“Cheaper than lazada and courier are amazing”

Courier of shopee will give 3x and wil lcontact you 3x before they tag the item as failed. Return system to failed delivery is relatively fast. Courier are friendly and delivers the item that you order. Shopee is cheaper maybe because they only charge 1.5 percent to seller unlike lazada who has lots of hidden charges that can go up as high as 5 percent. App is easy to use even if you are a seller and they has an option button for the colors that you like. So you rarely need customer service to assist you

“Wrong Mirrors Delivered and Missing adhesive Tapes”

I recently ordered mirrors with rounded edges and received mirrors with sharp Edges. Missing adhesive tapes to stick mirrors on wall. No instruction on how to Attach mirrors included. Called Customer Service many times alway getting Recorded message all line busy I tried emailing the seller or filling up its form Asking for refund and gave up be use it was asking for personal information Including bank account. I paid COD. Additionally, I tried going to my user account, where further I was directed to an email link to get a verification code at ***************@appleid.com which naturally I was unable to get This company makes it hard to contact them for return or refund. Not worth shopping from them. I am an elderly person just relocated from the US to a senior home at UPLB. I am used to ordering at Amazon which is very easy to communicate with about product problems. NOt Shopee

My parcel was supposed to be delivered on the 21st of December. They attempted to deliver my parcel on the 27th, 28th and today, 29th. Yes, three attempts and none are successful. The reason is always "Insufficient Time". Their customer service is not reliable, either they lie to you or they straight up don't know their own policy and are always not sure of the information they're providing. And now I have to wait for my return/refund request to be granted. I'm seeking assistance from DTI as of now.

Update: I don't know what DTI did, but Shopee gave me a call lasy night, the 29th, then they delivered my parcel the today, the 30th. If you have a dispute, don't hesitate and go straight to DTI. Just provide them your detailed experience. Timeline, together with screenshots.

Tip for consumers:
Never use Shopee if you're looking to buy expensive stuff. Always utilize COD since they prioritize them over Non-COD parcels.

Very disappointed! No one available to answer your calls, emails or messenger. I advice not to buy from this website. Not allowed for a return or refund.

U order things as advertised, but when it arrived either the items are lacking or damaged The rider is long way gone after u open the package which is either damage or lacking or cracked etc Better u buy when u see the items u purchased Less stress and hassle Buying online is like a guessing game and surprises

Better canvass or buy from the store ,not online I only trust PayPal Macys especially Amazon They have perfect refund and services

So I have been winding down on purchasing from Shopee Philippines but there are still some items (cat food and household stuff such as trash bags, cotton buds, junk food etc.) that are cheaper in Shopee than in Lazada Philippines. However, a majority of items that are purchased and the courier is J&T Express for delivery, you will definitely have delays in receiving the items or outright the order gets cancelled as the courier will fail to deliver the ordered item. I believe that Shopee has still not fully addressed or resolved this issue with their logistics partner. The Christmas season is over so the volume of orders for delivery should be less but J&T Express has still failed to rectify their delivery problems. I have an order placed on Jan. 12,2023 and it is now Jan. 25,2023 and the order has not arrived and for some reason Shopee will not allow me to click on the refund option when the item has been paid for and the Shopee guaranteed delivery period is way over the limit. So, my money is tied up with Shopee. I had another order (this was the seller's mistake) and they cancelled the order. It has been over 5 days and Shopee has still not refunded the order amount to my account. The Shopee agent informed me that it could take up to 45 days for the refund to appear in my account. That is truly unbelievable and why Shopee still gets a low evaluation from me. Hope this helps future users of Shopee Philippines to be aware of the potential pitfalls in their buying experience.

I made an account with shopee the day before and tried using the new joiner's voucher but had trouble with it. I contacted customer service and not only was I accused of violating the terms and condition, but was also replied in a very rude way. First off i have no idea how i could've violated anything having owned my account for such a short period of time. After only my first email asking why i couldn't use my voucher, i was replied by such an ill-mannered employee who explicitly said "your account is suspended. The decision is final." and then proceeded to tell me tell me I've violated the Terms and Conditions in the same email and finally deciding to end my query, without me being able to ask any further questions or even send a replying email.
Abruptly ending queries made by customers shows that they have no interest on working on consumer satisfaction, even when it takes as little effort as sending emails. Also, saying "The decision is final." is so audacious seeing as i was not even going to negotiate on my account being suspended, because why bother? There are tons of online shopping platforms way better than shopee.
Why would consumers ever want to support a platform that only cares about the needs of its advertisers and disregards people who actually "funds" their business. I would give zero stars if i could.

