Beautiful dress that can be casual with sandals or dressed up with heels. Great fabric, light weight but thick enough not to see underwear imprint. All around great purchase. Just bought 2 more colors
Everything is sent individually from China. Returning products means the limited customer service has to track down who shipped the product and it's up to you to ship it back - cost me $30 - and refunds, if any, take months. No order invoice, confirmation, or tracking info upon ordering. The only way I knew I ordered was a charge on my credit card. Awful.
I ordered boots that were late so I called and was told they were shipped. Two weeks later I was told they were out of stock and I only get store refund or I'm charged a 20% fee to get my money back. Back and forth with customer service. This never stated clearly at purchase attempt. Scam and horrible business practice.

I placed a more than 100Us$ order on january 15 2022. We are march 4 2022 and I didn't received any tracking information nor a package! I have writed many times since but only received the same bull$#*! proform at each time. This site is a fraud!
I bought some really cute heels
I had bought heels online. Waited a week, store tells me no refund and tries to make me pay 35$ more than I did plus shipping ( the shipping was free from the original transaction) Rhonda, is completely unprofessional, won't get a manager - I have everything documented. Under united states merchant law, once 24-48 hours have passed any price mistakes are no longer the consumer's problem, I should get what I paid for, I am in the process of asking Bigcommerce ( the web host they use) to give this shady company a strike. I'm also in the process of pressing price-gouging charges against this company. I warned Rhonda not to mess with me. I know merchant law. YOU CANNOT CHANGE THE PRICE AFTER THE CONSUMER HAS LEGALLY BOUGHT THE ITEM. I won't stop until justice is served. I want what I paid for, and the money that has been stolen from me. At this point it's theft. BUYERS BEWARE OF THIS STORE!

I ordered an item for my event, Ipaid the 35 dollars for express shipping (7-11) days & never got it! Then I was told to add on ANOTHER 8-16 days…my event has already passed! They wouldn't cancel my order because " it was being made", then I was told a custom isn't refundable…which made no sense but nothing is custom about the item, especially since I ordered if off the website. Their customer service? No one is every there to answer the phone…the online "text support" doesn't provide/ wouldn't provide another number so that I can calll to talk to do I can have a better understanding & got nothing. This is the first & THE last time ordering from here & I do not recommend AT ALL

Do not buy any merchandise from ShopperApparel - They are professional scam
The website is misleading. They inform that their location is in the Glendale, CA, but the merchandise come from China. If you need to return any product, they will require you to pay the shipping fee to China instead to the USA and they will discount 25% of the deposit of the merchandise that they photoshopped and if you would have the opportunity to see the real photo, you would never buy it. If you do not like cheap quality products from China, this website is not for you.
I bought the shoulder-bag for US$48.77 and it's worth maximum US$20.00 at Chinatown
The bag looks very cheap and the finishing is very poor quality, you will feel embarrassed to use it. They promised to refund me a credit store in 100% and after the initial contact, they ignored my emails.
The website has a very beautiful photoshop of the merchandises, but when you buy and receive it, you will notice the bad quality of it and you will have a headache to return the goods they sent to you.
