Had a technical issue with payment being processed but an error appeared on the website and when Showpo rep Ann answered, she said they had already started the refund. Problem was fixed before I even spoke to her. Really good.

Beautiful clothes and great customer service. Unfortunately I don't always get dresses that fit properly, but have no issues returning. I have twice now had to ask for another copy of my return post label, and it happens within seconds.

I ordered a dress for my daughter; loved the quality and design but it was too small. Of course by the time i realized exchanges within 2 weeks, i missed the deadline. WOW amazing quality first off! Second, the fit! Literally all the dresses I bought fit me like it was made for me, I usually struggle being on a more petite side and have to tailor dresses. (well, I'll still probably tailor the length but I'm 5'1" so it's a genetic thing lol) third, shipping was unbelievably quick being from the US. And fourth, the price point is unbeatable for what you are getting. I typically don't leave reviews but I'm honestly so happy with this order, I'm glowing. Ordered a romper for New Years off this website. The item was too tight on the waistband so I wanted to returned it, expecting to have to pay for shipping and receiving store credit. At first my order didn't show up in the return portal. Once I contacted customer service, they not only solved my issue, but issued me a paid for return label so I received free shipping. Super easy and much appreciated! Definitely going to shop here again! Their clothes as so cute!

I ordered some pieces from Showpo which are all super trendy. Love the variety of items on the website, I was able to find great 2 piece sets and dresses. The sizing was slightly larger than expected - wish they stocked some smaller sizes. Shipping was quite quick (3-4 days in Australia). Returns system is very straightforward and easy to use.

Not only does Showpo have beautiful, quality clothes, accessories, shoes and way more, but they are also amazing with returns and refunds and helping answer any questions or concerns in a very timely matter. Claudette has been a superstar helping me with login troubles and I was able to use my credit and purchase some gorgeous dresses. Highly recommend their easy to use app and excellent service.

Very helpful customer service! I emailed and they replied within the hour and fixed my problem on the spot. Would definitely recommend, great quality products and if you have any issues they are reachable, which is rare for an online store.

Their shipping is ridiculously slow. Their sizing is way off, especially shoes. Everything is way too large. A size 7 shoe fits like an 8. Clothing fits a full size larger, or more. Furthermore, customer service is completely inflexible. Don't shop early for Christmas from their website because you will NOT be able to return, exchange or get store credit past 30 days... period. There are far better online stores to shop from.

I really love the clothes from Showpo. They're cute and trendy, even though it took me a while to figure out my size and it's not always consistent. The shipping gives me a bit of anxiety since it's difficult to track where it's at (for someone in the US) at least, but I've never not gotten an item and they're really great about answering emails. I wish more of the items were easier to care for (a lot are hand wash or dry clean) but they're still really good quality.

Will continue to buy from them and they keep getting better!
