Phone support is limited, but I haven't encountered any issues with the Nintendo Switch so far. The console was safely packaged inside a case and a ShopiOSx bag when it arrived. My kids have been enjoying the Nintendo Switch since we received it and everything has been working flawlessly.

I placed an order on July 4th with local delivery to Toluca Lake, and I was really worried about receiving it on the same day due to the holiday. Jessica from ShopiOSx reassured me that it would arrive before 8PM. They sent me a tracking map & when the driver arrived they went all the way up to my 10th-floor apartment to deliver it directly to my door instead of just leaving it in the lobby. The driver was incredibly nice, and I tipped him for the effort (the elevator is broken in my building). The iPhone itself works perfectly and is factory unlocked. Local delivery cost me $20 extra from my order which was already $400 with tax

I pre-ordered the iPhone 14 Pro Max from Shopiosx in Chicago's Hyde Park. While I did find the parking costs to be high in that area, I was pleased with my purchase The iPhone 14 Pro Max was brand new and free of any issues. The only downside was that they didn't have the free case promotion in-store, and I had to purchase MagSafe separately. I opted for pick-up instead of shipping because I had concerns about delivery. It's worth noting that Chicago is not Shopiosx's main store location.

I cant even get my order because it's just sitting somewhere for days, fedex hasn't even picked it up. Customer service barely replies, this company needs to do better

The brightness was set to the default level, ensuring a perfect viewing experience right out of the box. Although the shipping cost me an extra $100 for delivery to Albuquerque, it was definitely worth it. Not only did my package arrive quickly and securely, but my customers have yet to complain about anything.

My Google pixel 6 has free shipping. I bought it back in April, and so far, I have not encountered any issues whatsoever. The phone was listed as lightly used, but it looked brand new to me. What's more, I managed to snag this amazing device on sale for just $75. The value for money is incredible. While I appreciate that ShopiOSx offers a friendly customer service experience and pays promptly through PayPal, I find it concerning that the inspection process took a lengthy 7 days. Additionally, the lack of a tracking system on their website is inconvenient and forces customers to rely on email communication with specific individuals like Jessica. Although they did offer a higher payout compared to Gazelle, it's important to consider whether the longer wait time and limited tracking options are worth the extra $200.

I brought an iPhone 11 from shopiOSx around Christmas. After a few months of use, my phone is still working perfectly fine and has a 100% battery health. I paid an extra $20 for shipping through USPS, the phone arrived within a week. The clear case that was sent with it did get dirty, but everything else was in great condition.

Their customer service was top-notch and the delivery of my iPad was on time and with no damage. Shopiosx made selling my iPhone so easy! I was worried about the process, but they sent me a return label right away and inspected it. I didn't have to pay anything to UPS and they paid me by PayPal for my iPhone within 6/15! It was totally legit and stress-free.

I visited the store & They had a line going out the door in Miami shopiosx and while I was quite impressed with their selection, I was disappointed with the customer service. The staff was not as knowledgeable as I would have liked and when I asked for an alpine green iPhone, they gave me a gold one instead. It wasn't a scam, but it was certainly an inconvenience.

She quickly resolved the issue by switching my pickup to San Diego, but since it was too far for me, she went above and beyond by delivering it to me for free on the same day. I was truly amazed at how efficiently and professionally she handled the situation. I must say that the prices are much cheaper than those on StockX, eBay, and Mercari. I also found the website to be user-friendly, and the delivery was prompt and on time. Although there was no physical slot on the phone for the eSIM, it was not a problem as I contacted my carrier for assistance. Despite some negative reviews, I am extremely satisfied with the product and the overall shopping experience. I ordered an Apple Watch Ultra from Shopiosx after seeing an ad on another website. The shipping cost an additional $50 for overnight delivery, which I was initially worried about. However, the size difference from my previous Series 4 watch hasn't been much of an issue, except for when I wear French cuff shirts. The watch feels slightly heavier and bouncier when running, unless the strap is tightened. The larger, brighter screen is a major plus, especially when I'm on a sunny trail and need to quickly glance at my data. I was hoping that the enhanced GPS would make it easier for my family to track me during races, but so far it hasn't been much different from the Series 4. The battery life is amazing compared to my previous Series 4 watch, as I only need to charge it every other day even after a 20-mile run and various notifications. Overall, the Apple Watch Ultra is the best one I've had so far (I previously owned the Series 2 and 4), although the side button and protruding crown and button take some getting used to. I deducted a star because the watch has been a little glitchy since the most recent update (9.1), with occasional screen flickering while in an app. Hopefully, a future update will fix this issue.

I brought an iPhone 11 Pro Max from Shopiosx on 05/13/2023 and was a little shocked at the shipping cost, the coupon I received was not just the cost of the product for shipping. The shopping cart discount was only 5%. I'm across the country from their location, so I was also a bit annoyed when I had to pay the $6 authentication fee. It's a good phone. Even a great phone. The exterior is in excellent condition. But what holds back the five-star review are the speakers. They sound like they exploded. Or water damage. I can't say. But it really sours the enjoyment of the content. Everything else on the phone is great. The speakers alone really make it feel like garbage.

I ordered an Oculus Quest 2 and it arrived brand new, exactly as described. The delivery driver was so nice to bring the package all the way up to my flat on the 50th floor, especially as I'm disabled and old and couldn't come down. Although shipping costs were high, it was worth it for such quality service
