I've had questions about tracking/returns and they were all answered within 1 business days with very clear and detailed answers. I don't have a lot of pleasant experiences with customer service reps before but Wendy and Chrissy has been outstanding. Thank you girls!
I was 12 hours late to request a refund and they denied the refund. Company lacks customer compassion. Also the clothes are extremely low quality
Hands down best costumer service and help I've from these two lovely lady (Mady and Maria) they helped me with the problems I had with my order so thank you so much ladies I really appreciate it a lot

My orders were a little late but only because they were moving warehouses, my previous orders have always come on time. Nothing but great customer service and the clothing quality is great.
I had to get in touch with customer service in regards to my delivery. They answered quickly, and even sent a second email when I forgot to respond to the first! Very friendly and helpful

I purchased a few dresses for a themed event from another company (two weeks before an event) and I was guaranteed arrival the day before. These items didn't arrive. I was totally devastated. So I purchased a two piece top and skirt the night before the event. I was so impressed with the delivery, as it arrived the next day (the day of the event). I was so relieved and excited as I had something to wear. Unfortunately, when I tried it on, it didn't fit. So I was back at square one with nothing to wear. Luckily, managed to put together an outfit, with what was in my cupboard and dress up box. I needed to return the item, but I just missed the Christmas return period, so I emailed Showpo and communicated with Jo and Jai, both had exceptional customer service, they were helpful and kind and went above and beyond to assist in returning the items purchased. Thank you girls, it was very much appreciated. Showpo, will be my go to next time for ordering my outfits, however, I will order a size above. :)

Absolutely amazing customer service!
I received an email with a promo code however it was not working. They responded to my email within hours with a new code. Would absolutely recommend
I bought a dress from here that was a little too big for me and wanted to return it. Within two days I had it returned and my new dress sent out to me. Will definitely be buying from here again!

I love this company. They have been great whenever I've had an issue and their clothes are so pretty and they have so many sizes that are beautiful and flattering for curvy girls

Very helpful returns and easy to return items. Bodysuit and jeans true to size also. Would definitely shop again. Jeans were faulty but Customer service gave me no drama and were really helpful.
