I've had questions about tracking/returns and they were all answered within 1 business days with very clear and detailed answers. I don't have a lot of pleasant experiences with customer service reps before but Wendy and Chrissy has been outstanding. Thank you girls!
I was 12 hours late to request a refund and they denied the refund. Company lacks customer compassion. Also the clothes are extremely low quality
Showpo have a great Customer Service Team, their returns are easily processed and the delivery of their orders are always on time.
The clothes have always been of a good quality. Sometimes the sizing is a bit off, so it's best to measure before ordering.
Website still says to this day option of refund or store credit. Change your website or stop telling people something that you have advertised as untrue. Legally, you have published a refund option on your return policy so that is what I am entitled to.

I ordered a dress that didn't fit, I returned it THE NEXT DAY. Waited and waited for a notification of receiving the return and nothing. I finally decided to email, and the very next day I received store credit. I did not want store credit, I needed a refund. They reply saying the return policy is 14 days. Total bullsh***t because the returns address is in New Zealand, so it would have 100% got there within 14 days. Ruined my experience with Showpo.
May was so nice! I had a problem with my credit not showing up, which of course is stressful. She worked with me until it was showing and was so calm and polite the whole time. Their customer service is good, but May is great!

Show Po are so responsive to any query I have ever had! They have literally provided me with the best service I have ever received from an online retailer! I have ordered from them several times and it is always dispatched so fast and the clothes are always great quality and better then expected!

Bought 2 dresses from here. The material feels really cheap. One of the dresses had a rip on it where you can see it wasn't sowed properly. The other one was too tight around the sleeves Customer service department is no help at all when it comes to returns. Will never purchase from here again. 2 dresses going to the trash.

We absolutely hate disappointing our customers since the core of our business revolves around our customers satisfaction! Our policy is that all returns are processed as store credit. You may book the return for a refund if you think that the item has a poor quality however it will still go through the returns check in process. If the item was found to have a manufacturer's fault, the refund will be processed. I ordered about 3 weeks ago to germany and the package didnt even get to me. The tracking says its still in Frankfurt since 2 weeks but sorry this really can't be! Payed over 200 for nothing! No reply to my email neighter.

First time ordering a dress on showpo. It was good quality however I didn't like how it fit my body. I had some questions and messaged show po on Facebook regarding my return. I was responded to within 24 hours and my questions answered. Thanks showpo :)
I ordered a few different dresses from this website and all seemed good quality, but then when one was returned, I was given store credit (which should just be refund anyway). They told me the dress had "deodorant stains" but I wasn't even able to get the dress over my hips, never mind get "deodorant" stains on the dress. I was told I could only get 50% store credit for the dress I didn't destroy.

We try and make our returns policy as transparent as possible, which is why we make it readily available on our website and link it upon checkout! Our returns policy does state ‘Your item(s) will need to be in their original condition, with tags attached, unworn, unwashed and unstained’. Our returns team need to be fair to all our customers by following these guidelines, and returning a garment with deodorant stains does go against this policy. We really don’t want to leave you totally unhappy, so have offered you 50% store credit, which you have a full 12months to use, even though the garment has not fully met our returns criteria! I had ordered a super cute top from this company, but couldn't track my purchase once I had received the email saying it had shipped. I emailed this company, using the link I was provided and explained my dilemma. In less than 10 minutes I got a reply with my current tracking number and the tracking number I would receive once it was in my country! Such outstanding customer service! It's truly rare when you have a response within minutes! If I could provide more than 5 stars I WOULD!

I was so obsessed with the dress I orders (my first order) but unfortunately the strap broke during my first time wearing it. But their customer service team was so responsive and allowed me to return the dress for credit! I'm excited to order more items now. Really awesome.

The buying experience was fantastic! Paid for 4 hour delivery and received the item in that time. The jumpsuit looked amazing in the pictures but the fit wasn't great for me. I purchased a size 10 which is my usual size but item runs small so 12 would have been better. The fit itself may still have been a problem. I guess this is the risk of online shopping.

I bought a bikini top hoping (and being given the impression on the website) that the bottom half of the set would be restocked but after speaking with the helpful customer service team I found out it won't be restocked. I will be returning the top as I was falsely under the impression that there would be more stock coming in

I would not recommend this website AT ALL. I ordered a dress from here and was supposed to receive it 2 weeks ago and never received it. I've been emailing them and trying to get in contact with them to get a refund but they have not complied and have not been responding to me. Avoid this company at all costs.

I was waiting to get my return credit from Showpo as I needed to order another outfit before the weekend. I emailed in and in 2 hours I got a positive response, they fast tracked my return and I got my credit straight away! How good! Just got my outfit, and I'm all ready for the weekend ahead. I had ordered a product and upon the arrival date the product had been damaged. I waited to hear from AUS POST and didn't. I then contacted Showpo, and from there they treated me very fairly and met my expectations with a new product being sent. I'll happily order from there again :)

I had a mishap on the size of my dress that I needed for a wedding next month. Despite the usual shipping/return policies Showpo worked with me to get me my refund on the dress before it arrived back to them so I could reorder my dress in the right size right away with store credit. Extremely helpful and would shop with them again in the future!

Excellent customer service! They provided me a prompt response and solution with my issue regarding my tax and duties charges.
