While it can be a challenge sometimes to speak to someone I have loved everything I have got from them!
Took about a month to receive. Packages was CRUSHED. Luckily the boots made it through. They monogrammed the pocket shut on my joggers and honestly the clothing isn't the best quality. Definitely not impressed. Way too expressive for what you get.
Ordered 3 shirts. They put wrong intials on them. They will not answer my emails. Plus didn't give me my 10% off. Very disappointed. Will never order from them again!
I placed an order on December 3rd for a pair of pajamas I have never received a status update they have not shipped and no one has responded to my emails inquiring about the status of my order - my credit card was charged for the full amount in Dec 3rd this is a Christmas gift and now I will not have it in time for the holiday

Awful Awful Awful experience! If I could have given this website 0 stars I would have. I ordered 4 pairs of Monogrammed Reindeer Booties for my friends and myself for Christmas. I placed this order before Thanksgiving to assure that I would receive them in time. It took 6 days for them to even process my order and send me an email. 1 month later I received my order in the mail. With relief that it was here I opened my package only to find more disappointment. 3 out of the 4 booties were the wrong size. To add more disappointment the tags were ripped off the wrong booties. Proving that they were aware of their mistake. I was furious about this due to how long I waited for this order and the fact that they are personalized. I reached out to I love Jewlery immediately and called 5 times all of which I got sent to an answering system. I emailed them and messaged them on Instagram. After another day of non responses, I tried calling again and reached someone.
From the second she got on the phone she was rude and did not apologize for the massive mistake in my order. I told her I had no response from anyone about this. She put me on hold and magically an email notification appeared.
She came back on the line and informed me the reason they could not fix my order was due to me not responding to the email, they had JUST sent. I ended the phone call and sent back pictures of the mistakes and my order form.
6 days and another email later and I have still heard nothing about my order that I was assured would be fixed by Christmas! I am disgusted with the customer service, timeliness and reliability of this company. I will never be ordering from them again and I urge you not to! They unfortunately cannot be trusted.
Instagram, or any site that keeps allowing it on their site, should also be held liable. They should be included in any suit
