and behind they didnt do any action, the customer service will only ignoring your question, and wont help you solve the problem, and shopee sorting centre is very bad, dont know how they many the parcel, i think shopee should change a logistic team pls, and suddenly allow to pick up personally from the hub but need 2-4 working day suddenly say cannot, i dont know how the shoppe procedure run, its was a very bad experience with shopee, so next time if u guys want to use shopee get rdy to face any issue, and then will not giv a fk on you.

Deducted my coin without notice, not first time, last time is 45k coin, and now max coin can use just a bit, and only RM3 free shipping mean u need pay shipping, and always show 10% coin cash back, please remember is "coin back" not a "cash back", u never get cash back and your coin will expired soon...

I seldom buy from shopee because of low quality sellers, price, return policy, etc.

Lately i was offered a voucher so I bought a screen protector. Look at the picture i shared, the item has reached the delivery hub Damansara nearby my delivery address but next thing u see it has gone to another delivery hub in Pasir Gudang and it showed delivery unsuccessful.

Of course cannot deliver in Pasir Gudang because my address is in Damansara, u idiot.

Wasting time buying from shopee. It is the worst online shopping platform.

Seems that payment to shopee has issues as they claim it is due to their system. After payment made via online banking via the FPX payment platform and amount deducted from the bank account, the order still indicates Not Paid and still ask to make payment. The you have to wait for 24-48 hrs for them to update and if payment is still unsuccessful, the they will refund to shopee pay wallet which will take another 3 days or to your bank account in another 5 days.

Choose the seller very carefully

You pay and you will be at Shoppe's mercy. They will deliver whenever they wish to, you have no control. That is if what you ordered EVER gets delivered. The vendors have no responsibility and they send the blame to the delivery crew. The delivery crew is unresponsive. Shopee does nor refund, rather they play the game of refund request under 'resolution' and they string you forever. This is no Amazon. This is internet thievery! Don't waste money with these hoodlums, crooks. The vendor is AEMVENTURE Pro Shop. Do not waste your money!

Shopee and ADVENTURE both synchronized their efficiency to charge and incompetence to deliver

On 16th August:
I have reached out shopee informing that my ShopeePay were not able to top up by using credit card. The customer support advised that she will escalate to relevant team and reach out in return within 1-3 working days.

On 20th August:
I did a follow up and the agent claiming that my case was escalated to higher management ( which i do not understand why since my only concern was just tech error)
I asked him when they will be reached out for an outcome, ETA but the same response 1-3 working days again. I have requested to put me through a manager, he closes my chat instead.

Got scammed by the courier at Shopee. The courier did not deliver my package but lied that it was delivered. Reported to Shopee but Shopee agent closed the case because courier submitted a photo showing his hand holding a parcel. Stupid right? Anyone can hold a parcel and take a photo. How can that be proof of delivery? But guess what? Shopee released my money to pay for something that I never received. Ridiculous and no protection for buyer. Shopee did not make an ernest effort to investigate the theft of my purchase despite the seller's urging on my behalf to investigate the courier further. Shopee just kept politely replying my emails and closing the case. I had to keep writing in to Shopee to reopen the case. Extremely frustrating. The courier is J&T and the parcel went missing after it arrived at Sungai Pinang J&T centre in Penang. They continue to use this dishonest courier and put all their buyers at risk. What kind of shopping platform is that?

Tip for consumers:
Please consider using other e-commerce platforms that do not use J&T courier services. if you want to use Shopee, request seller not to use J&T courier as this courier is the one who has lied about delivery a few times when they did not. Unsure why Shopee continues to use them but it send me one message that Shopee only wants profits and does not care if customer is scammed.
