Courier of shopee will give 3x and wil lcontact you 3x before they tag the item as failed. Return system to failed delivery is relatively fast. Courier are friendly and delivers the item that you order. Shopee is cheaper maybe because they only charge 1.5 percent to seller unlike lazada who has lots of hidden charges that can go up as high as 5 percent. App is easy to use even if you are a seller and they has an option button for the colors that you like. So you rarely need customer service to assist you
I recently ordered mirrors with rounded edges and received mirrors with sharp Edges. Missing adhesive tapes to stick mirrors on wall. No instruction on how to Attach mirrors included. Called Customer Service many times alway getting Recorded message all line busy I tried emailing the seller or filling up its form Asking for refund and gave up be use it was asking for personal information Including bank account. I paid COD. Additionally, I tried going to my user account, where further I was directed to an email link to get a verification code at ***************@appleid.com which naturally I was unable to get This company makes it hard to contact them for return or refund. Not worth shopping from them. I am an elderly person just relocated from the US to a senior home at UPLB. I had previous orders from SHOPEE. ALL ARE PAID THRU COD. During the GCQ in Cebu City I ordered two items. When it was delivered the delivery address where I work in Cebu City closed because of ECQ. I requested all deliveries to transfer delivery to my MANDAUE City home address. The request was rejected. Obviously payment was not made and still they insist to have them delivered in the CLOSED DELIVERY ADDRESS. Now I tried to order from SHOPEE again with my MANDAUE address all my. COD request was rejected because many of my orders which they delivered was sent back and not paid. QUESTION: IS THIS THE FAULT OF THE CUSTOMER? OR DELIVERY? THIS IS THE WORST ONLINE SHOP BLAMING THE CUSTOMER OF "UNPAID" DELIVERIES. I have decided to delete their APP from my phone and TRANFER TO LAZADA! WARNING TO ALL!
1. I bought something from Shopee online.
2. I noticed no tracking of dellvery on its app. Only on notebook website.
3. Goods purchased not delivered, but recorded online delivered.
4. Hence, on seeing such shocking status, I immediately sought refund because I have not received anything. I have not been sent any notices of receipt via hp or email. Nothing from Shopee.
5. All the while the info system I noticed is no good, very poor.
6. When I raised the refund via Shopee, seller notified they refused.
7. Where 's acknowledgement receipt if they delievered? None. So they cheated.
8. The point is not cooperative or even the abtiration field is for show. I clicked it is not operating
9. I called the 03-******* Shopee tel no. Ringging whole morning and afternoon. No one answered.
10. At the end, no one responded or addressed this complaint.
I will pursue and tell as many people as possible, how bad this SHOPEE is. TERRIBLE. BETTER GO TO LAZADA, WITH GOOD SERVICES, TRACKING, HELPLINE & VERY COOPERATIVE

They take your money and then your order gets stuck in China. Requests for refunds are ignored. Will never use them again. Never.
I have purchased several items from Shopee PH (Xbox one controller from seller chengaii.ph and keyboard caps from h28e43une9 (Dr Keycaps); and yes, I'm not afraid to censor their name)
For XBOX one Controller, they sent a non-working one. After complain, they claim that it's 'an older generation that has no bluetooth, while my point of complain is that they're not even working using cable, and they deny for warranty process eventhough they blatantly write one year warranty on the product page. It's an obvious lame excuses not wanting to fix a trouble product that they have sent. I have report to Shopee, but it seems no action nor response were given at all, so it's obvious Shopee doesn't care about the buyer at all.
As for keycaps, I purchased 2 item from the seller, one is ready stock while the other one is pre-order 7 days. After delivery, I have checked only ready stock item were sent, but I have "Confirm received order" while still waiting for my pre-order item. After a week, I have informed the seller, and they claimed that they will send replacement. A week later, I receive no replacement whatsoever and the seller have the audacity to block me on chat page, so it seems that this is the SOP and mentality of Philippine Seller on Shopee, "We take your money, and if you complain, F**K YOU, cause that's not our problem"
Tip for consumers:
Never press "Confirm received package" before an actual unboxing and testing the product. Because one you press it, the money would be transferred to the seller and they have no whatsoever obligation to help any of your problem because they are just a greedy and shady people trying to milk whatever money and penny that you have.

Shopee is also as good as any other business online. They also offer free items, and have big discounts on products purchased
Shopee system is shoddy and my personal information is potentially unsafe in their hands.
What happened is I created an account to purchase goods amounting to over 8K. I did everything as needed: linked to my Google Account, added my credit card, input the OTPs from my phone to verify the purchase. The order appeared in My Purchases tab. I did not receive an email confirmation, but instead I found an email asking for my email verification, which I complied to and received a 'success' message.
The following morning I found that my account was banned, with no explanation. I could not do a live chat with Shopee support because that feature is only accessible upon login. Their bot and help pages have nothing useful in terms of telling me why exactly was I banned.
I was able to contact the seller and he confirmed he had nothing to do with my banning, and informed me that Shopee cancelled my order.
I filled up the appeal form as instructed, providing a photo of an ID and a selfie of me holding the ID.
Hours later, a Shopee support person emailed me saying I was banned due to "Stolen Card". What does that mean? Certainly I am NOT using a stolen card. Or, if what they mean is that my card info was stolen within their system, then was it a major security problem on their end?
The support person gave a long list of what I have to submit to appeal further (with no guarantee of restoration), even including a repetitive part from the previous appeal (photo of ID and selfie with the ID). Another silly requirement is an authorization letter from the card owner - I am the card owner!
She also told me to go to the live chat for further inquiries, same chat I mentioned above that is only available for non-banned users.
So no, I am not going through the silly hoops they set up. I would rather go somewhere else to shop. In fact what should happen is Shopee should show me how they came to the conclusion that I am using a stolen card, because this is such a huge and false allegation.

Shopee have this funds system called the ShopeePay. It basically asks you to pre pay and put funds into Shopee for future usage.
As I have always depended on Shopee for my online purchases, I also started using this systems of theirs as I also could get more coins cashback.
However, despite using it for so long, I had no idea the funds I deposited were non refundable (basically if you click transfer, you will then see that only the refund amount is withdrawable).
I only discovered this when I recently topped a huge amount wrongly and tried to withdraw some but couldn't do so. So I called their customer service for help and they simply told me no.
I would suggest to add a pop up or disclaimer when users are doing their top up so that people know to double check and triple check that they have entered the right amount.
Not sure about this but when I tried Googling for ways to withdraw my ShoppePay, it seems that the Malaysia and Philippines Shopee app could do so, but not Singapore.
Whenever I buy something I always look at the review of the products first then that's it---I always get what I wanted. They never disappointed me..
Their sellers send you USED item and tell you it is new. Thay do not disclose if the item you want to buy is new or used. Nothing but scams!?

Bad Service, Shopee Express delivery don't deserve Express on their name, because they don't deliver on time. Customer Service is hard to reach.
