I've had questions about tracking/returns and they were all answered within 1 business days with very clear and detailed answers. I don't have a lot of pleasant experiences with customer service reps before but Wendy and Chrissy has been outstanding. Thank you girls!
I was 12 hours late to request a refund and they denied the refund. Company lacks customer compassion. Also the clothes are extremely low quality
I had an issue with my account and returns, I emailed showpo customer service and within the hour a lovely lady named Harriet contacted me with a resolution to my issue. So simple with no fuss! Great customer service! Will continue to shop showpo!
I entered my address incorrectly and used live chat to rectify the issue. The customer happiness officers Eric and Chelsea were speedy in their replies and in amending my address. I cannot thank them enough
I purchased a dress in November and it was never delivered. The company was horrible in responding and now I am out over $100 and had to find a new dress for the event.
Background of my experience:
Ordered a dress for the first time at Showpo which was a size too little for me. Policy says I can return it and exchange for another size. However, I removed the tag of the dress. I contacted customer service if I could still return it since the dress was still in brand new condition.
I got a reply within 24 hours. Since I was a new customer, they will consider my claim. I sent photos and got approved to return the dress.
However, I really needed the dress in a week's time after I posted the dress for return. I contacted customer service if I can get the credit early so I can order the dress.
Within minutes! (minutes, not hours, not days) I got an email saying I received the store credit so I can get my dress.
Thanks Showpo! I will definitely order from them again. Dress was fantastic by the way.

I never got my package. The order status showed that my package had been received by the post office four days ago! I called the post office gave them my tracking number and they can't find my package! They told me the tracking number gives them an error. This has never happened to me! Also I have emailed them twice about this and no reply! :( The dress was suppose to be for my friend's wedding this weekend.

Everytime i need a dress for a function i come here! If i don't like the one i have and need to exchange they are so helpful! Have exchanged two dresses as i didn't like the way they looked on me cause im picky but they fit well and i true to the picture, am a repeat buyer! Love love love showpo!

I had some difficulty with sizing since I am a US customer, which really was not any fault of Showpo since the sizing in Australia I am sure is different. I had to make several returns before getting a size that fit. I had an issue with one return not showing up as store credit in my account, and Andrea answered my email almost immediately and put the store credit in my account. Very fair and very quick and helpful service! Love the dress by the way!

Sophia was so kind and helpful in making sure I received my order, even thought it went to the wrong address and then was returned to Australia post! She made sure the correct address was updated and I had my parcel within a week :) so helpful and kind!
I love showpo. It's the first site that I go to for any occasion that requires a new outfit and any that doesn't. There's never been a time when I've worn an outfit from showpo and I haven't got a compliment.

I accidentally put the wrong address for my order. I emailed their customer service and the same day they replied and gave me store credit so I could reorder the item to the correct address. Great customer service!

I was charged for US$175.80 but NEVER received my package! Its been a month! I got an email saying my order was placed but no follow up email with my tracking information!
When i tried to email them. It wouldnt go through! Bull$#*!!

I received two gorgeous dresses great quality, unfortunately one didn't fit so I sent it back and April from Showpo customer service was really helpful with this, and it was also the quickest and most efficient customer service I have had from a brand. Would definitely recommend Showpo!

I ordered a dress for my graduation using express shipping which cost $12.99 which was suppose to be arriving June 1st and when I got the Confirmation email it stated it wasn't going to arrive until June 5th- which is the day of my graduation which would be too late. I really hope the email was incorrect and it comes on time. Please respond soon!

Great service, super quick to get back to you. The clothes look like they do in the photos! I had returned a dress because I ordered the wrong size and sent them a quick email about my store credit, and they uploaded it immediately and gave me a discount.

I placed an order back on 5/29, a dress that I was planning to wear on my bday 6/16. It's been 7 business days and I got ZERO updates about the order "In transit". I got in touch with their support center and told me to keep an eye in the tracking link. Asked them for an ETA or otherwise cancel my order, customer service told me that I'll get a refund once I receive the package... God knows if I'll ever receive it or when... prob by fall or winter. This is very frustrating, they aren't reliable at all. Never again. At this point I just told them to keep my money, basically I paid for an item and I got nothing. I guess that's how they make their money.

I ordered a dress online and after my purchase I needed to change my shipping address, the girls were really helpful with my request and within 10 minutes the address was updated and the dress was shipped. Lovely to deal with.

The first couple of times I bought from Showpo, the quality was great and sizing was accurate!
The last time - the cloth was cheap, zippers were stuck and the sizing was all wrong!
The delivery was also crap this time with an express delivery taking 4 days to arrive!
5 star customer service. I sent a return without label attached (woops!) and Shauna and Nikita were so lovely and tracked down through Australia Post where it was likely. Fortunately made it back to me and I was able to resend. Clothes are always true to size and top quality. Definitely recommend.

Recently I purchased a dress to wear to a presentation evening. Unfortunately due to a sizing error I had to return the dress. I did have to buy a dress elsewhere to wear to the presentation. Once I spoke to April and explained my situation she gladly agreed to give me a full refund instead of a store credit. Very Helpful and understanding. Will recommend to all my friends. :)

I can't comment on quality necessarily because I have not (yet) had anything delivered but the customer service is amazing! I placed an order and needed to cancel (not because the piece wasn't lovely but because I changed my mind on the specific item for another item) and customer service was fast and fixed my issue for me almost immediately!
