Item already in the station Klang Utara Hub for a few days but no progress for the delivery. I am very disappointed with Shopee Express.

Been ages using this app to buy various of things with much cheaper prices and excellent customer service

Just give the choices for customers to pick which courier they wanted to use...
Because shopee express is the worst courier company ever...

Im make purchase in 10th Feb 2023, seller ( LuLuMall) over due date didn't send out parcel. System auto cancel my order in 16th Feb 2023. Before that, I have the experience, Shopee system cancel order will make refund within 7-14 working days! So in 2 week, I'm just waiting Shopee make auto refund to my bank.after 2week I'm still not receiving refund money from Shopee. I ask Seller, he say ady refund, ask me check with Shopee!

Im give Shoppe a month's time, no refund to me! Shopee requesd me send my bank account details and bank statements to them verified and processed refund, ask me wait 3-5 working and again 3-5 working days! After then still no receive refund money! No customer service and follow up! Im everyday check my bank account, send email to ask Shopee, call Shoppe and Shoppe live chat, thire always a lot reson to say want to make a record send to the team process and cehck, and ask me waiting 3-5 working days, when still not receive refund money, ask them agn, they still ask me waiting 3-5 days! How many times to give process settle this issuce. Untill today 26th March 2023, im call Shopee customer service, they still a lot reson to say, will make a record send to payment deparment ask them y not yet refund, ask me waiting 3-5 days agn! Not quality seller, Shopee didn't take any action to settle issue and irresponsible! No support! Scamer!

Barang order 10/10 dah salah ke kuantan 13/10 sepatutnya ke kedah tapi sampai sekrang masin di hub kuantan, orang hub kuantan tu tak buat kerja ke? Mkn gaji bute ke? Tak rasa besalah lagsung shopee nii dah slh hntar tkde tindakan untuk hantar blik ke tempat betul. Report berape kali dah, pihak kami dah semak parcel cik kami akn pecepatkan proses tapi duduk tempat sama hahha jirr la shopee nii.

Parcel dari Malaysia je pun bukan dari luar negara tapi nk deliver punyalah lembab sebab guna city link. Ni semua salah shopee pandai pandai je assigned courier tk boleh buyer nk assign sendiri. Takkan Shopee tak tengok orang review courier city link mcm mana? Lagi lembab dari siput babi. Teruk ah service shopee dari hari ke hari. Nak refund duit bukan sehari boleh dapat. Ni dah order barang nak makan sebulan baru sampai padahal dalam Malaysia je kottt. Teruk!
