Courier of shopee will give 3x and wil lcontact you 3x before they tag the item as failed. Return system to failed delivery is relatively fast. Courier are friendly and delivers the item that you order. Shopee is cheaper maybe because they only charge 1.5 percent to seller unlike lazada who has lots of hidden charges that can go up as high as 5 percent. App is easy to use even if you are a seller and they has an option button for the colors that you like. So you rarely need customer service to assist you
I recently ordered mirrors with rounded edges and received mirrors with sharp Edges. Missing adhesive tapes to stick mirrors on wall. No instruction on how to Attach mirrors included. Called Customer Service many times alway getting Recorded message all line busy I tried emailing the seller or filling up its form Asking for refund and gave up be use it was asking for personal information Including bank account. I paid COD. Additionally, I tried going to my user account, where further I was directed to an email link to get a verification code at ***************@appleid.com which naturally I was unable to get This company makes it hard to contact them for return or refund. Not worth shopping from them. I am an elderly person just relocated from the US to a senior home at UPLB. I am used to ordering at Amazon which is very easy to communicate with about product problems. NOt Shopee
I order some parcel and ask to pay on delivery but they said isn't possible and we have to pay online, then I paid but after 1 week they cancelled my order because the stupid online shop didn't ship the parcel and it is 10 days I ask for refund but any feedback yet. Please don't west your time and money in this stupid website.

Bans account when purchasing in large quantities (but sellers on the platform allows wholesale) and from regular sellers. My 3 year old account was suspended despite being a loyal buyer and on time payer. They will keep scammers in their platform instead of loyal buyers. When members in your household buys separately, they will tell that the account is fraud (but they keep on telling people to promote the platform to family and friends). They find it suspicious when all members of the household are connected to one network. So, each member should have separate internet account under one roof? They removed stacking of vouchers and a buyer should only choose 1 voucher. And yet when a buyer decided to choose the free shipping voucher, at the checkout, a delivery fee will still apply! Top ups on your wallet has corresponding fees too. Lazada is the way better choice now when buying online.

Most of the Shopee seller are dodgy and have very bad customer service. Their products are low qualities and many sellers do not respond to buyers complain. Worse than sellers is Shopee who does not care about buyer`s complains. Many times, i received incomplete or wrong items and when i complain to Shopee, no actions were taken by Shopee to protect my purchase. From now on, i will go to stores and buy my items. Avoid Shopee.

Buyer beware. If your item is damaged and you did not buy from the shopee mall you would have to pay the courier to send back the item to the seller. But shopee does not tell you this anywhere on its site. And their customer care talks so fast with many irrelevant words and info to bury this one stark fact. The same sleek style when you write them. I discovered this only when I called them directly.
When the item arrive I realized that it has no support on the back rest side when you make it a bed.
I ask the stores customer care, and he/she told me that that was the way they receive it from manufacturer.
And my review for the item was hidden by shopee because I showed the explanation from the store. This is crazy

Worst customer service. Rude, apathetic, will push for their "guideline" "process" or "policy" with no attempt to resolve or help the customers with their problem. Encountered 2 sellers who are scammers apparently but continues their business with Shopee.
Shopee pandering to its sellers as usual, while caring nothing about its buyers. Example seller advertised world shoe sizes that is not correct. Shoes were just tried for minutes. Requested a refund "SHOPEE" denied refund, stating not enough evidence. Other problems, customer servise, false advertising, fake or different from what you ordered products. Shipping damage, couriers and Shopee lying about delivery attempts. Store credit for refunds. Save yourself lots of headaches, anxiety.

This is a dreadful company, not responding to justified complaints. In my case a cheating seller who sent an inferior procuct blocked my return request. Shopee sided with him by doing nothing. Do not use their services!
I have make complaint about my defect items that I received which is in bad condition to Shopee dispute agent.The seller proposed to credited back to me RM20 for the item that I purchased for RM55. The dispute agent finally replied after few days and given me the final outcome whereby they stand firm mentioned that their item isn't defect but I've included pictures as proof to them basically from the pictures itself can be seen clearly is a defective items. I am truly not satisfied with the dispute agent judgement. I then contacted the live chat them but it turns out the result is the same. There's no one able to help for my issue. This isn't the first time experience actually.
I have a total of 6 parcels with them, parcel 1 was delivered after almost month while the remaining parcels are still with them. They partner with another unreliable courier called "ENTREGO". But Shopee's customer service is the poorest of the poor. They always keep on telling you the ff phrases: 24-48 hrs to investigate, escalate, coordinate with the assigned team but they've done nothing but promises up until now. If there's lower than 1, that's what they deserve.
Some, not all sellers from shopee are not transparent. They brand their items as authentic when it is not. When pressed for info most will not tell you outright if it is.
Clone or original or second hand. Shopee tolerates scammers and dubious sellers. They dont have a firm grip on sellers selling via their platform. Even if an item is legit delivery takes an eternity to be received. Shopee is a very poor online selling platform. I got stood up by an overseas seller and had to cancel. Shopee does not even sanction erring sellers. They are atill there hoping to scam some more gullible buyers.

