I've had questions about tracking/returns and they were all answered within 1 business days with very clear and detailed answers. I don't have a lot of pleasant experiences with customer service reps before but Wendy and Chrissy has been outstanding. Thank you girls!
I was 12 hours late to request a refund and they denied the refund. Company lacks customer compassion. Also the clothes are extremely low quality
BE AWARE that if you wish to return an(y) item(s) you DO NOT get your money back into your CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD. I made the stupid mistake to assume that I would only get merchandise/store credit if I went over a specific amount of days (ex. 14 or 60 days) because that's how other stores/ websites work. And NOW I've been desperately trying to get my money back because I need that money to help pay for my books for college. And they just keep dancing around the damn issue. If I can't get my money back I'm just going to have use up the store credit (MY MONEY) but after that I'm NEVER buying from here again.

Would not recommend buying here. They have pocketed over $100 of my money and refuse to help me when they gave me the wrong advice on sizing. Not to mention after returning dresses a few times and paying for shipping each time and adding this cost to the already spent money on dresses, I am now being told no one can help me and they have basically taken my money and now I have naked bridesmaids for my wedding in a couple weeks. If you want to buy from here buy about 3 sizes up and never ask the ‘experts' on their website because they give you the wrong advice and they take your money. I also am left with $2500 less because I had to self quarantine so that we could try on the dress in the first place and we can't even wear it.
Unimpressed is an understatement. Working in this industry I know that they can help me but they are too lazy to do anything. Speaking with Eric and Andrea made no help at all, they basically told me they won't assist me even though they made the stuff up. Wouldn't recommend, especially if buying dresses for a special occasion because you have no chance of any exchanges or anything.

Prompt shipping to the US, true to size, really fast customer service (like within minutes.) The clothes is a bit pricey, but worth it and high quality. You can't find cute stuff like this in the US.

Unfortunately THE BEAUTIFUL dress didn't fit me and I don't think the sizes are for bigger girls so I asked for a refund and sent my parcel back. I dealt with Andrea and April and both were super helpful. I would recommend Showpo to others as it is a beautiful site to buy from...

EDIT: based off of support reaching out to me- overall seems like support is actually interested in helping out customers (vs. What I got from the first person I interacted with). They fully refunded my order, paid for my return, and gave me 20% off my next order. Overall, I still wish there was reviews from other customers (pictures from customers especially help in actually seeing what the clothes are like), more transparency in return cost, and a more direct way for customers to file their own tickets (in case the person on chat fails to do so).

DO NOT SHOP HERE. First red flag, they dont show user reviews for their clothing. Second red flag, when the clothes finally arrived, they were not like the pictures at all, and one of my items literally smelled like a porto-potty. Last red flag and what sealed the deal for me, was when trying to return they charge a $20 flat rate fee for ANY RETURNS! Paid directly to them... aka they are making $$ off of returns because returns are based on weight, not just a flat rate fee for any return. It cost more for me to ship it back to them then it did for them to ship it to me. My whole order was $112, so 20% of the cost just goes straight to returns... Then lastly, customer support is trash. They told me they were 'escalating' my issue, and then just did nothing- no email or anything. I will never be shopping from this terrible company. Plenty of other good boutiques out there and disappointing to see this place go down the drain.

Purchased a dress for an event, checked all of the details of the dress and ordered my normal size. Dress arrived and didn't fit (not unusual for online shopping). I purchased the return label but the label wasn't emailed to me. I follow up with them and took two tries to get someone to respond to my request. Then I saw they have the policy of no refunds, which I know is against Australian consumer laws if the item is not fit for purpose (severe breach) which not fitting a standard size is. And also just kind of bad manners for an online only store. Multiple emails later and they do "grant me a one time only refund". I return my items and 10 days after they acknowledge receiving the items, I have to email them as no refund received. They say wait a while. Another 10 days later they process a store credit. I emailed them again, they are going to fix it, but one month after they have received the items I am still waiting for this to be processed. Borderline illegal that they have probably resold the items already and are now just withholding my money. So disappointed as previously had positive experiences. The only positive is fast shipping, but I'd say Showpo is quickly losing their competitiveness. Shop elsewhere to have peace of mind that you'll be able to return an item for a quick refund, which makes the most sense when your purchasing something you haven't been able to try on.

I purchased online. I ordered 3 items. A jacket, a maxi dress and a romper. I am always a small or xs, still I referred to the size guide because this was my first experience ordering from showpo. The jacket was huge with tiny arms, I could barely move my arms. The romper was a sequin low cut one, super gorgeous online, in person it opened wide exposing my entire chest/stomach. There is no way I can wear it ever unless I got it completely remade. The maxi dress says it's a small and I could fit about 2.5 of myself inthe dress. Originally I had everything in xs and actually changed to a small because of the size guide and the measurements listed.
It said it would be free shipping but I had to pay over $50 on a $275 order to even pick it up, then to find not a single item fit. I contacted them and of course they will not offer refunds or return shipping labels. So i would have to pay over $50 to even send the items back and then another $50 to pick up my new items from the store credit.

I am so sorry to hear that you were not happy with the items that you have purchased, we definitely don't want our lovely customers to feel this way. Our size guide is merely a guide for our customers, It is not actually specific to every product.
We do try our best to avoid out customer having any customs charges on their order, we do offer a duties calculator through our site that does specify if it is likely for your parcel to attract such fees. My colleague April has emailed you offering either a store credit or a refund for the cost of the duties on your parcel and we did not receive a response regarding this. We do state on our site that for any change of mind or incorrect sizing it is just a store credit and the customer does have to cover the cost for this to come back to us, it is definitely a cost we would love to cover in the future but it is just not something we can offer at the moment.
We do value this feedback and it is definitely something I will pass onto our management. I thank you for taking the time out to write this review.

If not Australian DO NOT ORDER from here I have to pay import tax that costs the same as the dress I ordered 74 and I asked if an item would be restocked so I sized up, I now see that is has been restocked and it's only been about 5 days.

I ordered Showing Me Off Two Piece Set In White Lace, and Where Are You Now necklace in gold. I received me package very fast considering I live over seas. The package came in a cute purse like' bag. Inside was the two piece set and the necklace. Be careful when ordering jewelry. The bag for the jewelry was super tiny and I actually ended up throwing my necklace away because I didn't see it. The packaging for it looked like a silica packet. I found my necklace though, but because the packaging for the necklace was so small, it was pretty tangled. The necklace still looked like it would be good quality. I also contacted customer service because I originally thought they didn't send me my necklace, and they were really willing to make things right. They also replied within an hour. The two piece set was super cute. What I didn't like about it though was it was a little bit see through, the top showed a lot a cleavage but you could make it better by tying the front tie tighter, and the skirt was long. I'm 5'2" and the skirt dragged the floor, compared to the picture of the model where the skirt is at her ankles. My overall review of them is good. This is my first time ordering with them so maybe the things that went wrong was my fault because I didn't know what to expect, I didn't know about small jewelry packaging and I didn't know their models are so tall, but I'm definitely willing to order from them again and keep figuring out the company.