I am rating from 1-10 (1 - low rating, 10 - high rating)

People at Shopee - Very bad customer service from email, chat and dispute support team. Very incompetent staff. They need trainings.

Process - Very long process of 3-5 days to resolve a very simple case. Unclear contradicting process of return/ refund orders. This gives me the feeling that their process is anti-customer and more on protective bogus/ scam sellers.

Technology - They have technology like an app, email, etc but seems they are not trained to use this resources.

Communication - Very poor/ lack of communication within the team members Chat, Email and Dispute Team.

SHOPEE needs to level up their standards of accepting sellers. There's a lot of bogus seller who do deliver incomplete items. It can be considered as mistake if only happen once but it happens to 2, 3, 4 customers. Shopee is not doing anything to investigate. And after the refund they will convert your refunded money as a Shopee pay? Can u imagine that policy? Please note that Shopee employee informed me on this policy. There is no $#*!ing way I will use this app.

P.S. Please next time put an option where we can put zero or negative stars.

Shopee used to be a great help for consumers who are looking for a variety of products at a more affordable price. This is not the case now since customer reviews are NOT IN CHRONOLOGICAL ORDER. Positive reviews are being prioritized. This marketing strategy would MISLEAD shoppers about the current status of the products. What if the quality has changed? This information is hidden since negative reviews are not readily accessible. Customer reviews are very important to protect the consumers. Hope this concern reaches the Shopee management.

I like shopee because there's just a lot of products being sold in a very small price compared to other shops. If their goal is to hook shopaholics like me then they already succeeded.

Limited products compared to the other online shopping website. And sometimes product description minimal. SUPPOSEDLY ZERO SHIPPING CHARGES not true but charge of 50 pesos upon executing the buy. And for the return acceptance location not so accessible and limited.

I kept on complaining on to Shopee because J&T continuesly sending me damaged items but Shopee can't even repremand them. I asked them if I can disable J&T and use Entegro instead but they can't do it what kind of business you have that you tolerate your shipping partners from sending damaged goods to your loyal customers not once but at least 4 or 5 times straight all items came from J&T are extremely damaged then all you say is sorry? You have a very bad business and your days as a business platform will be over soon if you don't improve because people will just find a way to get a better service.

1/11/22 - I wanted to purchase a fridge in shopee. Spoke to seller and came to an agreement. Wanted to pay with shopeepay which i usually do. Banked in the amount more than $1000 and it did not show up. Need verification and the app had a problem but the money already deducted. After doing manually - told got to wait for 1 -3 days to be verified. Spoke to 5 different agents from shopee and asked for the manage twice but still no manager to take my call. They go by the book - verification need 1-3 days - refund 3-5 days and i am stranded with no money to purchase in shopee or elsewhere. After going back and front - got verified - but amount still not in - according to them its 'floating' - agent can even tell me not sure where its floating? - Y such terrible service - No manager wants to take my call - need to wait 1 -3 days - Fridge is not a want but a need and a necessity - if i had known it would take so long - which was not indication upon banking the money to do verification first - but they allow the transfer to happen and then ask for verification. Now verified but no money in - it will take time - manager do not want to call - very terrible. Customer service - like parrot - they repeat the same thing over and over. In the end - i got money yet no money to purchase

From Shopee, seller, courier, customer service representative had no honour at all. Almost all of my order has a problem but they will not give the customer all the service that they need. One seller lack 1 item in my order, instead of sending the item, they will send it to me in my next order(but in review, they said that they will send it right away-liar). Now they had a big problem with the courier ENTREGO, many parcels only in hub and they failed to deliver it almost 2 months already. I've chat with their csr but gives everytime a date but nothing happens. I've filed a grievance letter to Dept of Trade & Industry to make them solve the problem but their Risk mgmt Adam Lewis says my item is "lost in transit" but in their system it doesn't indicate that(See their incompetence?) I have another chat this minute to a csr and send them the email copy and tell them that their boss is one big liar. Good thing right now, I only buy cheap items, but still it's our hard earned money. I only buy coz of this pandemic happening in our time, I dont want to risk my family's health. But when we reached the herd community, I will not buy again in online store like shopee and lazada(I have experience problem with this also).

