Shreeonline in the worst company i have ever used, i orderd over £165 worth of goods at the beginning of November 2010 for eid, i was told i would recieve my items in 10 days and then they stopped answering the phone, when i got through to them they sed due to diwali the cudnt send them out, and that if we wanted a refund we would recieve it in 8days, since then i have been calling and emailing them but still no luck it is now the middle of december and i am still calling but no reply. I regret ordering for them. Please no one order from this website...

I ordered from shreeonline.com 3-4 months ago and did not rcvd order. shreeonline.com staff convinced me to order more. One of them told me that shreeonline.com is bringing other brad djeansonline.com. I did not beleived first but when i saw same contact numbers on both the site i got confirmd that both are same. Beware friends of these 420s. I am puting this comment to prevent you from getting caught by these frauds

This website is a complete disgrace. I orderd a saree worth 120 pounds. I orderd it in the strt of april and havent recieved my order. I can never get through to them and they never reply to mails or any never online. The customer service is crap, they make false promises and are not worth the stress. DO NOT ORDER FROM SHREE ONLINE.COM they may seem helpful but they jus want the money

That chatline is always offline and Even if sometimes they pick up my call, they always assure that you will receive ur order in a week but months passed by and nothing had been received yet! These people are frauds. They make false promises and lie to you. When you speak to their online help (which is supposed to be a 24 hours helpline), they are never online. When you call them, the guys firstly don't understand you. Secondly they give you different answers every time you call them. When you catch them lying, they hanfg up on you. When you call back, they say hello and when they recognise your voice or you give your order number, they just don't speak ultimately you have to hang up. These people are bloody crooks. I spent $450 just to hear that they don't know what or where as I work as I clearly don't know that there are departments and the order is now with a different department.The order is now 35 days late from the initial promised time and they still fail to give me an answer as to when will get the products. The function that I needed the clothes for has come and gone already, but I am yet to receive the clothes for that function. DO NOT BUY $1.00 WORTH OF STUFF FROM SHREEONLINE.COM. THEY ARE F@#$ING FRAUD

Hoory i got my parcel today after more then two and a half month. Quite happy with the qaulity and design, but never gonna trust them again

This company is actually not a scam. I ordered a saree worth 120 pounds,. I waited about 3 months and they kept fobbing me off. In the end i got a relative who lives in delhi to go and pick it up and after making several visits, he got my saree. They owe me 11pounds as they didnt have the blouse stitched and they had charged me 6 pounds delivery which i havent had back yet. My uncle said that it is not a shop. It is a small basement where they have a few pieces of clothes and he reckons that they take orders and do not deliver unless you really keep on at them or unless u have some relative who threatens them as he did. The owner is apparently a millionare who is scamming several other people but i am glad to say i hav my saree although i have had to go through the trouble of stitching the blouse my self and it is exacly the same as the pic and is very nice. Do not worry people if you feel they are a fraud company. Just try to get some one to pick it up from them if you have any relatives nearby and also try this number ************** and hopefully they may be able to help a bit more, its a private line. I will never order from shree online again, it was alot of stress for me and my uncle to actually get the saree.jus keep on at them people.

I sent them a court order and cancelled my order by Email, By Phone, by letter and by court order but instead of cancelling my order they sent me sarees, which are just HORRIBLE and do not look like what I saw on website. If I want to send it back it will cost me £25.00 and they will not refund full amount. This is just disgraceful.
My point is that we all have complaints for them why don't we all gather and do something to teach them a lesson. I don't know about you all but it my hard earned money and can not afford to loose it. Please let me know if any of you would like to support me. My email add is *******@hotmail.co.uk

I put my trust and faith into Shree Designer Saree for a wedding outfit for my sisters wedding - before i paid the 50% i heard from there advisor daily - since i paid the deposit i have called daily, messaged, sent messages on Instagram and NOT ONCE HAVE THEY REPLIED. Absolutely disgusted, frustrated and soooo furious at there complete disregard to keep their clients in the loop. They have my money and now they just ignore me. All i have asked for is an update to make sure we are on track for delivery.
People like myself trust people like these to deliver a special outfit for a special occasion and all Shree Designer Saree have done is cause me stress, High blood pressure and loss of money! They aren't bothered about how they treat their clients or bothered about building repeat business. I have 2 friends who were waiting to see my experience first before placing an order too - AVOID AVOID AVOID! I Really can't express enough how annoyed i am with this company. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere!
