Courier of shopee will give 3x and wil lcontact you 3x before they tag the item as failed. Return system to failed delivery is relatively fast. Courier are friendly and delivers the item that you order. Shopee is cheaper maybe because they only charge 1.5 percent to seller unlike lazada who has lots of hidden charges that can go up as high as 5 percent. App is easy to use even if you are a seller and they has an option button for the colors that you like. So you rarely need customer service to assist you
I recently ordered mirrors with rounded edges and received mirrors with sharp Edges. Missing adhesive tapes to stick mirrors on wall. No instruction on how to Attach mirrors included. Called Customer Service many times alway getting Recorded message all line busy I tried emailing the seller or filling up its form Asking for refund and gave up be use it was asking for personal information Including bank account. I paid COD. Additionally, I tried going to my user account, where further I was directed to an email link to get a verification code at ***************@appleid.com which naturally I was unable to get This company makes it hard to contact them for return or refund. Not worth shopping from them. I am an elderly person just relocated from the US to a senior home at UPLB. I seldom write reviews but this time I should let Shopee and the public know. First a Shopee Seller (SMStore) sold and sent me 2 defective ( out of 10 items). I returned the 2 defective items and now Shopee is giving me a hard time to give me a refund after all the email exchanges and pictures. My case has a different agent and case number everytime I call or email Shopee so it is very easy to confuse and delay refund processing. All in all Shopee Philippines and SM Store (a supplier) you both deserve a WAY BELOW ONE STAR RATING
Just like Maxis, Shopee just rewards new customers, they give many free shipping vouchers to new customers, regular customers just got 1 free delivery voucher.

Riders are rude when they call.
I had enough with your riders. Mostly are arrogant and lazy. They always do this to me. They place my orders as cancelled they said I did not answer their calls. When in fact there is none. I did not get any text message and most of all no calls from them. I'm not saying all of your riders but most of them. When they call they are arrogant no manners at all.no greetings and sounds like it's your big fault you order from shopee and now they have a job. Maybe they don't like what they are doing but I'm so sorry it's not costumers fault that they have to do their job. Very impatient to look for the very simple address. They call you with arrogant voice and tell you oh your address is hard to find maam oy. Where is this located ba? OmG! They are like a child who doesn't like to do what their mom told them to do. I had enough with your riders. Train them well please.we paid them nicely but their service isn't what we paid for. This is unfair. Tell your lazy and arrogant riders, if they don't like their job "! Resign and build their own company so they will be the Big Boss.
I have ordered from Shopee many times. Most of my experiences have been positive. BUT about 20% of my experiences have been negative. A 20% failure rate is a FAILURE! Purchased items have not been sent as indicated. Shopee's response? Cancel and we will refund your money in 7-14 days. Not acceptable when expensive items have been purchased.
Today I had a seller indicate an item was delivered that was not delivered. I tried to message the seller and Shopee's system said "User has been banned or deleted." BUT the seller and item were still listed on Shopee's site! When I contacted Shopee, Shopee said I did not ask for a refund within 3 days of the scheduled delivery date, but the scheduled delivery date was YESTERDAY (15-2-22), according to the information displayed on my Shopee account. According to the Shopee employee I spoke to, the information she was looking at said the delivery date was 12-2-22 and the purchase funds were released TODAY, 16-2-22, because I had not asked for a refund within 3 days of the delivery date (as shown on Shopee's end).
The issue has been escalated and Shopee has said it will respond within 3 days.
Thankfully I took screenshots of everything and recorded my conversation of my call with Shopee. Customers shouldn't have to go to such extreme measures to protect themselves. I will wait for Shopee's response. No matter the response, Shopee clearly has a problem with its system that scammers have figured out and are exploiting. BEWARE!

Last April 17,2022 I ordered & paid for 6 pcs head rest for my van (ORDER ID *******S8H9W97A). Supplier name -- yq95_t23_c. What I received on April 24, was a small pouch with 1 face mask!. I wrote Shopee to to complain and asked for a refund. Supplier disputed my complaint and replied to Shopee as follows:
"I have shipped the item(s) and have proof of shipment. I am sorry for the delay of your package. We will send two packages, one is a small gift and the other is the goods you bought. If you receive the gift, the goods will arrive soon."
After a few days, Shopee communicated to me that their investigation has shown that the goods I ordered and paid for was not delivered. They advised me to return what I received -- one face mask - so that the refund could be made.
I replied that, since the item I received was not anything significant, it will just be a waste of their time and mine to return it. I then requested that the refund be made without waiting for the 1 face mask.
Shopee did not reply anymore. The next thing I knew, the amount I paid -- P2,123.00 was already reflected in my credit card bill. Obviously, Shopee did not effect the refund to me.
As of May 20,2022 I've not yet received the headrests I paid for.
In the meantime, the supplier -- yq95_t23_c -- does not reply to my chats in the Shopee chat box.
Don't trust Shopee and their cheating suppliers.