I have paid through banking online, payment wa successful but then there is an issue on thier part and Dragonpay.
Payment was done right away, but all my orders has been cancelled. Have called their customer service for 6 consecutive days and counting up to this time and they dont know how to handle the issue and cannot resolve the problem.
Shopee and Dragonpay are keeping on pointing to each other on who to blame. No one have done anything to resolve it.
They create this buyer and seller hassle refunding effort it's like they don't care.
If you manage to press the confirm button then the refund button will be gone. It's sad to say that 7,500+ worth of fake staff was NOT canceled or refunded. They ask rubbish question about it and explain I can't get my money because the seller has my money. I'll NEVER ORDER AGAIN period!

I tried ordering same item from different sellers and all of them failed. One of them did not even bother sending the order and another sent a wrong item. Also, sellers does not respond to my chat messages and the worse part is the support of shopee doesn't care. Don't bother using this platform. Its a waste of time.
Made returns. The returns were processed and approved normally. For 3 months I've been fighting to get my money 6.450 php back and the support only stalls me. Don't get played through to manager and support suddenly cuts the line. Will never order from Shopee again.

I recently bought four integrated circuits aka ICs. The seller shipped with no protection and one was so badly bent that a pin broke off. The other three checked okay after I straightened the pins. I got refund for the one unusable IC, but because I got just a partial refund, I was not allowed to rate the seller for the items that I kept. Shopee policy is to protect the worst of the bad sellers by not allowing buyer to rate the seller. Shopee doesn't even deserve one star. The pink protective foam is mine, not the seller's. The proof of order implies that I got refund for all four ICs, but in fact, refund was for only one of the four.

I had a very bad experience with shopee teams, imagine that u do a shopping and select ur needed items and place an order then u end up with receiving an items that doesnt match your selection in term of either the brand or the specifications! I dont know what is going on with the shopee teams but it is very obvious that the dont care about their customers or their reputation and for sure this is kind of fraud

They have disappointing customer service. Sellers are being penalized for things that are beyond our control. Their integrated courier system is so limiting that if they make a mistake, it's all left to the seller to deal with the customer and the negative feedback.
They're responses are all automated that I felt that they weren't really listening to my concerns. They have cost me money. There's no accountability from them or from their partner couriers.
It's not a good business partner. I'm one of the sellers. And I always cancel my shipment because no one picks up my deliveries. And every day I call to follow up but over and over again their sayings. Poor customer service. I'll call to solve my problem but it just gets worse.
It is a waste of time and money talking to their unreliable customer service representative. Their number is not toll free and they do not have call agents who can speak Cebuano.
Sellers are dishonest. I recieved incomplete items multiple times. For someone who is new to online shopping, I find their refund/return procedures long and confusing.
Shipped items are not handled properly by their couriers. Sellers even blamed couriers for missing items.

Shopee.ph indeed is the most convenient and easiest way to order online. You can choose from cheapest to highest price on the products that you want. And it has cash on delivery and the products are delivered right in front of your door. So all in all its very good.
Shopee has to refund me 4 items and the customer care service has no insights of the accounting... With Screenshots I have proved 100% that Shopee didn't refund me my money. The customer care wrote me that they have done the refund of one item, the other items they ignored. Again, no prove or evidence from the Customer Care. The problem is that the Customer care cannot check the accounting! I have no chance to get my money back.

Just a few days ago, as I was browsing Shopee, I saw a seller offering to sell a Sharp Innova airgun for ₱5,587. I was interested so I ordered one. Upon receipt and after payment, I opened the parcel only to find that it contained a very different item ( a cheap, plastic airsoft rifle) which I did not want. After advising Shopee of the deceit, I received an email from Shopee which seemed to me like an endorsement of the amount of ₱100 proposed by the seller.as refund. I rejected and of course, I was furious. Moral of my story: I deeply regret not opening the box and verifying its contents before I let go of my cash. So, a little warning, guys, now it seems even good ol' Shopee cannot be trusted.
I placed a cash on delivery order and their rider did not give me the correct change. The man literally drove away like a bat out of hell and didn't stop even as I screamed that he shortchanged me. I reached out to Shopee through all channels I can find and all they do is give me a runaround and ask for things impossible for me to provide as "proof" of the theft. They are asking for an invoice signed by the rider where he indicates he shortchanged me. Common sense, would a thief leave proof of his crime? Disgusting service.
