Took about a month to receive. Packages was CRUSHED. Luckily the boots made it through. They monogrammed the pocket shut on my joggers and honestly the clothing isn't the best quality. Definitely not impressed. Way too expressive for what you get.
I don't enjoy giving bad reviews, and it's rare for me. But, I feel I must warn others. I ordered several things from this company. Some were just great--others total junk. Really inconsistent. DO NOT order a mystery item! I realize it's only $4 plus tax and shipping, but I received 2 cardboard coasters worth about 10 cents! I also order a guitar strap bag and although it was super cute it fell apart the very first week. It took months of complaints and numerous emails before they finally gave me a small gift certificate. Good luck if you have a problem with your order. I won't be ordering from them again despite the fact that several of the items I received were very nice. It is important to me that there is good customer service and this company just doesn't have it together.
Customer service is a joke. No one answers or returns calls. In almost a month, I have only received one response to my emails and phone calls that was not an automated response and whoever sent it didn't read the original message. The products are cute and I love the monograms but now I'm stuck with 2 identical personalized items because they erroneously charged twice and don't care enough to be present for the customer.
I've had issues with holes in new items out of the packaging, stains straight out of the packaging, sizing being way off, being sent incorrect sizes that I haven't ordered, being sent the wrong subscription boxes for that month, and being treated like crap from customer service. But, I continue to order the pjs bec the pjs are the softest pjs in the world even tho it takes nearly a month to get them. I also. Continue to get the subscription boxes bec my kid and I like to match and I don't expect much for the price. But, I seriously have about had it with the girl that always answers the phone and takes care of customer service. She's has no business working there. It's obvious she hates her job the way she acts And treats people. Read the reviews. Almost every review is talking about how rude she is. I can handle mistakes being made with orders but man her attitude as soon as she says hello SUCKS!

Your order will take forever, you’re taking a gamble on quality with anything other than pjs and handbags. Some stuff is complete garbage some stuff is made decent. Sizing is way off on anything other then pjs

My first and last package from them. I decided to not have the item monogrammed. I was sent a Gildan long sleeve tee. I paid 17.95 in total and my local Wal-Mart has the exact same brand and shirt for 9.79 so I over paid for the shirt by 8.16. Just a joke, they should be embarrassed.
I bought a pair of PJs from this company. The elastic was twisted and then sewn in that way so the front folds down. I sent two e-mails to customer service asking about what to do about these since they were monogrammed. I got an automated e-mail saying I would hear from them within 72 hours. A week went by and I never heard from them. I sent another e-mail saying second request that was several days ago. Don't waste your money on this company.
I received a package today and couldn't figure out what I had ordered. Upon opening, I remember ordering the Chloe duck boots, no monogram when advertised on Instagram.
The issue-i ordered them in the summer and the shipping slip said they were shipped on 8/8/18 and it is now 1/8/19! 5 months for an in stock item, really!?
They are made in China, so I'm assuming they shipped from there.
That being said, the boots are cute and fit well.
They need to get their act together with shipping! I wont be ordering from them in the future.
Ordered three items. Received 2/3 within 3 weeks. Last item I ordered took TEN weeks to deliver and the size was wrong. I ordered a small and recieved an XL. Company does not communicate and no one answers the phone. Reply to emails takes upward of 72 hours. Won't issue me a refund. Clothes I have received so far are garbage quality.
I ordered four of the $15 surprise boxes that were supposed to be something different in each box. I received four of the exact same color exact same shirt and four of the exact same color and exact pairs of clip on earrings they also cheated me out of a pack of bracelets I emailed several times including pictures, I also sent several messages through Facebook messenger and have never received a response at all. I will never order from here again. Crappy customer service!

I received four pairs of monogrammed slippers the day before Christmas. All four were the wrong color. The monogramming was so bad that I couldn't tell what the letters were on all four pair. These were xmas gifts that I was too embarrassed to even give as gifts. The sizes were all not true to size and all four pair were grossly too small. I've sent three emails and have received no response. The customer service number might as well be disconnected because it answers and then hangs up on you cause no one answers. Never make a purchase with this company. Your stuck with whatever crap they send you and Im out almost $100.

