I placed an order on December 3rd for a pair of pajamas I have never received a status update they have not shipped and no one has responded to my emails inquiring about the status of my order - my credit card was charged for the full amount in Dec 3rd this is a Christmas gift and now I will not have it in time for the holiday

Horrible horrible horrible! Reporting this company to the BBB and also sending email to the state about this online store ignoring messages and let the inspector general handle this one!

I Ordered something special for Christmas and have not received it. There is NO way to contact this company. They DO NOT RESPOND TO ANY TYPE OF CONTACT Call their number. You cannot reach anyone.

Both were gifts and the recipients never received. They charged me for the orders. Unable to ever reach anyone at Customer service number or online.

I ordered pajamas on Nov 3 and have inquired about my order FOUR TIMES and can't get a response! SOMEONE NEEDS TO RESPOND! I sure hope the product is better than their customer service!

I purchase momgramed boots 8/2/18. I have not received my books or a response from customer service. Today is 11/3/18.

No communication and I haven't received an order I was charged for 45 days ago. Phone number listed is not a working phone.

I just received my August Mono Box... I AM BEYOND EXCITED! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING MY DAY... LOL. NOW LOOKING SOOO FORWARD TO NEXT MONTH! YOU GUYS ROCK...

Don't give them your money. They have the absolute worst customer service. The quality of the product is poor and they refuse to accept returns.

You will not receive your items! These are total losers! Fake phone numbers, fake emails, they only take your money!

Awful Awful Awful experience! If I could have given this website 0 stars I would have. I ordered 4 pairs of Monogrammed Reindeer Booties for my friends and myself for Christmas. I placed this order before Thanksgiving to assure that I would receive them in time. It took 6 days for them to even process my order and send me an email. 1 month later I received my order in the mail. With relief that it was here I opened my package only to find more disappointment. 3 out of the 4 booties were the wrong size. To add more disappointment the tags were ripped off the wrong booties. Proving that they were aware of their mistake. I was furious about this due to how long I waited for this order and the fact that they are personalized. I reached out to I love Jewlery immediately and called 5 times all of which I got sent to an answering system. I emailed them and messaged them on Instagram. After another day of non responses, I tried calling again and reached someone.
From the second she got on the phone she was rude and did not apologize for the massive mistake in my order. I told her I had no response from anyone about this. She put me on hold and magically an email notification appeared.
She came back on the line and informed me the reason they could not fix my order was due to me not responding to the email, they had JUST sent. I ended the phone call and sent back pictures of the mistakes and my order form.
6 days and another email later and I have still heard nothing about my order that I was assured would be fixed by Christmas! I am disgusted with the customer service, timeliness and reliability of this company. I will never be ordering from them again and I urge you not to! They unfortunately cannot be trusted.

Instagram, or any site that keeps allowing it on their site, should also be held liable. They should be included in any suit

Do not order. You will not receive the order. No answers to emails and no product will be delivered. Stay far far away

Worst box ever! Poor quality poor shipping and even worse customer service - major scam!
