I've had questions about tracking/returns and they were all answered within 1 business days with very clear and detailed answers. I don't have a lot of pleasant experiences with customer service reps before but Wendy and Chrissy has been outstanding. Thank you girls!
I was 12 hours late to request a refund and they denied the refund. Company lacks customer compassion. Also the clothes are extremely low quality
Service is very prompt! Delivery too was quick, as well as receiving my returned item. 5 star all around for Showpo! You guys are fantastic!

There was a mix up with my order and showpo were more then happy to help and I appreciated that a lot as some businesses may not of been so good
