Courier of shopee will give 3x and wil lcontact you 3x before they tag the item as failed. Return system to failed delivery is relatively fast. Courier are friendly and delivers the item that you order. Shopee is cheaper maybe because they only charge 1.5 percent to seller unlike lazada who has lots of hidden charges that can go up as high as 5 percent. App is easy to use even if you are a seller and they has an option button for the colors that you like. So you rarely need customer service to assist you
I recently ordered mirrors with rounded edges and received mirrors with sharp Edges. Missing adhesive tapes to stick mirrors on wall. No instruction on how to Attach mirrors included. Called Customer Service many times alway getting Recorded message all line busy I tried emailing the seller or filling up its form Asking for refund and gave up be use it was asking for personal information Including bank account. I paid COD. Additionally, I tried going to my user account, where further I was directed to an email link to get a verification code at ***************@appleid.com which naturally I was unable to get This company makes it hard to contact them for return or refund. Not worth shopping from them. I am an elderly person just relocated from the US to a senior home at UPLB. Beware of some Shopee Ph sellers, they are fly-by-night, they will receive your payment through Shopee pay, then they will just indicate in the Shopee System that the ordered items were delivered but actually were not. What makes it more disappointing is that Shopee Ph will not reimburse your money paid through their Shopee Pay just because it was already indicated in their system by the unscrupulous seller as delivered even without any proof of delivery. Very weak Shopee support to their Buyers. For your money security, better avail of the COD.
I have been buying things from shopee for couple of years now. What I like about them is that you can really save a lot of money, especially during special days.
I have been ordering through shopee and liked their template, hindi magulo and hindi nakakahilo.
However, lately, free shipping promos are limited. Limited in quantity, limited 0 shipping, limited to selected sellers lang ung discounted shipping.
Also, mode of payment affects it too, gcash cash in, may fee na. Debit card cash in, has been omitted din.
I dont think your endorsers affects the buying power of the market but being competitive sa price, convenience and promo does.

So, these photos shows how many times Shopee kept asking me to wait and every time I ask for a follow up. All Shopee does is to ask me again to waiy for another 2 days. Has anyone been experiencing this? Shopee started asking me to wait for my refund since the 23rd. The next day I made a follow-up, Shopee then asked me to wait again. Until this day, December 29! How many days are 2 days to you Shopee? Don't you have any word?
Fyi, I still have another screenshot of Shopee asking me to wait again. I think I am sending an email to a robot. It kept sending on the same email draft or spiel over and over again.

I have had so many scam items delivered thru Shopee, but Shopee does not care. This is how they make their money. Recently i ordered a Seagate 2TB external hard drive and when i recieved it I tried to load files onto it... it was super slow and after 128GB of files it kept stopping... at that point I opened up the drive cover and found a piece of metal taped inside and a thumb drive... TALK ABOUT A REAL SCAM! Contacted Shopee customer rep to demand they return my money.and they gave me the usual runaround. Gave the Seller more rights than me... I ordered a zip hoodie 50th Anniversary Disneyworld. The description and the photo said, hoodie. After I pay they confirm the order with a photo of hoodies. The description is convoluted lists hoodie, t-shirt. So after quite some time in shipping. I get the item. It is a short sleeved Disney. Contacted customer service and it was a waste of time. They are trying to tell me that the photo is not showing what they were selling. I asked for the correct item to be shipped first. There will be no replacement, or refund. The item was 22 before shipping. According to them, ilI can't expect a hoodie for that price. I guess I can't expect a long sleeved t shirt either. I will give one star because at least I got a Disney shirt.The material was nice, but not cotton. I am contacting Paypal.

Be very careful, use paypal. You may have a remedy. Shipping time is slow. The vendor used YunExpress. There is a better way to track your package. I believe it is Global Express Tracking.

