I've had questions about tracking/returns and they were all answered within 1 business days with very clear and detailed answers. I don't have a lot of pleasant experiences with customer service reps before but Wendy and Chrissy has been outstanding. Thank you girls!
I was 12 hours late to request a refund and they denied the refund. Company lacks customer compassion. Also the clothes are extremely low quality
No refund alternative for a faulty item, and then when they have said that our store credit on my account, I see that it is not there. I emailed them about this issue, they said they had updated it. Two weeks later, I need to buy something (even though I never want to shop at this terrible place) and there's no store credit.

WORST customer service. I purchased multiple items and none of the items fit in a way that was remotely decent. I reached out to return the items and just like other reviews, they danced around it. Most websites have 30 days return policy for refund/store credit. No store credit offered or anything. Now I have over $200 worth of unworn clothing (2 pricey jackets) that no one in my family fits and wasted my money. The worst company, I guess this is how they make their money, ripping people off. On top of denying my return request, they offered a 10% off discount for next time I shop there, the nerve.
Worst site ever. Everything is overpriced for what you get. I ordered a dress and had to return it because the top of the dress was cut so awkward nothing was covered. I had to pay a return fee to get store credit. So to use that money i ordered a pair of heels and the construction of the shoe is so off that even a shoe with a block heel feel uncomfortable. I checked the tags everything is made in china. They are overcharging for what they sell. Not even worth one star

I bought a bridesmaid dress from Showpo in January 2019. Two months later I found out I was pregnant and would need a bigger size, as I will be 6 months pregnant at the wedding. Showpo was unable or unwilling to exchange for a bigger size. This is taking full advantage of the fact that I have to buy another dress because it is for a wedding. Very bad business and customer service.

Please keep in mind that all returns are processed as store credit but we understand that not every situation is black and white which is why we have our returns policy advertised online to enable our customer's to make an informed decision before buying. Our returns policy shows that we can accept returns within 14 days of receiving it but we could be lenient and accept up to 30 days from purchase date and that's already going above and beyond our normal process. Ordered a dress for graduation, the courier lost it in the mail or im not sure what happened. I had to order the dress again, and pay for expedited shipping that Showpo refused to compensate even though it wasn't my fault, they said it was the courier's so it wasn't their issue. They provided me credit to order the dress again (wasn't enough to cover the new price of the dress since it originally had a one-time student discount on it.) Anyways I pay for expedited shipping and it still is in Australia and is supposed to come tomorrow so no way it'll be here on time. It's my graduation dress and even though I ordered 3 weeks ago, they failed to provide me with it and will have to go find some other dress. Further when issuing the credit, it took me like 3 phone calls for it to finally show up on my account and the happiness agent kept saying it's there even though it wasn't. Extremely frustrating company, I'd stay away because you won't get your stuff in time.

I bought two dresses and everything was wrong with them: the material felt very cheap, the size was wrong, they didn't look like they did on the website. I tried to return it but they don't refund your money! They give you store credit meaning that you can only use it on their website. Absolutely ridiculous!

Don't buy in Showpo. First time I bought, and it didn't arrive the date estimated. When I wrote the answer was your parcel may have been lost' so they gave me credit. So, now that I order the second time to spend the credit they gave me. Guess what? Again, I never get it. I write again and your parcel may have been lost' This is very disappointing. And they offer me more credit? Come on! You will never get what you buy in this store. BE CAREFUL!

First, let me just start by saying that the "express" shipping they offer is a complete waste of money. Second, the quality of the two dresses I ordered was heinous. The first one had literal craft glitter on it and left a trail without even putting it on. Imagine spending $100+ on a dress and leaving a trail of craft glitter through a wedding. It was supposed to be gold but the glitter looked so awful. The other dress I ordered looked like a $5 dress from Rainbow. It was cotton and stretchy when the dress in the photo looked structured and almost a polyester linen blend and that was $50! I should have known better when they don't have reviews on their site. Plus, now I have to pay $10 to send it back. Never ever again. Shame on them. It took so long to get here I won't have a dress for the wedding I am attending now.

