I've had questions about tracking/returns and they were all answered within 1 business days with very clear and detailed answers. I don't have a lot of pleasant experiences with customer service reps before but Wendy and Chrissy has been outstanding. Thank you girls!
I was 12 hours late to request a refund and they denied the refund. Company lacks customer compassion. Also the clothes are extremely low quality
I worked with April on a faulty item that I had received. The majority of my closet is from showpo and this is the first time Ive ever had a product that was faulty so recieving the customer service and the willingness to correct the situation was amazing.
I ordered a dress for a formal from this site for the first time, and I couldn't be happier with it! I live in the US, but showpo shipped it the same day I bought it and it got here in no time. I am obsessed with my dress and the quality is so great! When I had a question about my order, I emailed and had an answer and then some within thirty minutes thanks to April. I will for sure order again.

I ordered something about a month ago and the item never came. I contacted showpo and with in a business day April responded letting me know what the issue was. She was very nice, helpful, and assessed the situation very fast. She applied store credit to my account and i was able to reorder what I originally ordered in a matter of seconds. I am very happy with the help I recieved.

I'm over the moon with ALLof the service I have received from Showpo, I'm getting married this year and have ordered several different dresses and several different pairs of shoes to make sure I get my outfit perfect and they've been amazing about any issue I've faced or any questions I've had! They respond straight away and action my requests right away! Honesty recommend shopping from them 100%

Today I called up and spoke to Lorena at customer service. I was hoping to have my returned item (which was being processed) fast-tacked to store credit so that I could use it in time to buy an outfit for this Saturday. Lorena was amazing and so helpful, she fast-tracked my store credit straight away so that I was able to have my outfit in time for my event on the weekend!

I began using showpo as the foundation for all my wardrobe and accesory needs! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful with any purchases, exchanges, and queries I've had. I wouldn't shop anywhere else, and now all my friends think so too!
I shopped with ShowPo for the first time last month after I saw an amazing dress on their Instagram (which I now get all the compliments for and love that no-one in England probably has one).
To cut a very long story short, I had a bit of a nightmare ordering items to the UK because they were busy and then customs charged me a fortune.
HOWEVER their clothes were lovely and when I explained the costs involved to the customer services team, they came back to me and offered to refund me all the fees as they're in the process of putting clearer information on the website.
I would shop there again :)

I was extremely impressed by the speedy delivery from AU->USA, and the wonderful customer service I received while the order was en route. Unfortunately, I wasn't as impressed by the sewing and execution of the dress I bought. Understand it's an e-commerce site, so you can't expect much, but details count! The zipper hook was sewn into the zipper so I couldn't zip the garment completely and there were loose threads along the hem. I also bought a plunging neckline, which normally I'm all for, but this was missing an inch or so of fabric on the bust, because anyone with a chest would be busting out of this dress, and I'm only a 34C. I ordered a dress for a last minute wedding & when I received it, it wasn't what I wanted & it didn't fit in certain areas. I sent it back & got another dress & my store credit was back within minutes after calling showpo & talking to them! They were so easy & so kind about it

I returned an item and for over a month nothing was done about it I got no credit no refund so I called up and was told it had been returned but nothing was done about it so the awesome guy on the phone immediately gave me the credit and budda bing budda boom dilemma solved!

I ordered two items for the first time using showpo, one fit great the other wasn't what I was looking for which was fine. I had some computer trouble with my return but the costumer service was so helpful and quick to resolve the problem with me!

This was my first time ordering from Showpo, normally I don't like ordering online because I always like to try on the outfit first to see what if it will fit or not, but I must say I'm very satisfied on purchasing it and it fit good! I'll definitely be ordering from Showpo again!

I received my package thinking i had the wrong sizes since i live in the US, immediately i emailed costumer service in hopes that i could return. Chrissy from showpo costumer service emailed me back with in the same day letting me know i had the correct sizes! The dress I ordered was too big and they immediately helped me return it. When the return wouldn't go through they did everything they could until it worked. The service was excellent and the employees are so nice.

I sent an email and I immediately received response. Although it wasn't the response I wanted because the product I wanted wasn't going to be in stock soon enough they responded hastily and offered similar options of the outfit I was interested in and helped me find another outfit.

I had a couple of dresses I needed to return that I had bought as options for graduation dresses. My father fell ill a few days before my grad and I wasn't able to return my items by the cutoff, but Elvie was very sweet and helpful about my situation and allowed me to return my items for store credit. Don't understand the bad reviews on here regarding their customer service, they're amazing! Highly recommend purchasing from this website!

I ordered my dress well before my event. Without informing me they cancelled my order. The week before the event I was confused thinking I should have gotten it so I checked when it would arrive, then had to ask them to resend it using priority shipping (which they didn't want to do because my first one wasn't priority shipping- it was already a week late at this point) they told me no later than the Tuesday. I contacted them Tuesday night no dress they said 1-2 business days so Thursday again no dress I leave Thursday night for my event without a dress I ordered well over 3 weeks prior. When trying to get a refund they kept trying to only give me a credit. I've never had so many issues with online shopping. Will never shop here again

I made an order of 3 dresses for a total of 200 USD. One of the dresses was 100 USD! The quality is beyond horrible and for the prices Showpo offers, you can buy quality stylish dresses elsewhere! I would compare the quality to that of SHEIN. The 100-dollar dress arrived faulty (torn and the zipper is broken) and I am in the process of trying to return it and get a refund which is apparently a complicated and lengthy process. STAY AWAY!

I ordered an item from Showpo which arrived and was unfortunately the item was too big. I contacted the Customer Service Team and explained my situation and advised that i needed an exchange asap. Dayna from the team was extremely prompt and issued me a store credit that day which abled me to order another size that day. 2 days later i received my new item and it is perfect.