They promised 12.12 all sellers have a minimum of RM12 free shipping. Then on that day, shopee start changing all your vouchers to RM12 shipping vouchers (even when you have a RM40 ones). But when I tried purchase some items, shipping voucher cannot be applied coz apparently, the voucher cannot be applied to these items. What nonsense is that?! Then comes to those overseas sellers giving away vouchers to claim. After claiming and have waited in anticipation for 12.12 to arrive and have purchased using vouchers for each sellers, they came back as tell you the vouchers are not for this platform. Some even came right out and lied they are out of stock or item is not in good conditions to be sold, and ask me to cancel and refund. Went on Shopee chat and chatted with Shopee customer service, they couldn't do nothing about it. Just keep in saying sorry for the inconvenience caused. What will happen if you don't cancel? Seller will eventually cancel (buyer cannot dispute) and get penalty by shopee or wait till the shipping out date expired then seller get penalty. All in all, shopee gets all the benefits. We as buyers get nothing in compensation or any goodwill gesture for the trouble we went through. Without us buyers to boost your business, you are just nothing. Might as well get back and support Laz. Shipping might be slightly expensive and took longer on some stuff but they don't engage in some shady business tactic like shopee. Might I add... Customer service is crappy and unprofessional.
This site atleast kept their shipping fee into a minimal. Many options to choose shipping services and doesn't over charge shipping fee unlike Lazada.
You paid for the item. You paid for the delivery fee. You received wrong item. You request shopee for return item and refund. You also send a message to seller. Scammer seller ignores you. You call shopee customer service. They tell you to spend for the return since that is their policy. Whoa. THEY PROTECT THE SELLER AND NOT THE BUYER. Who is stupid enough to pay for a delivery fee again to send the WRONG item to the seller... CALL SHOPEE CUSTOMER SERVICE and they will guide you how to get scammed.
Awesome and very like to recomment to everybody who stays at home during this pandemic and it feels us safer and one steps aways and delivered door to door

Sad to say that there customer service are trianed to side the seller. Especially if the seller if from China. They are supposed to be customer oriented and gives resolutions to problem. They don't even have an option for that. I bought two items from a foreigner seller. As far as I can remember the label is diffirent, I even read the review with no complaints. It took 2 wks before I received it viola it was just tips of gun massager. I checked again the review and of course the label it was changed. There are customers complaints same as mine. How are am I going to use the tip without the gun, or why would I buy a tip if I don't have a gun. Stupid seller can't even communicate well. They could have given option like do you want to send it back or you can add money if you want a gun. But they are not offering anything. Sad thing is the customer service agent are Filipino but they don't side you. They will not get rich either of siding the seller. I am an customer service agent but it always make me happy everytime I could help and make customers happy.
I've been ordering from Shopee for a couple of years, primarily music equipment. I find that the familiar name Music outlets in Philippines are credible. However that's less than a dozen company's. Shopee has thousands, many are Fake sellers.Ive placed way over a hundred orders recently on family accounts. When I discover a fake seller, no answer, 1 or less review, no order shipped, I cancel my order, and write them so Shopee can see they are fake. Instead of trying to improve Shippee and make it safer, they merely restricted my account for Harassing fake, nonexistant sellers. I order equipment, not harass? I am a platinum buyer, there best!. I would highly recommend buying directly from Well known Philippines sellers oif their website COD.Do not go and give your money, CC account to fake sellers, criminals. Anorher thing there are virtually no returns u less it's a credible Philippine seller, never China, and without a fight, hassle. Furthermore I have many orders placed way before Christmas that have never arrived, have no idea where they are. I replaced these from Lazada, delivered in 5 days. Avoid Big Trouble!

Ang daming requirements sa complaint poor naman ang service. Kulang ako sa requirements na kelangan nila kaya hindi naresolve ang issue.
Nag marked as delivered si rider pero hindi naman dineliver. Tapos nasiraan daw ng motor, at pinkuha pa sa bahay nila yung order ko sabay block saken. First time mangyare to saken sa Shopee Xpress. Mas mabuti pa ang JNT at GGX, ang babait ng riders nila.

