Recently purchased wedding dress from Showpo. It arrived quickly and the presentation of the dress and the way it was wrapped was fantastic. Very well done! Unfortunately, the dress was not suitable for my daughter so I have to return it within the time frame. All the help I received was really good and once returned I received my money back ASAP. Really great company to deal with.

I had ordered a dress that was too short. Only then did I get into the details about their refund policy.
I had assumed that the fact the are offering "returns" would also mean refunds. But no.
They would only exchange the product and/or would give me a store credit, that I will not need. Very unhappy. So if you are not 100% sure that the stuff that you are ordering will fit I would recommend staying away ordering with that company.

This was my first time shopping with Showpo and it was a dream. My item was picked and shipped very fast. Had a bit of a delay with express shipping but was very quickly and properly offered a refund for said delay so overall it was an enjoyable shopping experience. Will definitely be shopping with Showpo again x

The customer service team go above and beyond to help you with anything, including returns! The returns process is easy and quick.

As an avid showpo fan, and a UX designer myself, I absolutely love the showpo website. So easy to use, and such a wide selection! I cant believe how many new things they get in all the time. And I love the new app!

I have purchased 3 different dresses from showpo. The dresses arrived in 4 days from the day I purchased them. I ordered size M and each one fit me perfectly. The quality of the dresses is great and the detailing on them is perfect. They also offer 'after pay' which makes the dresses even more affordable! Love showpo and will be shopping here again!

I've ordered some really nice pieces from Showpo and the delivery has always been quick and the items always arrive in greet condition! Great customers service too, quick to respond and happy to help!

I had to return a prom dress that didn't fit me right and it was taking forever for it to get back to them so they gave me in store credit knowing my prom was coming soon and I didn't have time to wait for the return process.

I recently discovered Showpo and love it! Everything I have ordered from their store has been quality and as described. Their customer service has also been great. I recently reached out with a question and got a response within a few short minutes. I will definitely be a return customer.

The customer service has been more than helpful (big up to Bea). My return was lost in transit, & after a month of calling the AU post, i contacted the customer service & the issue was settled in a few days!

I ordered an item, that came way too big according to their size chart. Went to return it and their prepaid return labels didn't work. Called their team 3 times to get it sorted. Finally returned it, and over a week later I messaged them twice asking if they had received it. They said they had not. I reminded them that the tracking number was not correct because their label did not work. They did receive the item back, and I had not received a notification! Now the issues got worse. They refused a refund, insisting on store credit. I looked through their store, and there was nothing I wanted in my size, and I did not trust their sizing anyway. After about 5 conversations with their team and Afterpay, I finally got a refund. Never in my life been so disappointed with a store's customer service.

The quality is just sooo bad and when you return items for bad quality, they don't bother to process the return or notify you. I don't understand why anyone would pay for such horrid quality when there are so many other legitimate online retailers available... The Iconic, ASOS, Esther, Little Lace... there's just so many, there is no need to give your money to these scammers.

Received absolute rubbish in my order - cheap, tacky, see-through clothes, not to mention so short i couldn't walk in them (and i am average height). Wanted to return but only received a store credit after having to pay extra to return it! So now im stuck with store credit for a store i never ever want to waste my money on again!

Great service! I had to return a dress as it was too small, my ball was coming up really fast and the store credit hadn't been put on yet because My dress was still in transit. I just flicked them an email and she put my store credit on for me anyway so I could still get my new dress in time! Definitely 10/10

Had a bit of a problem with my order but with the help of the amazing staff member it was fixed and sorted very quickly and professionally. Amazing customer service, willing to help and had a friendly tone. Would definitely continue to shop here :)

I had emailed them because I had thought I had ordered a different size that was being sent. I ended up ordering the wrong size by accident. They responded very quickly to my email & were very nice about the situation. I will definitely continue to order more dresses!

I was on Facebook and this beautiful dress popped up so I clicked on it and saved the picture. I then proceeded to forget where it was from but thought it was from showpo. I then emailed them describing the dress and within a few hours April (God bless her) got back to me with the exact picture of the dress I had previously saved on Facebook. She told me when they were re stocking it and saved me hours worth of hunting.

I recently purchased a number of items from Showpo and needed some assistance from the customer service team. I can't speak highly enough of the experience I had, the team were prompt to respond, helpful and went above and beyond what I would have ever expected to assist! I strongly recommend the Showpo site the clothes were fantastic quality. Knowing there is a customer support team of such a high calibre to assist when needed is fantastic. I have found my new online favourite! Shout out to Shauna who assisted with my enquiries - you are a lifesaver!

I had issues where my tracking wasn't working but i emailed someone and they were a massive help and even got a discount code for the inconvenience, the dress was a slightly different colour in person but really nice and wonderful service

I had a small issue returning my item which was a third party issue and Elyse for the customer service department was fantastic. My issue was sorted within a couple of hours. Extremely efficient in getting it rectified. Very pleased with outcome.

I ordered a dress but had to return it as it was much too big. Jill helped me with the return so I could reorder the dress in a smaller size. The quality of the dress was good, but now I know the sizes are larger than I'm used to.

Customer service was EXCELLENT, they were very helpful and positive to help me.
April was very helpful.
I will definitely keep shopping at Showpo knowing that they have my back helping in anything they can with my orders.
