Courier of shopee will give 3x and wil lcontact you 3x before they tag the item as failed. Return system to failed delivery is relatively fast. Courier are friendly and delivers the item that you order. Shopee is cheaper maybe because they only charge 1.5 percent to seller unlike lazada who has lots of hidden charges that can go up as high as 5 percent. App is easy to use even if you are a seller and they has an option button for the colors that you like. So you rarely need customer service to assist you
I recently ordered mirrors with rounded edges and received mirrors with sharp Edges. Missing adhesive tapes to stick mirrors on wall. No instruction on how to Attach mirrors included. Called Customer Service many times alway getting Recorded message all line busy I tried emailing the seller or filling up its form Asking for refund and gave up be use it was asking for personal information Including bank account. I paid COD. Additionally, I tried going to my user account, where further I was directed to an email link to get a verification code at ***************@appleid.com which naturally I was unable to get This company makes it hard to contact them for return or refund. Not worth shopping from them. I am an elderly person just relocated from the US to a senior home at UPLB. Had secret santa at the office and the person I picked out didn't know any better than to order something on stupid Shopee, and as the item was breakable I had no choice but to have it shipped directly to her. Payment was incredibly inconvenient > NO CREDIT CARD (what kind of online shopping doesn't take credit cards?) and the bank was a pain in $#*! to go to > the online payment option didn't work, of course. And look > the thing said 3-8 days after payment confirmation. It's been 10 days, and the person never got it. SO EMBARRASSING. Way to go, Shopee. I want my freaking money back (which of course I'm never going to get. First and last time I am using this stupid excuse for an online shopping site. I am so telling everyone I know to stay the f--- away. Of course the payment confirmation says "auto generated" / "do not reply" > cos they don't wanna hear it when you complain for throwing your money away on a delivery that was never made.

Shopee delivery man deliverred the package of lipton yellow tea 100 pieces covered in black plastic on September 25,2023 around 2 PM as I received text message around 2:10 PM from shopee.
The delivery should September 24 since I order it on September 21,2023. Three days Shopee site said and promise no delivery charge and discount price of 299 pesos Plus 38 pesos. The delivery refuses to let me inspect the package before I pay him. He said that it is Shopee rules and regulation. So if he refuse me to inspect the product than I will not pay him. So cancel the transaction. The package is rectangle and from its weight it may not the product that I order which is suppose to be square and bigger in dimension.

Recently, I purchased a pair of sandals that were to big for the person they were intended for. 3 days after delivery I tried to start the Shopee return process, but could not find out how. Having received the product I clicked on the 'received' icon, thinking this was the first step. The I contacted the seller (Nuan-) who said I could not return the product because I had clicked the received icon. After I typed a negative review of the seller (Nuan-). They offered to change sizes, I agreed. Then they refused because of the review. Tried to contact Shopee but the published # was not in operation. By email Shopee keeps repeating to contact the seller first. Very frustrating. No resolution yet.
If you check your phone, there's folder titled "shopeePH" which contains an "images" folder. Sometimes, that folder has contents that are not shared to shopee and are more personal.
Also if you try to invite friends in shopee shake, it lists the names depending on your contacts name and even lists friends that you never interacted with within the app.
Agents seem untrained. Does Shopee even try to orient or train their agents? They tend to give out templated alibis. Nothing more!
I don't even know if these agents really resolve concerns. It's very frustrating! Shopee execs should try out the app's chat support so they'd see how ineffective their agents are.
3 bad experiences from shopee whenever i buy over P1000 worth of an item. Item defective and shopee just wants me to talk to the seller so all i do is just talk to the seller back and forth with nothing happening which is frustrating for busy people. Lazada values their customer's time more. They are more trustworthy to buy more than P1000. Shopee is just for cheap items that you can't bother asking for returns/refunds
A Hard Disk I bought was defective. The seller, Seagate, accepted the refund and apologized. Shopee first refused, then said it would ‘manually' refund me and sent me an unusable voucher to refund the return shipping fee (I refused it). Still no refund, so I am now reporting the case to the DTI. Shopee staff is instructed to delay and try to avoid refunds. It is the dishonest and deceptive culture of the company.

