I've had questions about tracking/returns and they were all answered within 1 business days with very clear and detailed answers. I don't have a lot of pleasant experiences with customer service reps before but Wendy and Chrissy has been outstanding. Thank you girls!
I was 12 hours late to request a refund and they denied the refund. Company lacks customer compassion. Also the clothes are extremely low quality
I've been buying from Showpo for years now & I will continue too! It is probably my favorite online shop to buy my clothes from. Not only are the clothes & assessories amazing, but so is the customer service. They are super kind & helpful, and reply in a quickly manner.
Had a few issues with my order and all the girls from show po were absolutely lovely and very fast in responding. Honestly I've had the best customer service experience from show po. It's hard to find that lately.

I posted a return towards the end of last week and wanted to grab some more dresses for the weekend during the black friday sale. I contacted showpo asking if there was any way they could grant me my store credit so I could use it for my future transactions and they responded within an hour and sorted everything out for me. It was really great and they were extremely accomodating :)
Not only was the dress I purchased amazing quality, but the customer service from the Showpo team was just outstanding. Shoutout to Andrea for helping me return an item that didn't fit and sending my store credit within days of returning it. I purchased the same dress in a different size and I love it so much!

First time buyer, I'm excited, the dress fit perfectly, the material is first grade quality, I'm proud to say as a size 20 I'm really impressed. Also shipping was 4 days I'm at awwwww.I also love the fact if you need to return an item, Showpo make it so much easier by allowing you to return the item in the same bag it was delivered in, this saves me time looking around for a bag or box to wrap the return. So don't be shy, I'm telling you, this shop is the real deal.

Don't buy in Showpo. First time I bought, and it didn't arrive the date estimated. When I wrote the answer was your parcel may have been lost' so they gave me credit. So, now that I order the second time to spend the credit they gave me. Guess what? Again, I never get it. I write again and your parcel may have been lost' This is very disappointing. And they offer me more credit? Come on! You will never get what you buy in this store. BE CAREFUL!

My order didn't arrive on time for my birthday. So I contacted them and they helped me by contacting Australia Post to see what was happening with my order. So they asked me to pick another dress that I liked and they sent it to me free of charge same day delivery! This is what I call customer service
I purchased two dresses from Showpo. They were received in a timely manner, packaged well and in great condition.
I returned one dress as it unfortunately didn't suit my body shape, but the other one was perfect.
I used the option to pay for my return shipping in order to get the money refunded to my bank account instead of receiving a store credit. I then received an email to say that my return was successfully received and my store credit was now available. Exactly what i didn't want. Emailed explaining that I had paid for my shipping as I wanted the money refunded, and then had to explain why I had returned my item (even though it asks you that when you return select to return the goods). Took about 5 emails, but am getting my money actually refunded.
If the refund hadn't of been such a muck around i would have given 5 stars.

My first dress didnt quite fit so I sent it back and re-ordered, everything has been so fast and as I have a function to attend I just didnt want any delays. Im really happy with the customer service they have gone above and beyond for me.

It was my first time shopping with Showpo today. I was a little hesitant at first but talked with someone from their FB support team, who was so lovely and helpful. And it ended up with me making a purchase! The website was easy to navigate, and checkout was nice and smooth. Ordered my package at 3PM today and got free express shipping and it will be arriving tomorrow. Overall my best online shopping experience in my 20 years. Will definitely be a repeat customer! My order took much longer than it was supposed to as it was held up in a warehouse in Germany. Eric was extremely helpful in keeping track of the package and following up. Plus, both items I ordered looked exactly like pictures and were like the description.
I recently received some shorts that were the incorrect size. I filled a form out and had no issues with returning the item. I did need another pair of shorts but needed them quickly so called and got issued my store credit straight away which was great. When I checked my account, I noticed that the credit was for the exact same amount that I purchased the shorts for, not the 120% store credit that is mentioned on the returns slip.
I do not mind that I didn't receive the 120% but did get the 100% store credit, however it just needs to be removed if the case is only 100%. Otherwise, great customer service.

I sent an email to customer service regarding an issue with locating my package and received a response almost immediately! I was very impressed with how quickly they got back with me where as some retailers can take a day or more to respond to inquires. Very satisfied with Showpo's customer service!

I've ordered from them twice now, and their service is just superb. Shipping is fast, always on time (even during COVID pandemic) and returns/exchanges are easy. High quality fabric for their clothes, the cutest styles, accurate sizing charts. But I truly appreciate their customer service—I have never been treated better as a customer. First, let me just start by saying that the "express" shipping they offer is a complete waste of money. Second, the quality of the two dresses I ordered was heinous. The first one had literal craft glitter on it and left a trail without even putting it on. Imagine spending $100+ on a dress and leaving a trail of craft glitter through a wedding. It was supposed to be gold but the glitter looked so awful. The other dress I ordered looked like a $5 dress from Rainbow. It was cotton and stretchy when the dress in the photo looked structured and almost a polyester linen blend and that was $50! I should have known better when they don't have reviews on their site. Plus, now I have to pay $10 to send it back. Never ever again. Shame on them. It took so long to get here I won't have a dress for the wedding I am attending now.

Customer service is terrible. Did not receive a response after 2 days and it was only until I messaged them via their INSTAGRAM that I received any support. Returns service in particular is questionable. They send out emails without shipping labels for you to use, and then take forever to respond. Big thanks to TOM for being the only help you could get from Showpo and fixing my issue within minutes, unlike the 'customer satisfaction team'.
My daughter ordered a number of dresses and playsuits, they were all great quality and as shown on the site. I told her to keep all of them but she opted to return two and get a smaller size in another. Customer service for this process was friendly and prompt, and the initial order process and postage was quick and easy. Highly recommend.
Really pleased with how they handled my issue, the customer service team is very helpful, kind and polite, the store overall is outstanding with the quality of their clothes. They're one of my top 5 favourite online stores!

I can't say enough about Showpo's customer service representative, Andrea. I emailed the information team about problems with tracking my shipment. She answered me within 5 minutes and sent me a link with new tracking information and gave me as much detail as she could to help me. I was very pleased and impressed by my experience overall!

Like most online shoppers, I enjoy adding everything that catches my attention into my cart. I noticed that the website was advertising a sale on winter items, and so of course, I begin to stock up. However, when it came to applying the coupon code and checking out, the coupon code was not valid. I contacted customer service about the issue and they were very quick to respond and was very helpful in resolving the issue.

Ordered two dresses from this boutique. One was POORLY made, Literally felt and looked like one long fabric stitched together and made in 10 minutes. That dress was a tie dress around the waist line and the "string" that was keeping the dress together was literally one thin line of string. The second dress was a little better but not by much, fabric also felt really cheap. I talked to customer service asking if there was something that could be done (refund). They said they could not and if I didn't want to use my store credit for the "refund" of these items, then I could purchase a gift card to give to a friend or family? Was really disappointed with their return policy. I have ordered with other companies that have had the same policies as this company but WOULD allow full refund for items with the exceptions of being within 14 days of returning item. DO NOT purchase Items unless you are ready to NOT get your money back, just in case your items are not what you want/fit, etc.
