I've had questions about tracking/returns and they were all answered within 1 business days with very clear and detailed answers. I don't have a lot of pleasant experiences with customer service reps before but Wendy and Chrissy has been outstanding. Thank you girls!
I was 12 hours late to request a refund and they denied the refund. Company lacks customer compassion. Also the clothes are extremely low quality
This is pretty much my go to place to shop the clothes are good quality and they have options larger than a size 12 which is just amazing, the delivery is just 2 days (never missed an event) and if something goes wrong the customer service team is super friendly and helpful :)
Ordered two dresses last year and it came with an extra $90 CAD in duties. One of the dresses came faulty with loose threads and small black marks on a WHITE dress. The other dress seemed cute but it was too small and I didn't want to pay the return fee so I waited to lose some weight so it would fit. Finally tried it on again and the string to wrap around just ripped right off. Contacted them and they said they could not accept as it was too late even though it was still brand new with tags, even though they should offer free returns for damaged items. Super poor quality on both dresses and spent so much money on them just because they looked cute. Not worth the price and the poor return policies.

Had ordered a dress very last minute on a Friday afternoon for delivery that evening and was concerned it was not going to be delivered on time as it was for a wedding on Sunday. Emailed the customer service team and Michelle responded within 20 minutes saying she was taking care of it. About an hour later she had confirmed it was on its way. Not only that but she followed up on Monday to make sure that I had received it in time. Such a great experience with their friendly team and especially Michelle.

Always having something new! They have a wide range of clothing and all different styles. Friendly staff to help. Pretty true to size but to always read the size guide to help as some may be bigger then others. But over all the website is easy to use and very user friendly. An I would recommend buying clothes from here. Good quality clothing!

The service is truly amazing although my package has taken awhile to be delivered but that was expected because I do live in the US and the company is based in Australia. They're clothes are beautiful and worth the price! Oh and Wendy, who helped me with my order, she was very helpful and kind!

The dress I ordered was beautiful, just as described and fit perfectly. It came quickly and the experience was great! I had a small problem with some stitching and the customer support ladies were awesome. I turned down a full refund plus store credit because I really loved the dress. They unexpectedly gave me a 50% credit at the store for my troubles. I dealt with April and Andrea and they were both wonderful. I will definitely be shopping here in the future.

Not only are the clothes beautiful, but I have had a bit of a hiccup with something I ordered and they have gone above and beyond to fix it for me. The only issue I have is sizing. I buy everything in the same size, and some things have been, if anything, a little too big while some things don't come close to fitting. But they are always happy for you to send it back and get a different size. I love Showpo!
On my last order I had accidentally chosen the wrong address, when I called they were able to sort the issue out straight away and had it re-directed to my new address the next day. She was so polite and called me back with an update. I have never had any issues with my Showpo orders or delivery, it always runs smoothly and am always happy with my items. Love this site :)
The company does not give a refund. Only store credit. If you are one of the victims of this company who does not want anything to do with their cheap products anymore, and just wanting your money back, I urge you to make a complaint at Fair Trading because their policy is not fair to unsatisfied customers. Their clothes are pretty expensive so I was expecting a good quality as well. My orders are all dismaying. Really really cheap and bad quality. I returned them the next day and would only give store credit in return or gift cards. Their policy is not fair. We should have the right to have our money back rather than store credit or gift cards. I have already made a complaint in Fair Trading and if anyone else out there deserves justice to their purchase, please report this unfair policy to Fair Trading.

I ordered dresses that were my size and one below my size to keep my options open. They both turned out to be terrible quality, and ridiculously long and large. I have never been so dissatisfied with my shopping experience. In addition, I had to pay 9 dollars out of my pocket to return the clothes, and only received store credit. I spent around $200 here, and basically wasted $200 because I'm sure the next pair of clothes I order will have the same issue. Don't waste your time on this website, it is a complete rip off. They only offer store credit as a return because they know that they have bad quality clothing and have roped you into buying their clothes.

I purchased 4 items of clothing on the 4th,
3/4 of these was perfect, amazing quality and perfect fit!
There was just an issue with the 4th item however I was amazed at how quick they were able to help and resolve the issue, I sent an email and within minutes a customer service agent was able to assist me and we sorted it out. So happy with their customer service. Cant wait to make another purchase! Extremely happy. Thank you!

Clothes are amazing, great material and very comfortable. However I returned two items and it took days and days before I could resolve my issue, email multiple times and even rang. Other than that showpo is great would buy from here again.
I bought an item from the Showpo online store for my 13 year old daughter. It was too big and we wanted to return it. The customer service I experienced to go this was amazing. The team were so responsive and very helpful. In no time at all the item was returned and store credit was applied. I'm so happy with my second purchase and can't wait for my next experience shopping online with Showpo.

I really love the way they market themselves and their clothing is definitely my style. They've definitely improved on shipping internationally to the US; items used to take 2 weeks (business days) to arrive and now take 1 week (including weekends). However, where I wish they'd improve is the quality for the price. The prices are quite high for the quality (Forever21/H&M quality). While I love the majority of the clothing I've received, some of it has been see-through, too tight, too loose, rips easily, etc.

I placed an order with ShowPo and one of the items didn't fit. I filled out the info as directed on the website and sent the item back to their US returns address. After confirming that it had been delivered I had yet to see a credit, so I contacted ShowPo's customer service. Chrissy promptly responded and kindly explained it could take up to 5 weeks once delivered for the credit to be applied. But I needed to make another purchase faster than that! Once I placed another order, Chrissy refunded the money for the item back to my account so I didn't have to wait for the credit to go through. Awesome! Shipping to and from Australia is a pain no doubt, but I love ShowPo's products and Chrissy's amazing customer service insured that I remain a customer going forward. Thank you Chrissy!

I can't fault the customer service in terms of sending the product, but the sizing is absolutely ridiculous! Ordered one dress in my size that was 1-2 sizes too big I thought the sizes must be generous so let it go and got the dress altered myself, so I decided to order another dress in the same size as the first, now this dress is CLEARLY 2 sizes to small, I had a friend try said dress on who is 2 sizes smaller and she could barely get the dress zipped up. Said dress was discounted. I now know why. This is absolutely disgusting. I know km going to have a hard time trying to get a refund for this item so I'll cut my losses and make sure that everyone now knows this is an awful site. I will not be recommending again nor with I ever order.

I'll start with the good - Their shipping is very fast and I was quite impressed with that!
The bad - The dress I received last week is damaged. Not a problem as I understand things happen and assume I could at least return it since I can't even wear it. WRONG. My initial email had received one response telling me to send in my photos, which I did, and haven't heard a thing since. Why? I have emailed and sent in my photos of the faulty dress 3 times now and nobody seems to want to help me with this matter. I want a refund as I am left with a broken dress that I can't wear. I really wanted to love this online store and would really appreciate if I could get a decent customer service representative.

I am in love with the dresses I ordered! They are exactly what i expected from looking at photos and fit perfectly. I had a question about my order and the customer service team were straight onto it and so helpful! I highly recommend showpo!
They don't deliver same day or even next day they "try their best" but it's not guaranteed... they just advertise it differently so beware if you need something urgently don't order here... they lie and have no integrity
