I'm a driver for shuttle wizard and I have nothing but good to say about this company. Ever since I started and learned the ropes I found that the first priority is the passenger. Pauline, Charles, Annie all of them have been a pleasure to work for and I will do my very best to make you the traveler have a safe and great experience traveling with shuttle wizard. I also drive my own car and I find the travelers to love our service.
Never, never, never, EVER will I use them again! After being left stranded at the airport by a driver, Yves Lohy, who refused to pick me up at arrivals (BIG A.D.A. Violation, by the way) and actually hung up on me because he went to departures and wanted me to come to him, I found out that all Shuttle Wizard does is coordinate with Lyft and Uber drivers! I can do that myself and for a lot less than $65.00. The only saving grace is that the dispatcher quickly found another Lyft driver. If you want a car service, call a real one, this isn't it!

Horrible service! Booked my reservation in advance. We were picked up from Airport no problem. Our PAID for flight was cancelled day of return when I called to check on arrival time. My reservation still showed our pick up time. When I called they said they tried to reach me to state they changed our reserved rates and needed confirmation. However I didn't get the call and so they cancelled our shuttle reserved for 10 people 2 hrs before pick up time. They had no shuttles available so we were forced to take Ubers! I haven't even received a refund back! DO NOT BOOK with them!

When the reservation was made, it was indicated that this was a private jet flying into Midway and the Theo number was put on the reservation by their personnel. Now I'm being told that it's my fault that my people did not get picked up. I am so angry if I could give them negative stars, I would do so. I would never recommend this business anyone.

Booked in good faith as per their booking form. A week before pick up they contact me to say the vehicle won't accommodate the luggage and required an upgrade of 25 dollars. This is so wrong- steer well clear

Started badly when they asked me to pay the tip at the same time as I made the booking. Really? I thought a tip was for good service? How can they expect it in advance?
Only on arrival at Boston airport, after collecting luggage did they send me details of pick up arrangements. They said nothing about a 100 meter walk from terminal to the car park where we were expected to find the un marked vehicle.
I hate giving 1 star reviews, but as they have not even contacted me following the trip, that's all I'm prepared to give!
Terrible recent experience. Driver got lost twice despite having Sat/Nav. He then drove in reversed on a motorway after missing an exit that my wife and I identified in advance several times. Despite that, I gave a generous cash tip as it was Christmas period. Then for the return trip to airport, the driver didn't show up. The ShuttleWizard office told me he had an accident and they would need to schedule a new car. I called him and he apologized, said he forgot as he didn't get a reminder form the office. I was asked if I could change my flight for a later departure. I cancelled the car and have requested several times to speak with customer service or management - still waiting.
After using this service many many times recently the service has dropped. Not the first time with issues but this is the last time as i now feel ripped off being contacted shortly before the pick up time and demanding extra money to complete the booking. Disgusted won't use again
Driver was lost in the airport. He had soccer balls and roaches in his trunk. We sat with luggage on our laps to the hotel. He wanted us to cancel the trip and call someone else, because he had not been paid for our ride yet. We called the manager, located in Los Angeles, she was rude, unprofessional and gave excuses for their incompetence of their business dealings in Indiana, where we were. NEVER AGAIN! Stay away, unless you have money to give away.
Book this company only if you enjoy being awakened at midnight by a text message about your trip a month hence. Like others, I forgot to check reviews before booking this company. I won't do that again.
I was booked to pick up fare at TPA. Fare was $40.
When Paulina sent fare details, I noticed they were sending me to the wrong airport for pickup. I contacted the elderly passenger to let him know the flight arrives at PIE not TPA. I found out then that he was being charged over twice the amount they were paying me!
I also contacted Shuttle Wizard to let Paulina know the mistake.
How does she thank me? By saying I would now be paid $10 less while the customer's price remained the same! Then she cancelled my fare all together!

