“Cheaper than lazada and courier are amazing”

Courier of shopee will give 3x and wil lcontact you 3x before they tag the item as failed. Return system to failed delivery is relatively fast. Courier are friendly and delivers the item that you order. Shopee is cheaper maybe because they only charge 1.5 percent to seller unlike lazada who has lots of hidden charges that can go up as high as 5 percent. App is easy to use even if you are a seller and they has an option button for the colors that you like. So you rarely need customer service to assist you

“Wrong Mirrors Delivered and Missing adhesive Tapes”

I recently ordered mirrors with rounded edges and received mirrors with sharp Edges. Missing adhesive tapes to stick mirrors on wall. No instruction on how to Attach mirrors included. Called Customer Service many times alway getting Recorded message all line busy I tried emailing the seller or filling up its form Asking for refund and gave up be use it was asking for personal information Including bank account. I paid COD. Additionally, I tried going to my user account, where further I was directed to an email link to get a verification code at ***************@appleid.com which naturally I was unable to get This company makes it hard to contact them for return or refund. Not worth shopping from them. I am an elderly person just relocated from the US to a senior home at UPLB. I am used to ordering at Amazon which is very easy to communicate with about product problems. NOt Shopee

Yesterday I bought an AI product called beautiful ai product. The seller sent the product's account name and password to me just 1 minute after I bought the product. And the product feature is totally the same as what the seller told. Definitely recommend it!

Shopee is a great online business site. There are a lot of product to choose from. There is guarantee to get money back when the products you choose is in a bad condition. Always buy products from shopee.

My delivery didn't arrive because the delivery man gave it to someone else. The resolution is very slow and it happened to me thrice. It seems there is no action from Shopee. When you tired to contact them, costumer service is slow and didn't save previous information of my complaint. They are pretending they didn't recieve something while I sent in for three times already.

Very bad company.
Good if you have the chance not to have any problem. But be careful as they allow fraud and counterfeit on their shops.
But if you have a single problem they let you down and never refund you. For any other problem to use the services they never assist you and never answer the good question.

Anyone can offer products and collect money, but there is no assurance that the buyer or the product is real or even exists. And Shopee is Complicit in these ongoing scams because they have NO mechanism to check the legitimacy of the Seller, The Product or even whether the Seller is a real person. All Shopee wants to do is collect their share of any transactions that go through. Martin Yu and all his cronies seserve to be kicked out of office and publicly admit their complicity. More importantly, all responsible governments need to ban Shopee from operating in their country. Shame on you, Martin Yu

For me having an online business has need effort, focus and time. I'm online reseller and base on my experience having that kind of part time job can help me so much because I can focus my 10months old baby while im doing my selling in social media. It can help me so much and because of that im proud to be one of the online business in this world.

I order my parcel and was told to wait on the very day as sms indicated it has been out for delivery. Waited for 12 hours and decided to call them to enquire, i was told to wait for 2 to 4 more hours more and it will be delivered. The item did not come but only found a sms saying its at my door after 4.5 hours of wait which i have already been in bed. Imagine I have waited for 16.5 hours since receiveing a sms from Shopee on the delivery. The item was place on door the entire night and shopee has the cheek to have their third party to come to my door to beg for one more change as these logistic companies will be fined and even loose their rice bowl. Hearing the thrid party logistic company plead, I let it go and close the chapter as they are also making a living. Today I have contacted shopee for some support but they are not helpful at all despite the last bad service. Enough is enough of this platform as there are other buying platform. Very very bad service and support.

Tip for consumers:
Buy at your risk and I wont go near them again

It was the poor service and lackluste of the third party logistic and the customer service that make the experience uncomfortable

Shopee is the worst online shopwebsite. You can even fulfil orders properly. 6 out of 7 orders all cancelled by Shopee. Unbelievable. How do you remain in business when you cant even fulfil orders because of your pathetic system? Then you spend millions on advertising to already well overpaid soccer players like Ronaldo, but you cant even get 99% of orders fulfilled. Honestly, Shopee is just a joke. I feel sorry for Filipinos and their lack of decent online shopping options. Lazada at least can fulfil orders although they are far from competent in many regards either. But Shoppee omg never could there be a more incompetent online shop such as Shopee, you guys win the award for that one!

I bought some items with shopee and when you have good luck, you will get what you ordered. But last time i received a dvd player, which didn't work like announced. But even although i claimed immediately with shopee and sent the videos for evidence - there is no "shopee guarantee" or even customer help at all!. They sent several times the same automated mails, said that they didnt receive any proof, what is ofcourse a lie and referred to discuss with the seller! They don't care at all about the buyer in contrast e.g. to Lazada or Amazon. I guess the few positive reviews are transmitted by themselves. Shopee only wants to use the opportunity to make money without any seriousity.

Ordered item. Cost $49.90 never received... Wrote to Jiji, the seller. Jiji said they sent and delivered. Shopee said they checked and also said delivered, but there was no photo, no receipt,. Nothing. My $50 gone for nothing... they think my $50 drop from the sky. Don't trust Shopee. It's a scam. There is always Lazada or ezbuy. Cheaper and more responsible for your purchased items

Shop at your risk .. Shopee is not reliable and not trust worthy... Go to Lazada or ezbuy instead ... Better value and they take better responsibility for you purchased items

I ordered 1no. Box shuttle $#*! worth of 715 rs, when I open the box there is nothing in the box. Mean time I uploaded pictures in the app. But they are not responding. And refunding amount. So please don't download this app. They are cheaters this is my experience

Shopee is by far the worst platform to use in the Philippines. Their customer service absolutely sucks... Do yourself a favor and find you a decent platform to do business with.

