Absolutely wonderful service! I had a few issues with the returns portal and Claudette was kind enough cover shipping cost and provided a refund. Will definitely be shopping from Showpo again

Unlike most other online retailers, Showpo don't give refunds but rather store credits if you have to return an item.

My first ever purchase was a backless dress that was actually see through at the bodice. Their text description did say no lining however their studio lighting and photo editing did not show this reality. So I purchased in good faith. Online right - so how can I see the quality until it arrives? It's false advertising!

I don't want to purchase poor quality items so want my money back not a store credit. Not possible. Their customer service said they were "super sorry" and "could I take a photo of the problem?". Ok sure, let me get the dress back, that I've already returned to you, so you can see my breasts through the material?

Overall a terrible first experience. I don't want to have to deal with them again but alas, I have this stupid store credit. So annoying and disappointing.

I don't recommend shopping with them when there are so many better online retailers around who refund no questions asked.

I have had an horrible experience with this site! First time shopping from them, I recieved a falty item. It was dis-colored at the front and was frayed along one sleeve. I was worried that the stain my be seen as "makeup" however I do not wear makeup and I made this clear in my message to them. I was assured that they understood this and this I could still return my item and get store credit. I had to pay for the return shipping and they said I would be reimbursed with extra store credit. HOWEVER. I waited a couple of weeks for my store credit but it never came so I messaged them to ask them about it. They then replied saying that my item was stained so I will not be receiving a refund or store credit. They didn't even tell me about this until I had asked! I wasted almost a month trying to work this out and then ended up losing $60NZD. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

After a computer glitch (my fault!) my order was sent to the wrong address and customer service (Katie) was so helpful and quick helping me get sorted out. Emails answered within minutes too!

I was very surprised and happy with how quickly my issue with my order was resolved, I'd like to thank the showpo team for being so helpful. Will definitely be shopping here again.

April was really great in helping me get my store credit. I bought four things--loved 2 things and gottons of conpliments but other two htings i sent back and april did a great job assisting me. Just wish they did returns instead of store credit now that even F21 is doing returns

I've ordered dresses and clothes from this site several times for all kinds of events and occasions and have been very pleased. Wonderful customer service when needed.

Unfortunately most of the clothing here does not fit me as a large girl but I returned the items purchased and was able to get a full refund without a few days, return shipping was very fast also.

DO NOT buy from this company. I ordered a dress from here and when it came it REAKED of chemical, toxins, which really makes me question their ethical standards and care for the health of their customers. My item came about a month late, which is ridiculous. The quality is horrendous. The stitching is completely off, the item fits so oddly, and looks nothing like the photo. I tried contacting them kindly for a refund and they refused. They would only offer me store credit, which I do not want because I had such a terrible experience here I will never be purchasing from them again, and either should you. They don't have physical stores, so you have to order online, then you're locked in because if you don't like the item you only get store credit. HORRIBLE company, HORRIBLE quality, and HORRIBLE customer service. Complete scam, DO NOT buy from here, you will regret it.

I had returned a parcel a couple of weeks ago and It hadn't been processed and I wasn't receiving any information on it so I contacted customer service and within 24 hours I had a response and a lovely girl named Harriet had processed my return as easy as that. Very easy store to handle returns with :)

I cannot recommend showpo enough! I found the website while searching for a bridesmaid dress and I was absolutely amazed by the different colours and styles of formal dresses they have. I did order a dress and found that it wasn't the style I was after but the customer service was incredible! I sent my order back for return and within the hour the customer service representative fast tracked my store credit and I was able to order another dress. Delivery was also another amazing experience. I ordered my dress at 5pm and received my dress the following morning at 11am! Overall a very impressed shopper and I will be back :)

My daughters and I order from Showpo frequently but we recently had a shipping issue on two separate orders due to our profile having an insufficient address. Showpo's rep replied to my email right away with valid tracking numbers and instructions. Unfortunately, due to the address issue, USPS told me there was no way we would receive either order and both were being returned to sender. My daughter went back to college in need of clothing items for various events and, despite the address mistake probably being our own fault, Showpo's rep Eric (after confirming the order info and return tracking of course) put a store credit on my daughter's profile so we were able to reorder all of the items to be received just in time to make a difference! I was so pleased that they cared enough to answer so quickly and resolve the problem for us. Not to mention the items we have received from Showpo in the past have all met or exceeded our expectations. So I'd love to say "Well Done" to Showpo for having quality products and for training their reps well and a special shout out to Eric for going above and beyond to help us! We will continue to order from this company at every opportunity.

I neded a couple of questions answered over the long weekend and I recieved an answer straight away. I wasn't expecting it and I got all my questions answered. Great site to shop on and its also great they dont just style to a size 12! My definate go to site

Cute clothes, awesome customer service. Would highly recommend! I am petite and it's often hard for me to find clothes that fit well but I've been able to find great stuff here!

She dealt with every request quickly and efficiently. It's the best customer service I've had in a very long time.

THE GOOD:
+ The website and the mobile app are well designed and well organized.
+ The selection of clothes are cute
+ Relatively quick shipping times
THE BAD & THE UGLY
- The quality of the clothes are terrible for the price you pay. The clothes they sell are the same clothes you would buy from Shein or Ross but at an astronomical mark up. For example, the lowest cost item in my order was ~ $70. When I received the order, it was like Shein 2.0. So, I decided to look around and saw the same dress Showpo was selling for $70 was also being sold at Shein and AliExpress for less than $20.
- Terrible customer service - You can only get in contact with them via email or their live chat, which would not be an issue if the quality of their merchandise reflected their prices OR if CS was decent. I initially wanted to return 1/2 items. You use the return portal, select the reason for the return, and have to pay $15. Easy enough, right? NO!

- When I decided I wanted to return item 2/2, I was told the return for the first item was no longer valid. This was all in the same day, btw. Suddenly, they told me I had to send multiple images and videos to prove the first item was faulty even though I was contacting them about item 2/2 - at this time they didn't even refund the $15. For the second item, I also had to send multiple images. They also said my items were no longer eligible for return per their policy.

- Lack of clarity - They have a 7-day return period for original form of payment refund. You have to be extremely clear when telling them you do not want store credit.
- You cannot leave reviews for the clothes you buy on their website. I should have noticed this sooner, but I did not.
- Keep an eye out for your refund because it may never come. It took them more than a month to provide the refund. You'll probably have to get in contact with your bank.
- You have to fight tooth and nail to get the outcome you deserve as they will try to scam and inconvenience you. This is a fraudulent company selling cheap clothes at huge mark-ups. Save the headache and shop elsewhere. Take a look at other reviews and they all say the same.

Had a faulty item and Wendy, who I dealt with via email was fabulous. Cleared everything up straight away and refund was a simple process! Fantastic for an online site to be that quick and helpful
