Took about a month to receive. Packages was CRUSHED. Luckily the boots made it through. They monogrammed the pocket shut on my joggers and honestly the clothing isn't the best quality. Definitely not impressed. Way too expressive for what you get.
This company has stolen money from hundreds of customers maybe wbcwn thousands. This is theft, plain and simple. Something has to be done. Any lawyers out there want to carry the torch and sue this company for us?
I ordered 3 pair of monogrammed booties for Christmas gifts, I received them today and actually thought they forgot to monogram them. The color of the thread is the exact color of the bootie. There is absolutely no way of knowing there is a monogram on them.
I purchased some jeans and the ones that arrived were Clearly NOT the jeans as advertised. I contacted and they said they would send the correct pair. A few weeks went by and they said 'Shipping out by end of week'. That was 2 weeks ago. Now they completely IGNROE my DMs.

I placed an order on 11-2-18; today is 12-3-18 and I haven't received so much as your order has been shipped. I have called the 877 number and it says press "0" for operator, then it says, "sorry nobody can take your call" and hangs up. The direct number has been disconnected... I wish I had read these reviews first! I am going to report them to the BBB and see if I can get my $48 back! GRRRRRRR
Can't even count on a calendar. Website says for personalized order allow 10-15 days for shipment. Well that's a crock. Not even sure if its a real company. Zero Customer service, and won't acknowledge when they are wrong. Calling my bank right now. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
I ordered a pretty HOT PINK vest, head wrap and it came with ear rings. What I received was MAUVE!
UGLY MAUVE too. Then they say they cant take it back because it was monogrammed... no wonder you were so willing to monogram it, you didn't want it back. Poor quality, poor customer service and i will not be reordering from them!
My order was placed on 10/2/18 and i still have not received my items. They keep on delaying to ship out and send ms bs execuses. Im reporting this charge as fraud to my credit card company. DO NOT order from this company.
After waiting for over 24days for nonmonogrammed items, the order sent after complaining, was the wrong sizes! This company is a joke for a boutique in Florida! And I have sent several emails and photos with the order form and sizes that they sent me! Never again
Canceled my subscription a couple months ago but they keep charging me. I have sent several messages to their page, several emails to their customer support email and no response. They just keep charging me and sending me low-quality merchandise I don't want.
I just love paying for merchandise I never receive and then the merchandise I do receive is poor quality, thin and even the wrong monogram. There is zero communication, they do not answer the phone or return emails. I have emailed, called, facebook message an even instagram message NOTHING>
This company is a total scam.
They do have a few people that say they received their items but the majority do not.
They post videos on Facebook almost daily just to pull in more suckers like myself.

Awful company cannot get in touch to even cancel Mono Box and the quality of the Mono Box is awful and everything it too small and cannot be returned because they go ahead and monogram it! Unbelievable someone HELP!

I had read the reviews but thought I would take a chance since I liked the look of the Olive green TOTE! Looking at the picture (first mistake). It shows a bag that hangs from the shoulder covering the girl's back and her rear end. Well she must have been a size 2 child modeling the TOTE bag. It is a bag, nicely monegramed for a good price, but it is no TOTE! None of their TOTE bags are larger than 15 inches by 13 inches. Definitely my fault for not asking and of course the size was not listed. I will use it as a purse but not a TOTE for an overnight bag. Way too small. Glad I didn't really need it because shipping did take a long time. I'll buy a real TOTE bag in the size I need and take it to my own monogrammer! Like the fabric and color.
The pearl and silver mini medallion necklace was just cheap. And the price was too. I won't say to avoid, just do careful research and ask for size measurements before you buy.
I had an issue with the rainbow sweater but contacted their customer service and the lady quickly resolved my problem. I was all prepared for a tirade but she simply told me she would handle the problem and she did. Now im back to shopping at I LOVE JEWELRY!
Ordered boots and jacket in Nov. 2018 and it is Jan. 2019 and yet to have received anything. None of their numbers work, no email responses - FB, Instagram need to remove them; they are a total scam.
DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
You will never receive your items and when you try to call or email, you'll get no response. I WISH I would have seen these reviews before I ordered. Luckily I used Pay Pal and was able to start a claim against them!
I ordered the "surprise" box and got GARBAGE - literally an ugly misshapen shirt and a dollar store hair clip and earrings- when I complained to the company- nothing was done! DO NOT BUY FEOM THIS COMPANY - their items are all garbage! And they don't stand behind their products - shop at your own peril!

They take your money immediately and then never send the products. Won't respond to emails or phone calls. THIS IS A SCAM. If you purchased from them, call your bank immediately!
I ordered monogrammed pjs on 11/13/18. I started emailing and calling the number on my order confirmation email and could not get through. SCAM! So unfortunate.

My mom ordered me a monogrammed jacket from this website for christmas on December 19. It is now January 19 and I still do not have it. I went online and on their website it says to give them 2-3 weeks extra for monogrammed items, which I have no problem doing, however now its been a month.
I sent in an email asking about my jacket's progress multiple times and no one has returned my email until today, January 19, and the email states to give them 20-25 days for the item to ship in which case I will receive a shipping notification email - WHICH I HAVE NOT RECEIVED. I'm trying to wait it out until I get my jacket, but so far, I have deiced, I will never purchase from them again.

If you order anything customized, they will put your LAST initial in the MIDDLE spot and make it look stupid. Hence LAST initial should be in LAST spot.
My initials are CJB but for whatever screwed up and irrational reason they put CBJ!
They will not refund or return! Very ticked off and HIGHLY unsatisfied. I will no longer be a returning customer. No wonder there is NO place at all to leave reviews.
Why they would do it that way is BEYOND me.

I asked about a ready to ship item on their Instagram. I was told it would ship in "a day or two!". I am on day 13 and my item has still not shipped. They will not cancel or refund my item
