I've had questions about tracking/returns and they were all answered within 1 business days with very clear and detailed answers. I don't have a lot of pleasant experiences with customer service reps before but Wendy and Chrissy has been outstanding. Thank you girls!
I was 12 hours late to request a refund and they denied the refund. Company lacks customer compassion. Also the clothes are extremely low quality
I paid 60$ for a dress and the first time I cleaned the dress ( clothing doesn't come with washing instructions) and it shrunk so small I can't wear it at all. It's a shame! I didn't even put the dress in the dryer. So I paid 60$ to wear the dress twice and had to throw the dress out. So upsetting.
I basically told them that I was not aware of their return policy due to the fact that this was my first time ordering form the website. Just an FYI they have a new policy that took place March 30. I make my purchase a few days after and I thought I had 30 days after delivery to return just like a normal business policy. I didn't receive much help with this and I pretty much lost my money. Also this place only provides store credit.
Have found the orders I have made so far have been quality garments. Really happy with what I have got and stoked there are clothes for the curver woman! Will def use again, I have already brought twice in the last two weeks.

I ordered a dress and got it the next day, unfortunately it didn't fit me and the material wasn't what I expected, I had to return it. When I rang I was told I wouldn't get the correct size by the time I needed it, but another one said through email if I did it straight away they would do it as quick as possible. Which was really great. Very helpful. Sad that you can't get money returned and only store credit.

I had to return a dress because I got the wrong size, but I needed it ASAP and Showpo just got the package in returns. Lovely customer service actually fast tracked this for me as I needed a dress within the day. I love that Showpo has same day shipping! You guys are great :) xo
I had some questions about sizing and the conversion from AU to US. The site doesn't convert if you use the AU so my sizing stayed the same when I went over the US site. Rej helped me out & even screen grabbed me the sizing chart. She was extremely helpful. :D

Some of my items didn't get to me and the Customer service team was very helpful and timely in giving me store credit back for one and sending me another one free of charge. It was very easy to get ahold of them through email and they were so nice and understanding in getting me the items I expected! Thank you showpo!
I ordered 5 different dresses for 2 occasions i had coming up and brought dresses that would fit my body type, something would look decent right?...
All sizes were trash! Some styles i couldn't even get on and others would pretty much fall off me.
2 dresses the material and fit looked nothing like the picture quality.
I contacted for a refund and was denied, the girl dealing with me came across quite rude and copy pasted their returns policy of store credit only! Would not of spent $280 here to recieve store credit when the garmets were so poorly sized and bad quality.
I have brought on so many other similar online stores and i am shocked they are legally aloud to do this!
Go shop on pretty little things ladies! Amazing customer service when unsatisfied
BTW. 2 months later and still my store credit is not on my account!

I've ordered a few things from here the quality of the material is amazing. I live in Canada, my orders have arrived before scheduled date, if not in a reasonable time frame! I have some store credit due to a return, the size was a little to big for me but the 2 piece Deliah set in dusty blue is so gorgeous I wish they had size 6 in stock... i have the break the bar playsuit also and i LOVE this (just need an event to wear it to) Customer service is amazing i've had a few responses with in an hour of submitting a return, following up on order status, or when another item will be restocked. I bought a dress that I tried on and didn't like. I paid the $8.99 to return and about a month later they contacted me and advised they were not accepting my return. They gave me 50% store credit AND KEPT THE DRESS! What a SCAM! Beware! This is why Amazon is putting these shops out of business. Hope this helps :)

I ordered a dress, they sent me a top I asked for a refund was promised twice this ok.
Jill from customer service then said this wasn't ok anymore and I would receive store credit (this took 1 month after sending the dress back)
Annoyingly decided to just use the credit ordered another dress size 8 received a size 14!
I message to complain and Jill replies again she hasn't even read my email and replies with an automated message about store credit and I wont be getting a refund.
I have no idea why a company would want to ruin a relationship over $60 I have got to the point now where I don't care keep my money I'm sick of the bad customer service I have received.
I will NEVER buy anything again from ShowPo and I have also told my friends & family to do the same.

Clothes are high quality, true to size, and customer service is outstanding! I have a 24 inch waist and 28 inch underbust, and 35inch bust. This makes it hard to find clothes that actually fit, Showpo is the only place I've found that where actually not the smallest size available and still need to have alterations done! I'm a a size 2 here and they go all the way down to 0

I just love the fact that i started a return over 2 months ago and i have yet to get my money...they keep saying the refunds coming and it never does.then they say they have to investigate it then i get emails saying oh its on its way 3 to 5 days but then it never comes then they say they have to investigate again this has been going on 3 months! Telling me that im getting my refund then i never do then they say they have to investigate again and it just goes round and round in circles of the same bs...i have all the emails screen shots ect this is theft and i love how i report a dispute to my card they contqct them then they say they not gonna give the refund yet they say to me they are... im pressing charges these arnt even all the screen shots

Showpo's customer service was nothing short of a great experience. April helped me out today with a cancellation of my order. I needed the dress by a certain time and I realized after I had already ordered the dress that it wouldn't make it to me in time:(
I emailed the team at the brink of when the item was to be shipped and April was able to cancel the order right on time.
Definitely will be shopping with Showpo in the future and I will be more mindful of the shipping process.

I ordered some sneakers, unfortunately I ordered the wrong size, I returned them and ordered another pair which I received very promptly. I love my new sneakers. I used after pay and even that was sorted out for me without any stress.

I ordered what looked like a beautiful dress and what arrived was such poor quality and you could see through the fabric. I ordered it through there Instagram - with no visible returns policy.
When I emailed them to return it - they said not refunds. DO NOT SHOP - refund policy not visible through Instagram and product revolting.

I recently purchased 4 dresses from showpo and I was so excited but the sizing wasn't true to size for me. I got stuck in one of the dresses and the other one just would not zip up :( I usually run from a size 4 to size 5 and I even ordered a medium but it would not zip up and I feel so sad bc I don't have enough time to send back and order new ones since my trip for my friends wedding is in 2 days :(

As a part of our US store policy, we allow customers to select their preferred refund option. Customers can be refunded in the way of 110% store credit or receive the funds back to their original payment method.

I am currently hospitalized for some time so I wasn't able to ship my return package on time 3 days tops. I had already made the request on time. When I spoke to a rep about shipping my package they said I could not because it was outside of the returns. They didn't care that the reason for return was that both dresses had damage to them. (Lines of stitches in the front panel of the satin dresses). Cruel company and I will never give them my business ever again. (I will be adding photos of the damage on the dresses when I am back home)

I ordered a 100$ dress, and i DO not mind spending money on anything that's worth it, but this dress is beyond TINY. I'm 5.2 118 32c and I ordered a 4 thinking that would b safe! It wouldn't even zip up and was wayyyyy short with a slit that almost shows my goodies. Quality is $#*! and I'll never order from them again! Also, customer service is a joke!
I have never ordered from showpo I'm not one to order online but found a dress and liked it but when I received even thou the quality was amazing, it it just wasn't for me. A quick email to the team and quick reply by the customer service and I received a store credit and was able to order another dress for my baby shower.