Based on my experience regarding return/refund items. The item was returned due to incorrect item. I ordered a table cloth based on their variations of style, design and color. I even had chat with the seller before i bought it. Upon receipt of the item, it was very much different from what i chose. So i retuned it at once. I received it nov 16, i returned it the next day, nov 17. The seller got it nov 19. I was the one who paid for the shipping fee of return. So the next was many times of follow up regarding my refund. I sent them the copy of airway bill for the shipping fee i paid. Ì even had live chat for those agents repeating many times the info of my complaint. Only to find out a while ago, that's today dec 3, from what i heard from the latest agent i talked to, those irresponsible agents whom i talked to wasn't able to report my complaint. So disgusting customer service rep of Shopee... imagine i'm here waiting for nothing? Useless irresponsible customer representatives of shopee, you don't know your jobs, better resign now! You're not worth to be there as customer service representative... you're not worth to be paid off!
Shopee is not good anymore. Hate their services. No one you can talk to on the app. It sucks. I will switch to lazada now.

Ang panget ng delivery Service nila. If ever oorder kayo sa shopee, I strongly suggest na wag pipiliin yung standard delivery. Dun nalang kayo sa j&t or ninjavan. Yung sa akin, nasa cavite lang ako, pero yung order ko nagstuck up sa cavite hub ng mahigit isang linggo. Nakakailang follow up na ako sa kanila, pero pinapaantay pa rin ako kahit lagpas na sila sa proposed delivery date nila. Until nagparefund ako, kinabukasan, dumating agad yung package. Tas nakalagay pa sa na nakadalawang delivery attempt na daw sila. Eh nung nakailang follow up na ako, hindi naman sila nagsabi sa akin na may problema. Kinonfirm lang nila na andun pa sa hub ang package ko at mag hintay lang daw ako. (Hindi po mahirap hanapin yung address namin. Nasa tapat lang kami ng sm at makikita rin sa mapa pag sinearch mo yung name ng company)
Kapal ng mukha ng ibang sellers dito. Sila na nagsend ng damaged item, sila pa galit. Tapos pag nagreklamo ka naman kay shopee pagpapasa pasahan lang nila yung complaint mo. Ang tagal pa ng resolution kung meron man. Never click order received unless you're 100% sure it's damage-free and you want it. Otherwise, you'll have to shoulder the shipping fee back to the seller if they block you or they're impossible to reason with. Yung ibang Chinese shops naman, sasabihing magrerefund pero palitan mo muna yung negative rating. Dapat refund muna bago palitan yung rating! Once mo lang pwedeng palitan yun e. Pag nabago mo na, yun na yun kahit d nila ihonor yung refund. Beware of the shops below.
I have been using the Shopee online shopping app for over 5 years now. Here are my observations through out the years.
This shopping app continues to evolve from just a mere convenience online shopping app to a respectable and formidable challenger to Lazada.
First of all it offers all the merchandise as well as the vendors that are present in Lazada but with a Twist …it offers more free shipping, more vouchers, very good customer service support, good logistics, user friendly app, and most of all Fairness in dealing with customers.
Let me elaborate on each. It's a no brainer for vendors to sell their goods in as many places as possible. So if you're looking for vendor in Lazada look for it in Shopee and you'll find it there. It's no secret that Shopee offers more "free shipping & vouchers ". This is what lured me into trying this app in the first place. A vendor enticed me into trying it and i got hooked. Their customer service support is constantly evolving and improving to my amazement. Perhaps there can be a long queue but this too has improved.
I complained terribly about logistics twice during this past Christmas holidays because of missing package purportedly delivered by their logistics partner. I complained, provided proof that the package was not delivered in spite of "proof of delivery" provided by the courier. I admonished and advised shopee to really scrutinize their logistic partners for integrity of character. Their logistic partners seemed to have improved. There's more communication and better proof of delivery but they have to continually monitor this and listen to customers.
Their App is getting better. I still look forward to improving their "Search" just like the Amazon App. Search should provide relevant and specific items pertaining to the product being searched. This might take some time but if they do this they will be light years ahead of Lazada and for that matter more revenue.
Fairness. This is close to my heart. Shopee is Fair and Honest to its customers. This is what kept me using the App in spite of all the problems I have encountered throughout the years. Shopee gives you the benefit of the doubt and is willing to investigate. They also provide swift resolution to the problem at hand.