I placed an order on the 11th of march and today is the 23rd. There is no trace of the order nor is shopee able to revert or track. Their service provider Delivery is even worse., they have no contact numbers, not person to talk to on orders and no reverts

I ordered in shopee last December and paid it already because in my address COD is not available. I waited for my orders and I never receive any notice from the courier. It has been 3 weeks before my shopee guarantee expired. So I decided to get a refund. The seller disputed it. And shopee canceled my refund. Wtf shopee, it's not my fault. It's your website's fault and courier. I will never purchased anymore from you! Your $#*! company.
They don't honor their promises. They don't instruct you how to get cashback. When I complained 2x, Their "Help" told me they consider my feedback, but their rules can't give me the money I'm owed. Management is unavailable, and I know they could fix it if they want to. In effect, though not purposeful, They robbed me of P3240 that I was supposed to get as 10% cashback! My purchase was p32,400! Three cellphones! I asked about how to get cashback many times. I never got a good answer. They could give me credit easily, but their rules don't allow it. And HELP doesn't contact management.
I received a wrong item which seller admittedly send the wrong item, but when I report to shopee, they ask me to send or attached additional evidence. Then I received and email from them that they did not receive the additional evidence that I uploaded in their system and immediately resolve the issue in favor of their seller? Tssk tssk tssk, I think that shopee really dont care about their client, what they care are only to seller whose misleading shopee clients.
I requested to expedite the review of the product that went for review just for editing the description to add a feeding guide. Their SLA of 48 hours is too long especially that a buyer badly needed the product.
It has been more than 12 hours and i have made 3 followups on their chat support and 2 follow ups on their phone support but despite having 2 reference numbers opened for this issue, and the phone support team notes to listing team to expedite the review, the Listing team doesnt really care at all. They are lazy and indifferent. All they care is their paycheck.

Worse than tits on a bull. This is a great site for those who have no brains and an open wallet. Great prices but you can't get the stuff. Nothing works.
Just like any online shops. Shopee also expects all their buyers to be ready to receive deliveries AT ANY TIME, ANY DAY. So, basically, you have to be waiting for them all day, all the time, every day because you will never know when they will come! They will send you a message for the day. If you miss the delivery man, that's it. You can't be talking to someone on the phone while waiting for them. You can't be working from home if they tell you they will deliver your ordered item. You have to be waiting at the door like a dog. You can not plan to go anywhere if you order from Shopee, you have to be ready to wait all day. You cannot even go to the comfort room unless they have arrived because if you miss the delivery, they will return the products to the seller or you will be stressed waiting for a refund. THAT'S E-COMMERCE AT ITS BEST!

I ordered at the store " aizysuf4f8 " a ceiling fan (₱1,668). They send an example paper for staff time. They book it as "delivered: but they send a message that they had comp problem but I will get my order – I should be patient ….
I wait and wait and asked for the delivery. Suddenly they banned me in the chat. MOREOVER, SHOPEE TOLD ME THAT IT IS TOO LATE FOR ANY INSURANCE AND REFUND. If purchase to many SAME items using shopee vouchers, you will be banned. Then u got to request for reactivation by receiving a warning email from shopee. Wth. I buy yet i was warned.
I just noticed that some unknown sellers, THAT I NEVER KNOW OR DID ANY TRANSACTIONS WITH, followed me and there's no option to remove them from my profile.
I chatted with support, waited, and wasted my time for more than an hour only to be told that they don't have option to remove followers.
They explained that sellers automatically follow users to promote their trash, gain traction, and push their products. AND US BUYERS DON"T HAVE ANY SETTING TO OPT OUT.

Seller did not shipped the item. Fully paid after 2 weeks order still not cancelled. They will tel you it will be auto cancel after 24-48 hrs but never did. After 2 weeks they promise the same thing over and over again. Worst customer service. Their support are useless. Ive contacted different support but no one seems to solve the case or they have no ways to do so. NO BUYER PROTECTION PRO SELLER. WORST JUST WORST. AS OF WRITING MY CASE STILL NOT RESOLVED OMG. I bought an item in shopee. Received the item in a week, After I open the parcel, I found out that the seller sent me the wrong item (i believe its intentional) (seller is POWERCENTRAL). Getting back a refund is a pain in the $#*!. Its already 2 weeks since I file refund in which the seller already confirmed that its wrong item, But its still needs validation from the seller before they will give refund, will never buy from Shopee again, especially pricey products. Worst online shopping ever when it comes to refund, it has been since FEBRUARY and until now they still not giving back my refund money, they keep insisting that it was been refunded already but they can't prove it, already sent them my bank statement that there's no refund received.
