Order has been completed on 29/3/24, shopee stated money to release to seller wallet by 14/4/24, until 16/4 they still not release the money, and just give an excuse said unusual activity without any detail or proper explanation to seller.
Conspires with seller pk_ti who sells adult diapers. Sent me much cheaper version pre-opened (then resealed with staples) of the purchased product of the same brand. Upon receipt of returned product this fraudster lodged a dispute with Shopee saying the product's been "opened". Shopee happily held on to my funds, seller got the trashy tampered product back leaving me, the buyer with nothing but wasted time, energy and frustrations. Bye bye Shopee!

Recently bought a pants & it was a total disaster material. Can't wear at all coz is exactly like netting. Spoke to seller & seller ignored.
Raised refund & shopee rejected saying that refund based on quality can't be approved. Meaning? Seller can sell any non quality item or rubbish? So what's the point we buy from online for high price item?
Meaning seller can post up luxury item at high price item for a rubbish which cost only Rm1?

When I did the review in seller shop for that particular item, my review being blocked my shopee.
So so disappointed with Shopee.
And their shipment guarantee is a sham. Even when seller missed the guarantee shipping guideline (SOP), a refund/cancellation from customer is rejected. What is the point of "Shipment guarantees"?
Just shop with lazada, in my opinion it's not without fault, but at least shipping is fast there and they seems to understand what customer satisfaction is more than shoppee which probably should have their tagline be "Seller satisfaction".

I have raise a refund request and return iem in range and they can just cancel the refund request without checking. Once request check back they will mentioned to take time check and then let Supplier (DJI Malaysia) inform you that you pass 15 days and only can do repair.
Shoppee won't protect you even already reported Supplier close the refund request without reason with proof. Good luck to those that doing refund.

Until then, when you do not need Shoppee to alleviate a problem you will not know just how incompetent and unhelpful Shoppee is. A slew of requests that you have to justify your request for refunds. Email after email that you need to show "evidence".
After years of spending thousands of dollars purchasing on Shoppee you now see them in a ugly light. You will now encounter their tardiness, dragging of heels and sheer foolishness.
User's recommendation: Do Not Buy From Shoppee. Or Hope that you never encounter problems.

My wife was short changed on an order. My wife paid for 10 but was delivered only one. Seller response has been very slow and admitted to being 'only human'! Are there monkey sellers/workers within Shopee?! Buck up shopee or wind down! Stop the rot & cheat!

Shopee is the worst when trying to return an item that the seller wrongly advertised. The seller stated it was 100% cotton and it clearly showed the label stating 90% polyester and 10% spandex. Wrote to seller who asked me to write to shopee. I did and gave all evidence along with it being the wrong size. After shopee agreed that I had made my case and could return it, I waited for shopee to update the status so I could return it but they never did and it continued stating it was under review. As such I could not get the label to return it. After four phone calls and many emails, they still every time insisted it would be dealt with. I even spoke to their supervisor who promised but didn't deliver. And today I received another email stating that I had did that I had Changed My Mind about the product and to contact the seller. Shopee is incompetent and does not value its customers from the way I've been treated. I have always had great experience returning items with Lazada and they take responsibility when their sellers lie about their products. I'm afraid to ever order anything rude from Shopee and I've spent a lot of money on this site. They will lose me as a customer if they don't settle this. Lazada even calls me when there's an issue with their product and offers compensation. Shopee just gets me to do more and more things and still it is not settled. A nightmare. Such lack of care for their customer.
A bunch of moron that cause shopee from good to worse. Their dispute agent didn't even read messages just cut and paste. Some of them can't even understand simple English. When video of evidence provided, yet still ask fro evidence and close case your care even evidence show clearly it faulty. Avoid shopee as I'm a shopee seller aslo I stop selling at shopee.

Suddenly being rejected from purchasing from Shopee due to unusual activities?! Did I manage to buy things without paying my dear Shopee? Or due to I manage to utilise most of your free shipping and discount vouchers? Aren't you giving out and expect we can use it? I can ask my dad or my husband to login using their Shopee account and grab all the vouchers and utilise it also right? Does it means this is the unusual activities? If yes can't you just set a rule 1 family only 1 person can have one Shopee account? Lousy and funny to the max!
I'm a Seller & My Shop Got Suspended Without Providing Me Any Real Reason. I Talk To Customer Service Online. No Help Whatever So. The Customer Service Operator Refuses to Help Unless I Submit to My 'Wrong Doings!' by filling in online form. Then, i open My Case at Help Centre. Same Attitude, Give them 24 hours to investigate & will letme know. After a few days, I check again with Customer Service. Case Closed Without Informing Me Anything At All

Bought grass cutter with 5 years warranty from Shopee. After about 1 month, the grass cutter is not working and chat with the supplier about the warranty as advertised in shopee. However, the supplier said since I gave 2 stars review, there is no warranty! Submitted complaint to Shopee that they will investigate & reply in 3 days. However, I didn't receive any reply from them. Bad service & no feedback.
This shopping website makes its money from sellers of counterfeit products. Bought an Ecco golf shoe and realised that it was counterfeit when it leaked on first use and confirmed counterfeit by Ecco stores and unfortunately, both seller and shoppee are in business together since shoppee makes money no matter what and both decides that there is nothing they can do. Be careful as it is now worse than Lazada.

Seller delivered a fake and defective tv. Shopee 'claim agent' quickly responded by asking me to return the goods and will assist me to make a refund... ALL LIP SERVICE.
After chasing them for a few weeks, they replied that my request for a refund has been rejected. The seller is to send back to me, all the $#*! stuffs and the case is classified 'closed'. The chat line was discontinued. I've lost my right to contest the decision.

Shopee always pushes propaganda like "shop with confidence", but when you get cheated by shopee sellers, they just say "it's ok, next time don't get cheated" "it is ok u get cheated, as long shopee makes all the money from you to pay their useless customer service salary and hire celebrities to dance in a shopee ads"

I received a malfunction item. Requested for return/refund with pics. My nightmare starts. 1st they will get the seller to harass u for few days. Then the customer service will send this request.
"Please follow steps as below:-

2. Record and upload the video
3. Send us the video link for investigation purpose"

To me this is clear sign of forcing buyer to give up our return/refund request.

Lately i was offered a voucher so I bought a screen protector. Look at the picture i shared, the item has reached the delivery hub Damansara nearby my delivery address but next thing u see it has gone to another delivery hub in Pasir Gudang and it showed delivery unsuccessful.
Of course cannot deliver in Pasir Gudang because my address is in Damansara, u idiot.

I recently bought a set of Graphic Novels from Shopee. And what I got in the end was a link to down load a digital copy. When I disputed it with Shopee and ask them to stop payment to the Vendor, they rejected it and said the vendor delivered as promised and so they will be releasing the payment to the vendor.
I then reviewed the order again to see whether it was mentioned that it was a digital copy, yes it was there, one small line in the remarks column. NOTHING in the title mention Digital Comic (like all the rest of the digital comic). NOTHING in the pictures mention digital comic.
And when I search for the item again, to leave a review to warn other people about this, it no longer is listed. It so obvious the seller intention is to full people, shut down and open another store to full people other people again.
The whole idea of Shoppee holding the payment is to protect both the buyer and the seller from being con from buying things online. This would never have happen if I went and buy it from a normal bookstore.
Well I will never buy from Shoppee or even any online store, just because some unscrupulous idiot and some money grabbing platform who is not interested in making a good online business.