I purchased $100 worth of items from this shop. Unfortunately my package was delivered weeks after the arrival date I was provided. By then I had moved to a different address. Not only does the post office have my forwarding address, but I also informed the Costumer Service rep that my address has changed. Here I am 2-3 months later and still haven't received my purchased items. I asked for a refund but was denied. Complete waste of money. This is not good customer service to say the least. This company is unorganized and untrustworthy.
Took months to receive my monogrammed purse and the strap that came with it was broken! I emailed several times trying to get a new strap because they never answer their phone, and I keep getting a response to email them a picture of the broken strap. I have sent several pictures and still havent gotten my money back or a new strap! Never order from these people! Horrible customer service! Horrible quality! This place sucks!
After reading some of the reviews I was a little skeptical but I received monogrammed boots in less than a week! Perfect fit! High quality! Very very happy to say the least. I rarely leave 5 stars but this was a 5 star purchase & I couldn't be happier!
I'm typically THAT person to look at reviews, check out the company in detail and their products before i purchase anything and I did the same with this website and still got scammed. Slippers I ordered for Christmas for my sister in November still have not come. The bag I ordered fell apart after 3 uses and the necklace I ordered is fit for a child. Customer service is non existent! I can forgive anything with great customer service but I never got any! If I could rate them less than a 1 I would. Do not shop here!
I think I have everyone beat on time frame. I ordered duck boots in August! Beginning in October I started calling, several times a day... because they don't answer. I was "lucky " enough to have spoken to Kaylee 3 times in this time period. Last lie she told me was my boots were being shipped priority 2 day mail this was on December 12th. Well guess what. Nothing!
I ordered the monogram lace pull over and the fabric looks nothing like the picture. The picture looks more sweater type and the one I got is more like a jersey knit type. Also I'm glad I got the large leggings. They run very small

I ordered a crossbody purse that looks beautiful in the picture. That was 12/9/17. My money was taken out 12/11/17. I received an email with a USPS tracking link 12/28/17 saying my purse was mailed. When you clicked the link it said a label was being made. It still says that today. You cant leave a message for the number youre told to call for CS & no one ever answers, not even weekdays during normal business hours. All emails Ive sent have been ignored. Feels like a scam to me.
I ordered the monogrammed duck boots September 7th, and the company took my money the same day. I have emailed the company several times and only got one reply, that the order is in process. It's November 27th! Just how long does it take to monogram two boots? Every review I read is negative. Every time I see their add on Facebook I comment "do not order from this company". They should be shut down and be court ordered to return money for products damaged or never received!
I order a monogram Chloe duck boots on 10/7/2018 and I still have not received them. I have already paid for them 2 months ago. I have sent e-mails and you get a form letter stating they are looking into it and I should see movement shortly. I called the *******433 number and spoke to a Kaylee and she said the same thing the form letter said This is unacceptable and I would NEVER buy anything from your company again this product is still on your web site for purchase. Shopilovejewelry fails to fulfill orders, fails to return emails, and fails to refund money when requested (because product was never shipped). Please, don't give these crooks your money. You will wait months and months and months for your product, and maybe never receive it at all. Look them up on Facebook and scroll through the HUNDREDS of posts from victims of this sham of a "business."
Ordered over a month ago, passed latest guaranteed delivery date, no contact or response. Seems to be consistent. Facebook should not let them sell or market to its audience when they should not be retailers for obvious reasons. Will report this to BBB etc to help others from getting scammed.

The only response I received was to say it takes up to 25 business days to ship and they will let me know they tracking number when it does. That response was received 38 business days after my order was placed. I asked for a refund and they refused. I filed a dispute with my bank and with BBB. They use a GMAIL address to communicate. All very suspicious. At the time I write this I cannot find a SINGLE review on ANY review website that has anything other than 1 star. BEWARE. These guys are a SCAM.

My husband ordered a necklace for me in early December 2016.
January 2017 - still hadn't received or heard anything so we emailed them asking about the status of the necklace and they NEVER responded.
March 2017 - The necklace arrives... only to be the WRONG necklace!
So we attempted to contacted them again and after a few weeks they finally responded & apologized, saying they'd send out the correct necklace.
September 2017 - we still have NOT received the necklace!
My husband emailed them again asking for a refund because this is absolutely ridiculous and they said they don't do refunds after 30 days
Seriously? We didn't even get the necklace within 30 days! It was ordered in December 2016 and arrived in March 2017 and yet... it was the WRONG necklace.

Ordered to items that the monograming was wrong. When finally getting through to the company 2 weeks later from receiving product, company tells me that it's not backwards and that's the way the font is to make a circle. The letter was a " D ". Nothing on website says that the font used would make your letter backwards. Company will not redo or refund me my money. Do not order anything needing monograming from them. Buyer beware! Very hard to get a hold of and they do not respond to emails. Poor customer service.
I Ordered their monogrammed wine pjs. I am a size 6 so I ordered the medium/large size. I literally could not get the bottoms even half way up they were so small. Being that they're monogrammed you're not allowed to return them. What a waste of my money. Do not do business with this company.
