I've had questions about tracking/returns and they were all answered within 1 business days with very clear and detailed answers. I don't have a lot of pleasant experiences with customer service reps before but Wendy and Chrissy has been outstanding. Thank you girls!
I was 12 hours late to request a refund and they denied the refund. Company lacks customer compassion. Also the clothes are extremely low quality

Accidental wrong order, but my issue was resolved after thorough communication :) the bathing suit I got was great quality and I love it. Highly recommend!

Item did not fit or suit my daughter. Item was for her formal. I emailed and explained I needed a replacement order within a short time frame. Service by Andrea excelled my expectations. Thank you.
I recently received a faulty dress which was promptly replaced. The replacement arrived prior to New Years Eve (which was when I needed it) and I got so many compliments that night! Thanks Showpo! :)

I dealt with a wonderful lady her name is Michelle, I had trouble logging on and trying to return an item that was faulty, she assisted me from start to the end! So my new order was placed Michelle assisted me, I will be shopping from here again as I know if I have a issue in the future I can always call Michelle is a HUGE asset to your company! I have a wedding on June 1st that I completely forgot about, I was panicking and ordered a dress last minute frol showpo. IT DIDNT FIT *que my internal freak out* I immediately emailed customer service to see if I could get my credit right away after I mailed my order back and sure enough, Angel and Maria were so sweet and fast tracked my store credit so my dress could be here right on time! Very pleased with how smoothly this all went. Thank you ladies!

I ordered around $500 worth of merchandise in the same size and all of the items were different sizes - some were so small I couldnt fit my head through and some were so large -the sizing is inconsistent.
The quality of the merchandise is bad as well. Cheap quality, except they charge like $50 per item.
Also, I tried to contact the customer service agents to see if I could get a refund instead of store credit because I will NOT be buying $500 worth of merchandise in the future since its bad quality and inconsistent sizing (how can I know i won't get another super tiny or super large piece of clothing?), and the customer service rep took 5 days to respond only with a copied and pasted reply stating that I could return for store credit.
Overall, don't trust this brand on Instagram. They hire models to showcase the items, but in real life the material is cheap, the sizing is inconsistent, and if they truly believed in their brand and clothes, they would give you a refund, not store credit. Offering store credit means that they know chances are you will probably return it. DON'T shop from them. Save your money.
Also, you can't even file for return protection with your credit cards because the company is not located in the U.S. and have no store presence here.

Showpo team did an excellent job on providing a solution for my dress with a broken strap. Out of all the options, they generously gave me 50% store credit! I'm verry happy with their service!

To start I wouldn't even rate them 1 star. I purchased a pair of jeans which didn't come cheap at $69.95. Upon arriving I found that they were made of cheap material (elastic-kind) and didn't look anything like the ones I had ordered (the photo they sold me on). Overall I'm really disappointed! Showpo isn't cheap for online shopping and definitely wouldn't recommend! Such a waste of money for the quality of product! Don't waste your time shopping with Showpo, you're best off going in store and paying less for higher quality!

Poor quality, overpriced, no refund, no free returns, awful for online store. I can find way better quality for the same price. Will never buy from this website again.