Having flown from the UK and having a 3 hour wait in customs our shuttle had gone and not waited. We were told by the company to get a taxi! They would not refund any money to us. This company is obviously very untrustworthy, they do not even reply to emails. It is by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with.
I booked a shared shuttle to the airport, and received email confirmation of the booking. I also called to verify some details of the pickup location. Ten minutes after the car was due to arrive and not having heard anything from Shuttle Wizard, I phoned them. After being put on hold for another five minutes, I was told that a shared shuttle would not be available after all, and was offered a private car for an additional $28. I requested that the company cover the additional cost, as they had confirmed the original price. They refused. Fortunately, I was able to book an alternative local service at short notice. They sent a private car, and the fare was substantially less than what Shuttle Wizard wanted to charge (though more than the original shared-shuttle fare). Based on this experience, my impression is that the Shuttle Wizard company is badly managed, poor on customer service, and possibly intentionally dishonest.
After a 2 hour flight delay due to fog in San Francisco, I finally arrive and there is no shuttle. Transportation Personnel at the airport had never heard of Shuttle Wizard. I was advised to find an alternative method to reach my hotel. Thanks for your no refund policy. Seems wrong when my flight was delayed due to fog conditions. Had made reservation for family of 8 (6 adults, 2 small kids) plus luggage for van ride from Watertown, MA to Logan Airport. Day before the trip we received confirmation saying van would arrive 5 minutes before appointed time. This note certainly added to our confidence. On day of travel, 10 minutes AFTER agreed time, we called to ask their ETA and were simply told "Sorry, no vehicle of that size is in your area". When I demanded two conventional vehicles immediately, they said "OK, we'll try that!". Fortunately, they found two cars, dispatched them and got our family to Logan barely in time to make our flight. This was a very stressful start to a family vacation.
Got this shuttle to take my elderly mother to the Oakland airport. Specified Southwest airlines and pre-tipped the driver. The ride came 35 minutes late, after frequent texts saying the ride was a few minutes away. When I called, I was told that there was heavy traffic. Well, yes, it was a weekday morning in the bay area, so I'm sure there was. After my mom got in the car, she reminded the driver that she was going to Southwest, and the driver nodded without comment. But when they arrived at the airport, the driver took her to the wrong terminal because ShuttleWizard had told her it was Spirit Airlines, and "I'm only paid to take you to Spirit." My mom, who has mobility issues, had to refuse to get out of the car in order to be taken to the correct terminal. Then the driver sat in the car doing her nails while my mom struggled with her own bags -- this, when she had minutes to catch her flight because of ShuttleWizard's lateness! Yeah. Stay away from this company.
I cancelled my reservation within 8 hours of making it, as was informed there's a $10.00 cancellation fee! Are you kidding me? Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice shame on me! It won't happen again, as I won't use this service in the future, and I'll warn others about it! Susan J
We scheduled a ride for 4 people with 4 large suitcases months in advance to take us from a bottle to our cruise ship. We were supposed to be picked up at noon, they called and said it would be 12:15. No problem! At 12:30, we called and were told there was an issue with the first driver and they were sending another. They even gave us a make, model, and color of the vehicle. Thirty minutes later, no ride. We called again and the girl said that she just got there and did not know what happened to the driver, but they only now had a sedan to pick us up. Four people with luggage! She said that they could get us there but not our luggage. Sorry, they'll refund our money. No help, since we're stranded with no ride! Fortunately, the hotel gave us the name of a cab company and when we called and explained the situation, the showed with a van within fifteen minutes. We were scheduled with ShuttleWizard to take us back to the airport, but we just canceled and will be using Lyft XL. Stay away!
I ordered a luxury sedan large enough for 2 pasengers and 4 large bags. I had used a similar service from the now defunct SuperShuttle and was always impresses.
What I got was a 10 year old beat up toyota camry that arrived 10 minutes late and a driver who spoke little english. REALLY? Fortunately we only had 3 bags as the trunk could only hold 2; the third rode in the front passenger seat/ We cancelled the return trip and had an uber which was ver nice at less than half the cost! Never again!
We went on vacation to L. A... we took shuttle Wizard almost all the days we were there, the driver took us all over the city for 4 days and we had a great experience, he was nice.
They arrived on time and got us to our wedding in a safe timely manner... Great experience guys thanks!
Reserved a ride on March 20,2023, for a trip on March 30th. To be picked up at 4:45am for a flight. They never showed, missed our flight. I tried calling of course no answer, I checked email and saw where they sent an email the night before at ten pm, Really, they should have had the decency to call as well. I have not received my refund as of yet. Do yourself a favor and do not use this company! If possible, I would give a rating of O
My son his pregnant wife and my 4 yr old grandson took this service from our house which is 60 north of NYC to JFK, my husband thought he was doing them a favor. They were terrified. Guy shows up late, barely speaks English told them he was up since 3am. My son had to talk to him to keep him from nodding off, which he still did going across the lanes when he did.It was horrible. This cost us 176.00 plus the 55.00 he told them, he owed them for tolls when they told my husband they were included. HOW ARE YOU STILL IN BUSINESS!

After confirming online and by phone for 5AM pickup to airport, they cancelled by leaving sending an email which i did not see until I woke up at 4AM stating they did not have an available driver! They should have at least called me. I had to scramble to make other arrangements and nearly missed my flight
I hired Shuttle Wizard for a Round Trip Private Non-Stop Ride from Nashville Airport to Embassy Suites in Murfreesboro, TN and the driver never showed up. He was lost and could not find the transportation pick-up location. Drivers are not reliable nor trained. The manager, after agreeing to a full refund reneged and refused any refund. Don't waste your money or time with hiring Shuttle Wizard out of California. They are crooks and awlful people to work with.