Request to seller do not use ENTREGO as courier if you want your product to receive by a buyer

Online site that made my life even easier in online shopping. Recommended site. Due to seller are well mannered and approchable. And they give free shipping sometimes for zero minimum amount..

Shopee is okay for small things but if you buy something like a TV, CELL, or other major priced things you could be in serious trouble. With LAZADA if you have a problem you let them know and they issue you a prepaid authorized label to send back to them using LBC. NOT SO WITH SHOPEE! Shopee directs you to handle things thru the seller! Good luck with that. I recently bought a "Samsung Original" cell or so it stated in the listing. When I got it it seemed like it was used or a display model and i reviewed it as such. A week later it stopped working. I took it to a cell technician who quickly told me it was a FAKE. The seller will do NOTHING and Shopee so far is doing NOTHING. BUYER BEWARE! I WILL STOP USING SHOPEE.

I'm happy and thankful that online selling platforms, like Shopee, exist. In this time of crisis, going out to buy products is too risky. I'm just glad that the things I want are just a click away. I bought lovely items and transacted with kind and legit sellers, both local and foreign, and I got what I paid for, and so much more, trust. Though I have to admit that buyer's patience will be tested, especially for overseas orders, since the lead time takes too long because of the on going community quarantine. Just a word for those who got scammed, I undertsand that you lost your hard earned cash, and it's really frustrating not to get your money's worth, but always always remember that online shopping is not without its risk. If the deal is too good to be true, then it is. Check seller ratings, if the sales with negative feedbacks are just in a span of days-weeks, don't transact. And if the costs reach 4-digits or more, always choose COD, or better yet, buy in legitimate physical stores if possible.

For the whole week I've been stressing over the order I made at Shoppe. From customer service to their couriers to seller, they are all worst. No one could help me with the issue I have which is not my fault but their courier's. The rider tagged my order as "return to seller" saying I am not unreachable. My line was open all day, he did not text or call me and did not even bother to try again the next day. I was waiting for this parcel for more than 2 weeks and this is paid already which eliminates the reason for me to dodge his call. Seller would not lift a hand to help. Saying it's out of their control. I've tried reaching for courier's customer service and they also wouldn't send me back my parcel saying it's already tagged to return to seller. How stupid was that? Shoppe's customer service are either dumb or non-existent, you might as well talk to the chatbot. And finally, refund! Refund would take months and months and if you forget to follow up about it, goodbye money. No one should buy in this crappy online shopping platform.

Shopee is a fraud and cheater company please do not buy or sell you will lost your money. You will not get the products nor the refund... nor get refund to sellers not their products... a very cheaters and fraud came here in India to make fool to Indians...
NOT GIVING A VALID CLAIM FOR MISSED PRODUCT AFTER PROVIDING ALL PROFS AND VIDEOS

SHOPEE PAY SUCKS! Getting refund is so difficult, time consuming and stressful. Customer service is non-existent. Regardless if you purchase from an official store or not, whether the amount is little or big, even if the item was not delivered by the seller (and the shopee app shows it was not delivered and even returned to seller), getting a refund is so difficult. DO NOT USE SHOPEE PAY.

Don't buy from Shopee. I was the most time cheated... to Christmas not one of my orders I got... The money I got back after 3 month fighting. It was a sum of 4000 Pesos.

I told them that something was stolen and they were selling it. They admitted it was stolen but still continued to sell it and not return it. Don't do business with these criminals.

Football jerseys advertised on Shopee are often not even recognized or authorized jerseys by the clubs Shopee purports to represent. They are fakes. Shopee's pages are filled with unauthorized jerseys. Additionally, even the jerseys which are recognized club jerseys are not OEM jerseys but are knock offs made in Thailand or elsewhere

Similarly, sizing is terribly inaccurate. Out of 6 jerseys I ordered from 3 different shop on Shopee, all jerseys were incorrect sizes. The online jerseys for sale will show sizes, such as XL is purported to be 56-58 cm chest. When XL jerseys were received, their actual measurement was 52cm (which is a Medium size according to the website), even though the actual labels inside the jersey stated the jerseys were XL.

When trying to obtain a refund for these jerseys, the seller is allowed to make a counter offer to your request for a full refund. For instance, I requested a refund of 841PHP. The seller counter-offered at 1 PHP. How outrageous is this?

I will never use Shopee again. They are a complete rip-off. I have ordered numerous jerseys, household, goods, etc from Lazada and they are normally acceptable and/or good quality and very efficient with returns and refunds.
