I've had questions about tracking/returns and they were all answered within 1 business days with very clear and detailed answers. I don't have a lot of pleasant experiences with customer service reps before but Wendy and Chrissy has been outstanding. Thank you girls!
I was 12 hours late to request a refund and they denied the refund. Company lacks customer compassion. Also the clothes are extremely low quality
I'm very happy about my order! Even thoght it took some time for the order arrive (not showpo's fault) the costumer service always helped me and they are v ery caring! I will definitly order more stuffs from them!
This website never fails me when I order from them, I got a pair of shoes and 3 dresses, all are good quality and look exactly like the pictures - very happy!

0 stars. Horrible customer service. My credit card was charged 4 times without my knowledge or consent for 1 item. Material was below average for the price. Falsely accused me of a stain they supposedly found upon return when the dress was returned back unworn, in the same packaging, unwashed, with tags, within 4 days of receiving it. It was returned as it was extremely small in the chest and sholders even ordering a size up to be safe. I am completely unsatisfied with the product and service. The fact that they wrongfully accused me of a stain that was not there, just to avoid giving me a full store credit or refund is despicable. I've never written or had to write a review for any product, service or company until now. They wouldn't give me a refund or a full store credit and honestly I wouldn't use it at this point anyways. I wish I would have never entrusted or ordered from this company at all. What an absolute nightmare.

Well, learned my lesson the hard way. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. Ive tried several days of emails asking for assistance and no response. Their live chat is non-existent. If youre from USA, find a legit company and save yourself the headache. Terrible service.

That's my third order from showpo. Each item i recived are just amaziiing can't wait to put them on. Showpo is my favorite online shopping site :) and by far. The customer service are more than helpful! I recieve a quick respond from April or Kelly on any issue or problem i was experiencing. I had a delivery problem with the second order and both Kelly and April advised me to check with the local courier. Showpo items are lovely and the customer service are great.

Submitted a return nearly a month ago and never received a refund; tracking showed it as delivered but warehouse never processed it in CA (company is based in AUS). Contacted company in AUS and they responded promptly and researched the case accordingly. Once they realized I did in fact send the returns accordingly, they processed a refund pretty quickly.

My purchased items were exactly like the photos. They're customer service was a 5 Star Rating as the ladies were a big help in fixing my problem, they didnt take long in returning my call. The ladies were friendly, i was really impressed. I highly reccomend Showpo!
OKay, so I honestly think the clothes are super cute but this store has scammed me out of $500! I ordered several items online and when they came I didn't exactly like the way they fit, so I sent them back for a refund. I sent them over FOUR WEEKS AGO and my UPS tracking number shows that it has arrived at the facility over 3 weeks ago - but Showpo customer service has "no clue" where my items are. Seriously. Don't order from them. HORRIBLE experience. Never got my money back.

Their website is not forthcoming about the return policy. The clothes were horrible quality and the sizing was not represented well. They are refusing me a refund and claim they have their refund policy all over their website, which is wildly false. I sent many images of their deceiving website and they responded that they don't care. The US law allows them to do this. I'm sure that their P&L is a huge list of people that are not allowed to return their clothes for a refund and many likely do not order more with their "store credit." Good companies offer free returns and refunds within 30 days, a reasonable amount of time. Their policy is 7 days and this is listed in one location on their website in fine print under many other dates given about their return policy. They did their best to hide it. The only thing they sent back to me was that their refund policy is the bare minimum required by US law. Horrible customer service. Horrible quality of clothes. I can only assume the 5 star reviews on here are created by their own employees.

I ordered a dress and used the size guide measurement. It is huge almost three times the size. I went to make a return code the same day I received the dress and it wasn't working so I tried the next day and the day after so I reached out to the live chat team thinking it would be an easy solution and this is their response.
Joey: We'd need to assess the item first so we can further help you with the returns.
Joey:Once we receive then imasges, we'll send it to our production team for assessment.
After several messages and a wait time of over 10 minutes between each. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Showpo did everything they could to sort out an issue with delivery. Unfortunately they use Yodel, who are beyond bad. But Showpo's customer service was great.

Fits quite well and is just like the pictures. A little hassle with the delivery because Showpo didn't know which shipping company they use in NZ but that got sorted out.