Saw that delivery was out for that day (in the app), so was at home all day to receive the parcel. But it didn't arrive (it was even a Sunday!); instead, the next day it said on the app: "delivery failure, customer unavailable." what a lie!
Then the next day, around past 3pm they sent a text msg informing me that there was a delivery for me and they were already in front of my house! I did not hear their phone call because my phone was not with me at that time, and i did not hear anyone knock on the gate!
Really. Couldn't they have knocked on the gate like "normal" people, too?
Now i don't know if they will do the delivery, or not. So unreliable!
Been using shopee for a while now, but this courier so far seems to be the worst: J&T

Hope they will pull their act together!

We purchased a cast iron skillet from Fashionski (it might have an underscore in the name?) well, we marked received when we got it delivered COD. When we opened it, we noticed it was defective and had a coating of some metallic substance on it also! We immediately contacted the company and told them! They fought with us and fought with us! We sent pics dated an hour after delivered and they said "no way it could be defective" well LONG STORY short, we contacted Shopee as well! They sided with that Polish company and now we use that junk of a skillet for a grease trap in my BBQ grill! They would not let us return it in brand new defective condition! Cheaters! Scammers! Shopee also! We will never use Shop pee ever again! Yes Lazada has our online business now!
The 3rd photo is what they advertised! What is all that grey metallic? I was not letting my family eat from that! Well, photos could not upload? I will love to send photos to anyone! I have lots!

I bought a bicycle from galaxy_officalshop when I received the bicycle, it was faulty and the shop didn't want to deal with me. In their website it said that 15 days return/refund. It is not true. They take all the excuse to avoid to refund the product. Do not buy from this shop and do not use shoppee to buy any products. They are not professional and do not care the customer. You will end up faulty products in your house to be ready to put in the bin.

Do not use at all.

Oh my god, due to account documentation problem, buyer have already paid but couldn't process through. Why would buyer able to buy things from me when my documentation is not complete. And the documentation setting is hidden. It's not something u realize while u are setting up for selling account. And in order to complete, u need a certain amount of cash in your bank in order to complete documentation. So much for capitalism thinking. And it's so difficult to find shopee people to communicate with because they keep using stupid AI to communicate with us. No more shopee please no more.

Filed for refund and returned the item to the seller lorenalopezgerzon selling jansport generic (?) from Bataan. When I uploaded the details and pictures to Shopee platform it won't upload so i sent it through their dispute email address like when i filed my complaints, as per advice of their customer service on the later. Evidence on the mistake is complete as well as the returned details.
Still Shopee platform denied my refund when the item was already returned to the seller & shipping paid personally.

Shopee is a reliable site to shop online, I like that you can chat with the seller and discuss about the items you wanted to buy, it's a very straightforward site, you bought the items and the seller will ship it and arrived as the date's stated, no delays whatsoever, unlike my experienced with Lazada their customer service sucks! And delivery's late for more than a week, plus they'll send you wrong and defective item.

I like shopee's COD, been buying some household stuff from this site and I am happy with mypurchases, I am a returning customer and will definitely comeback if I need more shopping to do. Shopee ROCKS!

If you take the time to post a review, Shopee should take the time to post a legitimate reply, not a cookie cutter for all.
Pitiful attempt! And their online chat agents will drop your chat and the phone number is useless as well! Go Lazada!

@Hexabyte seller are fraud in Shopee.

Order Lan Cable cat6e 15 meter but I received usb cable (₹20) and after return, no refund my money,

No response from Seller and shopee. So very Bad experience...

I suddenly got an error that prevents me from checking out items from my cart. I wasn't informed or notified, it just happened. Not knowing the cause, I reached out to them via their live chat service. I followed the steps they gave and reached out again. I was then informed that I'm getting the error because of "suspicious" transactions.

I reached out to them again, for the third time. The agent was unhelpful. I wanted to know why I'm getting the error, and all the agent could say was that it's beyond their scope and to just get the item I wanted to checkout from a different shop.

To summarize, Shopee is preventing me from buying because of "suspicious transactions" they couldn't specify and they would rather lose customers than help or assist.

Package is stuck in their Taguig hub for 2 weeks, I am just in Taguig yet they can't deliver my package. They don't even allow me to go to the Hub directly as I am sure I will get my package on the spot and not waste 2 weeks (and counting). My Shopee guarantee is about to expire too.

So, I'm having the worst experience which disappoints Shopee, and my reaction was very confusing for why just Shopee promote a sponsored ad on YouTube like free shipping everyday on YouTube, that's not true, it's not free for everyone, and I say "I hate living in the Philippines a few times". At the end of the advertisement, it shows there new user zone or a person saying "claim you free voucher now" in voice narration. You got notified as a winner like you won any items or a cash prize is an example of a phishing scam in Shopee, also same with GCash. I'm calling it a boycott, and while it lasts their service is getting very worse in the Philippines!

Shoppee banned a seller but did not inform me so I ordered 3M finesse polish and received a peace if packing plastic. I got ripped off for 1,400 pesos and no response from shoppee so I will delete shoppee and only use Lazada from now on.