Ordered two dresses from this boutique. One was POORLY made, Literally felt and looked like one long fabric stitched together and made in 10 minutes. That dress was a tie dress around the waist line and the "string" that was keeping the dress together was literally one thin line of string. The second dress was a little better but not by much, fabric also felt really cheap. I talked to customer service asking if there was something that could be done (refund). They said they could not and if I didn't want to use my store credit for the "refund" of these items, then I could purchase a gift card to give to a friend or family? Was really disappointed with their return policy. I have ordered with other companies that have had the same policies as this company but WOULD allow full refund for items with the exceptions of being within 14 days of returning item. DO NOT purchase Items unless you are ready to NOT get your money back, just in case your items are not what you want/fit, etc.
Ordered a dress and read all the reviews of sizes and looked at their sizing chart to make sure I got the right size, but it was WAY to small. The bottom half of the dress fit as it was a wrap around but didn't even slightly cover my bra, it was just wide open. I didn't realize it was return for store credit only so I am extremely disappointed. I needed the dress for military event and now I have to go searching for a new one while eating the cost of this one.
This company is a scam, I never order from them again. They charge you $20 for return label fee & when they send you a return label which is wrong so your items get lost in the mail. Customer service is rude & irresponsible. Their website doesn't work properly. I had to contact them 10 times to get a return label since their website return page wasn't working. Absolutely horrible. They can't sell in US with this level of poor customer service. Never again.

I like the styles they have to offer... I DO NOT like the overpriced items and the low quality items that you get in return. I literally have found, exact items on different sites for way way less and with very good quality. It's honestly shocking. Showpo hardly has coupon offers or allows the use of coupons either. The shipping is terribly slow even when you pay for the fastest shipping possible. WHAT A SCAM COMPANY.

Took my money and then claimed it was in customs and the only way they could get it to me was by giving the my FULL social security and a copy of my driver license! I refused to and then randomly it appeared weeks later! When I returned the items that were poorly made they said they hadn't received my package which I sent out 3 weeks earlier! I am now out over $1,000. Thankfully I didn't give this company my social security!

I had been taking care of this matter for you and pushing for your parcel to be released from being held as you were not comfortable providing that information that the courier company was initially asking for. Having placed such a large order the company had required certain documentation due to legalities in the US, it was not Showpo that required this information. As they were able to release your parcel for delivery we were so glad however as you have wished to return them I outlined our return process which involves sending the items back to our US address so that it is cost effective for you rather than shipping it all the way back to Australia. From there we ship it back here ourselves to cover that cost however we hope you can understand this process would take a few weeks due to the operations involved. I did provide you with these estimated time frames and state we would email you once it was processed in Australia and as it had just arrived not too long ago to our US warehouse we had not contacted you as it is not complete. Website still says to this day option of refund or store credit. Change your website or stop telling people something that you have advertised as untrue. Legally, you have published a refund option on your return policy so that is what I am entitled to.

I ordered a dress that didn't fit, I returned it THE NEXT DAY. Waited and waited for a notification of receiving the return and nothing. I finally decided to email, and the very next day I received store credit. I did not want store credit, I needed a refund. They reply saying the return policy is 14 days. Total bullsh***t because the returns address is in New Zealand, so it would have 100% got there within 14 days. Ruined my experience with Showpo.
Bought 2 dresses from here. The material feels really cheap. One of the dresses had a rip on it where you can see it wasn't sowed properly. The other one was too tight around the sleeves Customer service department is no help at all when it comes to returns. Will never purchase from here again. 2 dresses going to the trash.

You may book the return for a refund if you think that the item has a poor quality however it will still go through the returns check in process. If the item was found to have a manufacturer's fault, the refund will be processed. I would not recommend this website AT ALL. I ordered a dress from here and was supposed to receive it 2 weeks ago and never received it. I've been emailing them and trying to get in contact with them to get a refund but they have not complied and have not been responding to me. Avoid this company at all costs.

I had ordered a dress that was too short. Only then did I get into the details about their refund policy.
I had assumed that the fact the are offering "returns" would also mean refunds. But no.
They would only exchange the product and/or would give me a store credit, that I will not need. Very unhappy. So if you are not 100% sure that the stuff that you are ordering will fit I would recommend staying away ordering with that company.

The quality is just sooo bad and when you return items for bad quality, they don't bother to process the return or notify you. I don't understand why anyone would pay for such horrid quality when there are so many other legitimate online retailers available... The Iconic, ASOS, Esther, Little Lace... there's just so many, there is no need to give your money to these scammers.

I ordered an item, that came way too big according to their size chart. Went to return it and their prepaid return labels didn't work. Called their team 3 times to get it sorted. Finally returned it, and over a week later I messaged them twice asking if they had received it. They said they had not. I reminded them that the tracking number was not correct because their label did not work. They did receive the item back, and I had not received a notification! Now the issues got worse. They refused a refund, insisting on store credit. I looked through their store, and there was nothing I wanted in my size, and I did not trust their sizing anyway. After about 5 conversations with their team and Afterpay, I finally got a refund. Never in my life been so disappointed with a store's customer service.

Received absolute rubbish in my order - cheap, tacky, see-through clothes, not to mention so short i couldn't walk in them (and i am average height). Wanted to return but only received a store credit after having to pay extra to return it! So now im stuck with store credit for a store i never ever want to waste my money on again!