My acct. Has been locked notifications said it is invalid use of a voucher. Why would the voucher will push through if it is invalid. The systems sucks I try contacting them but cannot provide information sad cannot disclosed even if u are the acct. Owner still they cannot disclosed information on your own and also I am asking information why they locked my acct. Why they can't just provided that is because also they cannot know why it is locked. I have no credit on them and no bad records on the order. They let me sign the form but they don't email it until now. Actually Lazada is much more better because they have the priority so you can received the order the next day and I try that and they really delivered it on exact date

I cannot log into my account it is said that it is banned due to violation of community rules and they cannot provide exact information about this one. They just said misuse of a voucher with multiple account. As far as I remember my son made an account it has the same address but a different name and information so why would they said that I have multiple account. You cannot have the account with different name with just the same address that's ridiculous. I reach out to them several times but still they cannot open my account I have been a platinum buyer for a years and they didn't even compliment that. If they can't open the account so it be there have much more online shop
I've had experienced a horrible service tonight. Not just with 1 agent but 3! Wow! I've only asked why my transactions did not go through, twice, and why the voucher did not work. These agents disconnected the chat session right after they tell you to stay on the app. Very rude! Also, with about 5 agents I chatted, no one told me that it has expired. They asked me to take screenshots and asked me to stay on the line for 2-3mins and all and no one told me that. I had to check it myself. Mind you, I remembered the voucher will expire this January 26 and they changed it to January 21 at 8:03PM. Horrible!

Bought a food voucher and went to the restaurant branch as stated. Staff said not aware of it. Chat with seller no reply. Chat with shopee for refund they say ask seller. But seller no reply. Turn here and there push here and there end up nothing is refund. Satisfy with lazada more.
I ordered a 40 kg container of chlorine granules from a Shoppee vendor that I paid for (P3124. 00). The item delivered by the J&T Express person had the same order number but was a packet of Facial Mask Bood Orange worth P10.00 to P45.00 on the Shopee site. The Shopee site banned the vendor but refused to refund my money because the order (wrong item) was delivered to me. Caveat Emptor. Buyers should use a credit card when using Shopee.com.ph. Let your credit card company fight it out with Shopee and the vendor. You can expect no help from this online shopping site. As long as it gets its commission, it has no interest in helping a buyer victimized by swindling vendors.

Support is a pile of sh-t, asking for documents. Undelivered package, it clearly says on the tracking info. They keep asking for more. Support unresponsive, they are uneducated bafoons, asking for my ID and signature.
I wrote an honest review about my experience from one of my purchase. (sorry to seller) Shopee Epress riders often cheat the buyers by adding up costs on top of your bill if you forgot it or not checked. When wrote about it, Shopee Admin rebuked me badly and warned me that they will remove my points. (As if I care. Duh?!?) They even didn't dare to ask or communicate with me about it and they don't care.
Shopee, you are not the only e-commerce platform out there. There will be a time, your business will get lost and close because of your bad reputations.
I wish it will happen soon, so no more cheaters, no more proud and arrogant Shopee Admins.

If you try to order something, there is no way to pay and no information. I received a text message that my order was at my house and I was not home nor did I know that the order even went through! The delivery person called me the next day and said he was at my house. Again, I was not home and was not informed when the order would arrive. He hung up on me and I guess he sent it back. No information, misinformation and just one TERRIBLE company!
I have nothing against Chinese, as a matter of fact i usually buy at their shop in Shopee. But one time my sister asked me to check out a baby crib if it looks sturdy or presentable enough as she's planning to buy it as a gift. When i checked it i'm surprised because it only costs P350 so i checked the reviews of this shop, it has a rating of 2/5 which is bad! And all the reviews says they did not receive their orders. And since i checked that crib there's a lot of related items on my feed (stroller, toys, baby car, etc). And to my surprise i saw more or less 10 overseas shop with 2/5 ratings and with reviews that the item were not received. I reported it to shopee thru email and they are not bothered at all. After 2 weeks i checked and those stores are still operating at shopee.
Using this app is horrible! They are letting their seller continue their service even though we were scammed. Please be aware of this app, especially Power_Dolphines. Don't use this seller or this app. I ordered 2 pieces of tents, and what I got was 1 piece of wipes! Horrible service. Once Im done with all my parcels, I will never use this app again! Horrible!

Shopee couriers insist on taking a photo of you even when you have already refused as a matter of right. They say that they are just following instructions and that they would lose their jobs if they leave without you photo. Shopee needs to understand that people have the right to refuse to have their photo taken!
It was so disappointing. The courier sent an update that the item was on its way for delivery that day, but no package arrived. I contacted the courier and they responded that they don't know the address and they will 'try' tomorrow. BUT no package arrived! Address was clearly stated yet they make excuses.
I am disappointed by the arrival of my item. The delivery was very late. I thought the delivery process will be smooth but it wasn't. Great prices but you will be having a very long time waiting for your item to arrive at your door. I was not satisfied with it and I would probably won't try again.
