I've had questions about tracking/returns and they were all answered within 1 business days with very clear and detailed answers. I don't have a lot of pleasant experiences with customer service reps before but Wendy and Chrissy has been outstanding. Thank you girls!
I was 12 hours late to request a refund and they denied the refund. Company lacks customer compassion. Also the clothes are extremely low quality
I am a first time U.S. customer. Overall my Showpo experience has been good.
When I placed my order with Showpo it was after a few days of deliberation. I was nervous that I would be screwed into a store credit if the clothing did not work, and I knew my shipment would not make it from Ohio to Australia in 14 days without a hefty cost (well over the cost of my purchase). When I saw that I only had to ship to California I was relieved as I knew I could ship from Ohio to California in just a few days.
Initially, Showpo only gave me a store credit. But after I complained that I met the two week return policy (to CA not AUS) they understood, and since I was a US customer I received a full refund.
Overall the Customer Service group is super friendly. I think they could be more detailed in their emails as I had to follow up with additional questions. It seems like they are still working out some of the processes for expanding to the US.
Ive been obsessing over their clothes for over 3 years now and everytime I have some money to spare, I make sure I buy stuff. Their clothes are gorgeous, the quality is good and it fits me perfectly. Also, their customer service is outstanding. Love this brand!

I have been searching for a Rolla's denim skirt for ages, and I finally found it in Australia! Love the skirt - great quality and perfect fit. I usually take a US 8, which is Aussie 12. At first I was a little confused with the sizing, but customer service was amazing assisting with my exchange/return.

Sizing is crap and the return policy is tedious.
What am i going to do with a store credit when I am not going to be spending here for myself or my family or friends.
Very Disappointed and would not be recommending this site to anyone.

Emailed a question in and it was perfectly answered and explained in less than 24 hours! I saw a friend where I got a beautiful dress and she showed me it was from this site. Ordered the same dress that night! Can't wait to get it!

One of my shirts that was delivered had a hole in it and I was worried I would have to pay the shipping costs back. When I emailed customer service about it, a girl named April emailed back quickly and all I had to do was take a picture. They told me I didn't have to send it and that I had the options of getting a refund, store credit, or a replacement! Anytime this has happened other places, it takes a long time for customer service to reply and I have to pay shipping costs, and it takes a long time for them to get a replacement to me! I was refunded really quickly from showpo too!
I've shopped through Showpo a number of times and have never been disappointed with the quality of their items, the speed of delivery or the cost of their garments. The fact that they now supply larger sizes is just a bonus!

The staff are always so helpful and lovely making sure they go whatever they can for you. The clothing is true to size and of great quality. Showpo is my go to shop for any outfit. Best online shop I've experienced!

Amazing service! I ordered a beautiful dress which came the next day, as it didn't fit I sent it back and order a new one and it was super quick and easy to return! The customer service is also great, super quick to reply. 110% recommend this site

I asked a pretty difficult question about the restocking or an item. And although I was disappointed to find out that it isn't scheduled for a restock, she told me to sign up for notifications in the case that it does restock and was very quick to respond.

I had returned 2 dresses in one parcel whilst in a rush but only received one credit. At this point I'd lost the tracking number for the return postage and was worried I'd never see that money again. But Shauna was amazing and checked it out, confirmed the dress had been received and credited my account. Really turned a possible mess into such an easy and simple transaction. I couldn't be happier!
Absolutely amazing customer service, I had ordered two dresses on Wednesday and without me realising I had put the wrong address on the order. Stressing out I called showpo and the consultant by the name of Kiera had calmed me down and assisted me in making sure I got these items. Not even 24 hours after speaking to her, I have my items I ordered. Will be recommending to everyone!
After returning an item, I was issued a credit and had confused the way the credit worked. Customer service was quick and very respectfully fixed the problem. I'm not quite convinced yet with the quality of the clothes which is why I put a 4 but customer service was fantastic!

When I was having trouble returning an item, Customer service was extremely quick to respond and get my return set up for me! They went through the return portal for me and sent me the label directly! 10/10

The brand is approachable, and service is an enjoyable experience with the staff working to ensure that queries are met efficiently and effectively. A great option for stylish fashion with exceptional service.
I finally bought a bunch of clothes from Showpo in December. Unfortunately the fit on some of the dresses didn't suit me. I returned them and was able to track the courier. There was a period where my refund wasn't processed in the advised time frame, but on the same day I contacted them about it, they processed it immediately. Makes a nice change from other websites that take ages, that aren't transparent and have bots as customer service. Really appreciate it.
Tip for consumers:
Be aware refunds are normally store credit and not cash.

I have bought many dresses from Showpo and some of the time I have not been happy with the sizing. However, I find Showpo's return and customer service exceptional and will continue to "keep trying" with purchases because of this.
Chrissy from customer service helped me out and she was amazing! She answered all of my questions over a package I had returned and a refund, but she got it! It took a little longer than I expected and I was worried because I've never returned a package before, but she explained what was going on and got my refund!

They have been able to help right away with multiple return charges and updating my account credit right away once my item was received. I have a quick turnaround to get the right size dress and they were extremely helpful.

Ordered some items and they just did not suit my body, the return process was quick and easy. The customer service team were easy to contact and replied within 24 hours and ensured all needs were met throughout the process.

I did not receive a pair of shoes ordered but the customer service responded to my email within minutes and offered to either resend, store credit or refund.
I opted for the store credit as I love shopping through showpo and the store credit was processed very quickly.
Extremely pleased with their customer service and it made the entire process very simple and stress free.
