I ordered an urban outfitters snooze set and received it promptly and in perfect condition. I found a few weeks later that the price had dropped significantly. When I reached out to customer service I was initially dismayed to find there was no contact number available; this evolved into panic when I saw all the negative reviews for shopspring online! But, while inconvenient, their online customer service promptly gave me a partial refund taking the adjusted price into account. Aside from the lack of phone number, I would order from this website again.
I have had difficulty getting in contact with customer service in regards to getting a refund for a return. I understand the replies may be delayed because they're basically acting as a middle man between the customer and the vendor, but that does not excuse their inability to respond in a timely manner. They claim to respond within 24 hours which is not accurate. If you know your size then sometimes you can get really good deals, but if you're unsure of sizing I would avoid ordering things to try on with their so called "free shipping and free returns" advertisement
My experience with the company has been positive. Received the item, which is not available in my size and was very happy with the purchase. Bought through their ebay site, was not charged on my credit card till the item shipped, was provided with tracking. I live out of the US, so I had to pay for shipping, duties + taxes but the cost was still a good deal because the item was sale priced. I would have paid full price if I had to. I will shop with them again.
I read all the reviews on here about how awful Shopspring was but have always fancied myself a rebel so I went ahead and ordered 4 items from 3 different companies from them. However, because of the customer service reviews I ordered things I knew would fit (a couple tees, sweater, & bralette). I received all of my items in perfect condition in less than 7 days with detailed return instructions for each. I don't know if I have EVER reviewed a company before but I got amazing deals, 25% cash back, and quick shipping. I will definitely use them again and I suggest others try them too.
I was extremely skeptical about this given the reviews but my experience was excellent. I usually don't even leave reviews but I thought they did a great job and it was deserved. I didn't have my coupon code entered properly and I emailed them about it and promptly refunded the 20% discount for me. Additionally, my item was here on time and I paid half of what Land of Nod wanted retail. Awesome - would use again.
So I stumbled upon this site and they had this spring sale going a few weeks ago and I found these black Steve Madden boots. Well I quickly ordered the boots and after looked at the review of the company... Which I usually review first. I saw all these negative comments and got super sketched! I tried to cancel my order and I couldn't. Not even a week later and I already got my boots! They are perfect. They are a little tight, but other than that they fit perfect! Super cute, and absolutely nothing wrong with them. I'm not sure why all the horrible reviews. I will most likely order from them again!
Ive used shopspring.com more than about 10 times and it seems okay. Quite often, they have the same promotions as the original site, although they start a bit later.
Theyve cancelled my orders twice due to out-of-stock items, but it was relatively hassle free. Once, I had to contact them because the seller still hadnt shipped my item out after 8 working days. This issue was settled within a day. I think in this case, they shouldve settled the problem before even have me contact them.
Nevertheless, I find it easy to shop as they source for a wide variety of brands and make shipping free. The only problem is that shopspring.com is very seller-dependent and its just your luck if the real seller is reliable or not.
I ordered some Steve Madden Chelsea boots on the 16th and came in on the 18th! I checked the confirmation email and it said itll come in on the 23 but this is the first a package had came so fast. Got my order in perfect condition in 2 days! Idk why people had bad experiences but I did not I will continue to shop from here!
NOT A REAL RETAILER! They offer merchandise from OTHER WEBSITES and PRETEND that the item is in stock, when in fact the OTHER WEBSITE ran out of stock. BUT THEY'LL TAKE YOUR MONEY, NEVER SEND THE ITEM, AND MAKE YOU STRUGGLE TO GET A REFUND! TOTAL SCAM! THE ABSOLUTE WORST (and I never say that, but this was my worst online experience out of many thousands).

Sometimes they send it after 15 days but sometimes they ship it the next day... If you need it within 2 weeks, do not by from this web.
However, they offer very good price!
I was skeptical about ordering from this site after reading the reviews but I still ordered yesterday to be exact I ordered 2 Lacoste shirts when I got off work today the shirts was delivered I don't know if that's with all Brands but Lacoste was quick
I ordered an Owen NYC handbag on the Spring website and the page stated there was 3 bags left. I placed the order and when I received my confirmation, it stated it would be shipped out and received by March 11-14. Up until this morning (3/14/17), the Spring website showed there was 1 bag left.
Two days ago after not receiving my bag, I sent an email to Spring inquiring about my order. I had ordered another product from their website and received it within 4 days.
Spring customer service stated they would check with Owen NYC and get back to me. It is a bit frustrating that they have no live customer service to contact. After waiting two days, I was informed that Owen NYC screwed up and they were out of stock on the product I ordered. Unacceptable in this day of age with real-time inventory.
And I had to contact Spring to inquire about my order - if I had not contacted them, would I still be sitting here waiting for my order? MOST LIKELY which is unacceptable and horrible service.
Their answer to this snafu was giving me a $15 credit. Ridiculous.

First off I got an email after subscribing and having something in my shopping cart. The email stated thanks for subcribing Were happy youre already finding favorites on Spring. Heres 15% off to make them yours. Enter code HELLO15 at checkout. With a picture of the jacket I wanted above the quote and name of the jacket! When I first went to try the coupon code it worked great but I decided to wait because I needed to get paid before I spend any money this month. A couple days later I tried the coupon code and change the percentage from 15% off to 10% off and it also said now that the item that I wanted to purchase was unable to use the coupon code because it wasn't part of the promotion! But when I first tried it worked perfectly with no problems and it was 15% off not 10! I emailed the company and they said sorry but that item is not available to use with the coupon code. I explain to them exactly what happened and they denied everything! Why doesn't the coupon for 15% off even work anymore I said and they had no answer. I would never buy from this company! They are deceiving liars and I don't trust them at all! They lack in communication skills they don't understand that the customer is always right! I can bet my life on it that that 15% coupon code worked! I'll be sure to write more reviews on every site possible not to purchase from this horrible deceiving company. They false advertise through email blasts and deny and deny and deny when they are clearly wrong!
Cancelled my order due to "address" issue. I'm unsure what that is, other than I was shipping to a PO Box. Now, 2 items are OOS!
I was trying to purchase a pair of jeans from their website and the promo code that I was trying to use wasn't working so I messaged at the customer service and told them and this is the response I received
"Caila: Ok, at this time i am only able to retroactively apply this promotion to your order. I can send you an email and you can reply to the email once your order has been placed. Once that happens I can issue a partial refund of $20 to honor the promo Does that work?"
After I placed the order and notified the representative she then said that she couldn't fulfill the refund that she needed a screenshot of the origins of the promo code which I did not have as I got it from a website and I told her that. She did not specify that I needed a screenshot in order for her to honor the promo code just that I needed to place the order. I cancelled my order and filed a complaint with the Better Bureau Business. My experience was truly unbelievable such horrid customer service and of course no phone number even after I asked to be called multiple times they continue to say that their response wouldn't change. I'm wondering if I was even talking to a real person...
